Abstract

The background of this research is to pay attention and require attention, namely the phenomena that occur in Islamic boarding schools, especially the At-Taqwa Candung Islamic boarding school. This thesis focuses on the role of the ustadz/ustadzah in developing the morals of students at the At-Taqwa Candung Islamic Boarding School, what factors support and hinder the role of the ustadz/ustadzah in developing the morals of the students at the At-Taqwa Candung Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is field research. In an effort to obtain the information and data needed for this material, this research approach uses qualitative methods. The results of the research found that the strategies of ustadz/ustadzah in Islamic boarding schools vary by carrying out the stages and methods that have been determined as closely as possible in order to achieve the desire to produce students who have good morals, become role models in taking notes, advising, and teaching the sciences of morality. While the inhibiting and supporting factors are the existence of students who are still enthusiastic about learning in Islamic boarding schools, and sufficient books, adequate places of worship, and so on, the inhibiting factors are the teaching and learning process, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and little space. classes, lack of qualified teachers, professional teachers and so on.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan e-government dalam penyelenggaraan Manajemen Aset Jepara melalui aplikasi SIMANJA (Sistem Informasi dan Manajemen Aset Jepara) di Kabupaten Jepara. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-government dalam penyelenggaraan Manajemen Aset Jepara melalui aplikasi SIMANJA (Sistem Informasi dan Manajemen Aset Jepara) di Kabupaten Jepara masih diperlukan adanya sosialisasi secara kontinyu dan konsisten, diperlukan anggaran yang mencukupi dalam melakukan sosialisasi, sumber daya manusia yang belum sepenuhnya mempunyai kesiapan optimal dalam menjalankan aplikasi SIMANJA, dan keberadaan aplikasi SIMANJA sudah dapat dirasakan secara optimal oleh pemerintah dalam manajemen aset daerah.

Abstract

Efektivitas kerja kepala sekolah sangat diperlukan dalam organisasai sekolah karena yang menentukan kualitas sekolah tersebut adalah keberhasilan dari kerja seorang guru dan tenaga pendidik lainnya. Bila seorang kepala sekolah dapat bekerja dengan efektif berarti guru - guru tersebut dapat menyelesaikan tugasnya dengan baik dan tepat waktu serta dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi saat di dalam sekolah. Dengan terbentuk nya efektivitas kerja kepala sekolah yang baik maka semua rencana yang telah dibuat sebelumnya akan dapat terlaksana sepenuhnya. Efektivitas kerja ini dapat ditunjang dengan dua hal yaitu komunikasi internal yang berjalan dengan baik dan kepala sekolah sebagai manajer dalam lingkup sekolah mampu memimpin organisasai sekolah tersebut dengan baik pula. Jadi peningkatan efektivitas kerja para guru dapat dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi internal dan kualitas kepemimpinan dari kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan perilaku komunikasi internal terhadap efektivitas kerja guru di MTS Mualimin Univa Medan. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis hubungan kausal yang merupakan hubungan sebab akibat. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder.

Abstract

In most countries, the national authority is responsible for systematically and regularly collecting, processing, and publishing numerical information, or statistics, on various phenomena that affect the development and well-being of society. These statistics, known as Official Statistics, are intended to depict the demographic, economic, ecological, and social developments of a country. However, the process and production of Official Statistics have undergone significant modernization due to technological advancements, cost reductions, and the emergence of digital platforms. This article aims to identify challenges and opportunities for innovation in the production of Official Statistics. The method employed in this article is a conceptual method. The importance of data collection and analysis is immense for the National Statistical Office (NSO), but the scope of data regulation and privacy is still limited. The increased use of big data and digital data also contributes to the modernization of Official Statistics.

Abstract

Waste is a collection of discarded materials originating from human and natural activities whose main function has been taken away. In 2022, based on data from the Min- istry of the Environment, total waste production in Indonesia will reach 67.8 million tons/year. This data shows that the level of waste production in Indonesia is very high. Therefore, there is a need for awareness among the public to manage waste so that it be- comes something that has use value. A waste bank is a place used to collect waste that has been sorted. Based on this situation analysis, it is necessary to carry out systematic, com- prehensive and sustainable activities which include reducing and handling waste. Various efforts continue to be made to change people's mindset that waste can provide many bene- fits, and this requires patience and a slightly longer process. Because there are still many people who are not aware of the importance of waste management. Therefore, it is neces- sary to establish a waste bank in Sucenjurutengah village. The existence of this waste bank is to maintain the cleanliness of the environment, providing blessings to the people of Sucenjurutengah. Waste management is very necessary to maintain environmental cleanli- ness. Because if the environment is not maintained or clean it will cause various problems, one of which will cause health problems.

Abstract

Pakel Village is one of the villages in Banyuwangi Regency with prolonged agrarian conflict. The agrarian conflict occurred due to the management of plantation land concerning the former Dutch colony plantation between the community and PT Bumi Sari Maju. The purpose of this study is to analyze agrarian conflicts in Pakel Village with a focus on collaboration between the government, private sector, and the community in resolving land disputes between PT Bumi Sari Maju and the village community. The research method uses a library research approach. The results showed that collaboration between the government, private sector, and the community was effective in resolving agrarian conflicts in Pakel Village. Inclusive and participatory governance can benefit when the government, private sector, and community work together. Just and sustainable solutions can be achieved through mutual understanding, which increases social and economic stability in Pakel Village. Through an in-depth understanding of the agrarian conflict in Pakel Village, Banyuwangi, this research makes a significant contribution to the advancement of governance and political science. This research opens new insights into governance and agrarian conflict management by looking at the collaboration of government, private sector and community in handling the land dispute between PT Bumi Sari Maju and villagers. By involving the government, private sector, and community, a common understanding is formed that leads to a fair and sustainable resolution.Keywords: Agrarian Conflict, Pakel Village, and Collaborative Governance.

Abstract

The results of this research were carried out with the aim of being able to find out the role of guidance and counseling at SMPN 4 Metro in evaluating the behavior of students at SMPN 4 Metro. In this case, there are things that need to be paid attention to in evaluating in terms of management, service programs, teaching activities, activity evaluation, services for analyzing evaluation results at SMPN 4 Metro, all of these programs have been programmed at SMPN 4 Metro to be able to make students at school active in teaching and learning activities. Therefore all of these programs are run well so that they can find out the results from activeness in learning and BK teachers can evaluate students who are competent and not in learning and can understand the character of these students to make it easier for BK teachers to analyze the potential possessed by students.

Abstract

The military court as the administrator of judicial power has a role in enforcing the law against perpetrators of LGBT crimes so that the Panel of Judges hearing the case is able to provide good and complete considerations according to the facts at trial through their legal considerations. One of them is the case of Arnold Martumoga Siburian, in the decision with Case Number 231-K/PM II-08/AU/XII/2020, who was proven to have committed acts of same-sex sexual relations. This research uses normative legal analysis, where the law is usually stated in law or made into laws or principles that become a moral code that is considered appropriate by society. A military person who commits an immoral crime is not only threatened with violating the criminal law, but also violating the disciplinary law. This means that in addition to being threatened with criminal penalties, they will also be subject to the Military Discipline Law depending on how serious the offense committed by the military member is. A military member who engages in immoral criminal acts not only risks breaking the criminal law, but also simultaneously breaking the law. discipline. This means that, apart from being threatened with criminal charges, they will also be subject to sanctions under the Military Discipline Law, depending on the level of escalation of the criminal act committed by the military member. Evidence of conversations on an application and testimony from witnesses shows that there are activities that support the alleged violations committed by the perpetrator. Based on the TNI Commander's Telegram Letter which regulates the prohibition on TNI Soldiers who commit homosexual or Lesbian immoral acts, the perpetrator was sentenced to be dishonorably discharged from TNI soldier service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak penerapan media video terhadap pemahaman dan pencapaian siswa dalam mata pelajaran tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental dengan kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media video secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi terhadap penggunaan media video sebagai alat bantu yang efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di tingkat Sekolah Dasar, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila.

Abstract

The development of technology in the digital era as it is today is growing faster from day to day, month to month to year in the future The presence of communication media and the rapid development of information communication technology facilitate the spread of pornographic material. A survey states that every year there are 72 million visitors to pornographic websites. In every second 28,000 internet users see pornographic content. Two-thirds of the pornography connoisseurs on the internet are men and the rest are women.
