Abstract

Agricultural sector production requires large areas of land, while farmers who have limited land find it difficult to produce vegetable crops. The use of non-soil media that is suitable for use is hydroponics. Cultivating vegetable plants that are currently needed by the community using a hydroponic system is one of the green mustard plants (Brassica chinensis var. Parachinensis). To produce maximum growth, additional organic liquid fertilizer is needed, one of which is Eco-Enzyme. Eco-enzyme is a solution of complex organic substances produced from the fermentation process of organic waste, sugar and water which has benefits, one of which is as plant fertilizer. This research aims to determine the differences produced by Eco-Enzyme on the growth of green mustard plants (Brassica chinensis var. Parachinensis) using hydroponic techniques. The research method used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with one factor, namely ecoenzyme concentration with 5 treatments and 5 repetitions, including E0 (0 ml/L water); E1 (2.5 ml/L water); E2 (5 ml/L water); E3 (7.5 ml/L water); and E4 (10 ml/L water). The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, root length, and wet biomass of mustard greens. Nutrient content data was analyzed descriptively, while plant growth data was analyzed using one-way ANOVA, followed by the Duncan Test at the 5% level. The research results show that the nutrient content of ecoenzymes is included in the very low criteria, namely N=0.07%; P=0.04%; and K=0.004%. Providing ecoenzymes as liquid organic fertilizer of various concentrations has a significant effect on plant growth, namely plant height, number of leaves, root length and wet biomass of mustard plants. The optimal concentration that influences the growth of mustard greens is 10 ml/L from the E4 treatment

Abstract

Education is an important suggestion in improving and developing human resources in a nation. conservation has the meaning of preservation, namely to preserve or maintain the carrying capacity, quality, function and ability of the natural environment in a balanced manner. Conservation education is education that provides a positive influence on behavior, attitudes and ways of thinking related to the management of natural resources and the ecosystems that exist in it. The need for conservation education is to foster an attitude of environmental care in children and adults. To form humans who are aware of the importance of preserving rivers, it is necessary to foster, direct and make someone have a soul that loves the environment. Parents as the first and main educators in the household have a very big role in shaping children's attitudes and behavior to care about the environment.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between low birth weight and neonatal mortality in Bangkalan Regency. Low birth weight (LBW) is a major factor in the increased mortality, morbidity and disability of newborns, infants and children and has a long-term impact on their future life. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between low birth weight (LBW) and neonatal mortality in Bangkalan Regency in 2021. This type of research is non-reactive with an ecological study research design with a cross sectional approach. The population and samples in this study were 22 Puskesmas in Bangkalan Regency and recorded in the Maternal and Child Health Local Area Monitoring Report (PWS KIA) of the Bangkalan District Health Office in 2021. The variables studied were LBW and neonatal mortality. Data analysis using the Spearman test. The results showed that the prevalence of low birth weight cases that occurred was (0.3%), and for the prevalence of neonatal deaths was (0.8%). There is a relationship between LBW and neonatal mortality (Sig < 0.1, correlation coefficient 0.437). The conclusion of this study there is a relationship between low birth weight and neonatal mortality in Bangkalan Regency in 2021. Suggestions for Puskesmas to improve communication to pregnant women so that pregnant women get clear benefits about the benefits of consuming TTD or provide recommendations for blood supplement tablets other than those obtained from puskesmas if they may not be suitable for pregnant women's conditions with the supervision of health workers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa leasing pada PT. FIF Cabang Meulaboh. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field search) yaitu penelitian yang langsung dilakukan di lapangan atau kepada responden untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa leasing. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dan teknik observasi Dari analisis dan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat dinilai bahwa Produk, Promosi, serta Keyakinan dan Sikap mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen dalam menggunakan Jasa Leasing Pada PT. FIF Cabang Meulaboh dan pengaruhnya cukup signifikan.

Abstract

Konflik keluarga yang seharusnya menjadi tameng pertama sang anak adalah tentang Dewi dan Darwisy dalam novel Putri Kejawen Ketika Langit Jatuh karya Abdul Mutaqin dan Novia Syahidah, yang berjuang mempertahankan kesucian akidah mereka namun kenyataan hidup mereka bertolak belakang. Islam di kalangan masyarakat, seorang penggagas liberalis tua yang gencar mencela adat dan tradisi Islam dan Jawa di lingkungan tempat tinggalnya. Tetapi orang tuanya tidak mempengaruhinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk fokus pada identifikasi konflik internal anak dalam novel Ketika Langit Runtuh dan Putri Kejawen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sastra bandingan dengan pendekatan psikologi sastra sebagai metode analisis isi novel. Hasil perbandingan konflik internal batin anak dalam  kedua novel ini ialah  yaitu berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, hal-hal yang tercermin dari munculnya konflik-konflik dalam cerita, faktor konflik batin anak yang sering yaitu terkait perbedaan budaya dan perbedaan antara individu dengan individu lain.

Abstract

This research investigates the utilization of the QQ Plot method in evaluating the normality of regression data, while also comparing it with conventional statistical tests such as Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk. The normality of data is a crucial aspect in regression analysis, and the selection of effective testing methods can significantly impact the validity of the analysis results. In this study, a holistic approach is taken by combining statistical and visual analysis through the QQ Plot method. Normality tests are conducted on the unstandardized residuals of the regression model. The results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk statistical tests indicate significant non- normality in the data. Furthermore, the QQ Plot graph is employed to provide a deeper visual understanding of how closely the data distribution approximates a normal distribution. The research findings highlight that the QQ Plot method can offer a clearer perspective on the distribution of regression data, especially in detecting patterns that may be challenging to identify with traditional statistical tests. While statistical tests provide necessary quantitative evidence, QQ Plot can be a valuable tool in interpreting the characteristics of the distribution more profoundly. In conclusion, understanding the normality of regression data can be enriched by incorporating the QQ Plot method alongside conventional statistical tests. The combination of these two approaches can provide a more comprehensive perspective, assisting researchers in making more informed decisions in regression analysis. This research lays the foundation for further exploration of the use of QQ Plot in the context of more complex data analysis.

Abstract

The Perdana Hotel is one of the hotels in Morotai Island Regency which is developing and continues to strive to improve service and hotel quality standards from various aspects, including the aspect of utilizing information technology. Rental of rooms in prime hotels is still done by recording them in the reservation book, so the room rental system needs to be improved in line with current developments in information technology. Several systems that need to be developed are room rental booking systems, check-in and check-out. The aim of this research is to design a website-based information system that can help parties manage the room rental system more efficiently. The system testing method designed uses white box testing. White box testing allows the test case designer to gain a measure of the logical complexity of the procedural design and use the measure as a guide to the basis set of the work path. The results of the system design and testing that have been carried out can help hotels manage room reservation data by customers easily and efficiently without having to come directly to the hotel.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of muhadarah as an effective method in forming character and increasing students' courage in coming forward. The main focus of this research is at SMPN 2 Bukittinggi, where muhadarah has been implemented as part of the curriculum to shape student character. The research method uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews with teachers and students, as well as content analysis from class notes. The results show that muhadarah, a religion-based discussion or presentation, plays an important role in shaping students' character, especially in increasing their courage to speak in public. In its implementation, muhadarah provides students with the opportunity to express their thoughts, hone their speaking skills, and build self-confidence. By discussing topics relevant to everyday life and moral values, students learn to openly confront diverse views and sharpen their arguments. These findings show that muhadarah is not only a religious activity, but also an effective means of forming student character. By facilitating positive interactions and building public speaking skills, muhadarah helps students develop the courage necessary to perform confidently in a variety of situations. In conclusion, muhadarah at SMPN 2 Bukittinggi has proven itself to be an effective tool in shaping students' character and increasing their courage. The recommendation from this research is to further integrate similar activities into the school curriculum as an integral part of student character formation

Abstract

This research aims to find out the role of Guidance and Counseling teachers in implementing Guidance and Counseling management in schools. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research with the research subject being one of the schools in the city of Medan which was determined using Random Sampling techniques. The data collection instrument uses interview guidelines supported by observation activities. The results of the research show that the management of Guidance and Counseling at this school is not being implemented at all, because the principal does not support Guidance and Counseling activities at school and there is no cooperation between Guidance and Counseling teachers and school staff, for example homeroom teachers, principals and subject teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing and TikTok Shop on increasing sales of "Eat Sambel" products. Influencer marketing has become a popular marketing strategy in the digital industry, with the increasing use of social media as a promotional tool. TikTok Shop, as a commerce feature of the TikTok platform, has also become a fast-growing trend of selling products directly to users. The research method used in this study is distributing questionnaires to consumers who have been involved in purchasing the "Eat Sambel" product. The collected data was analyzed using regression analysis to test the influence of the independent variables, namely influencer marketing and use of TikTok Shop, on the dependent variable, namely increasing product sales.
