Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of Sundanese cultural values at Yadika Soreang High School. In this research using interview methods, and collecting data from the library via the internet which aims to identify the types of kaulinan barudak that exist and the types of kaulinan barudak that are preserved at Yadika Soreang High School, and also identify the values contained in kaulinan barudak The respondent of this research is the founder and manager of the Traditional Sports extracurricular at Yadika Soreang High School. The results of the study show that there are 7 kaulinan barudak that are preserved in the form of extracurricular Traditional Sports by SMA Yadika Soreang, each game has life values that are applied based on the values of silih asih, silih asah, and silih asuh. The values in the game are togetherness, leadership, honesty, spaciousness, and simplicity.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the biology learning outcomes of class X IPA 6 SMAN 1 Glagah. This is interesting to study because the learning process has not varied so that students are less participatory and more easily bored so that it affects learning outcomes. This study used classroom action research which consisted of two cycles. research subjects amounted to 35 students. After the action was taken using the PBL learning model assisted by crossword media, it was found that the percentage of students' completeness had increased. The percentage of students' completeness during the pre-action was 40%, then in the first cycle the percentage of completeness increased to 57.1% and in the second cycle to 77.1%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the crossword puzzle media can improve the learning outcomes of class X IPA 6 SMAN 1 Glagah in biology lessons.

Abstract

This study aims to carry out job training activities or on job training at PT. MuliaGlass is a form of company attention to employees which is measured through performance, communication, and complaint handling. productivity and employee loyalty are expected to increase by managing these three dimensions. This method uses a qualitative method, namely by observing the scope of the company by direct observation and interviews with employees, paying attention to how processes occur within the company. Then the results of this study indicate that the results show that PT. Mulia Glass Float Division 3 Cikarang has a structured and planned job training program. The company realizes the importance of developing employees through training to improve product quality and production efficiency. Job training is carried out regularly by involving competent instructors and using training methods that suit the needs of employees. Then the commitment and handling of PT. MuliaGlass has a positive influence on improving performance.

Abstract

The exchange rate reflects the strength of the country's economy. When the country's economy is dominated by a weakening currency. The development of the amount of money circulating in Indonesia is effectively influenced by people's behavior and the steps taken by the government. As a result, monetary developments in Indonesia are more dynamic. The main function of the currency market, according to Sercu, is to ensure the transfer of money from one country to another and the conversion of currency to other countries.

Abstract

Background: Improving health status, which is a form of public health development, has not been running optimally because there are still various problems found. Non-communicable diseases have recently become a cause of morbidity and mortality in several countries including Indonesia. Changes in lifestyle and changes in diet are still one of the most common causes of digestive disorders, including dyspepsia.Objective: The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between diet and the incidence of dyspepsia in teenager in the emergency room of GMIM Kalooran Amurang Hospital. Methods: This study used cross sectional research design which means studying the dynamics of the relationship between the independent variable with the dependent variable. The population taken in this study were all teenager aged 15-18 years who entered the emergency room of GMIM Kalooran Amurang Hospital, totaling 34 respondents. The sample in this study was taken by means of total sampling. data analysis using chi-square test. Results: Based on the results of statistical tests using chi-square obtained ρ-value = 0.035. From the results of the analysis, the OR value = 8.167 means that a good diet has a chance of 8.167 times better to prevent dyspepsia in adolescents.  Conclusion: The results of statistical tests using chi-square there is a relationship between diet and the incidence of dyspepsia in teenager in the emergency room of GMIM Kalooran Amurang Hospital. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to conduct counseling or health promotion, especially on diseases that easily occur in teenager related to diet and healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 72 of 2016, a hospital is an individual health service facility that provides inpatient and outpatient care, therefore quality services must be fulfilled by the hospital. To maximize service to patients, the operational system must be made more effective. and also efficient. The quality of health services is very important to the quality of health. Improving the quality of health services also requires a strategy in order to maintain or the level of performance of health services. This study uses a literature review study approach using several selected sources based on the criteria of a range of years and keywords that have been determined by the researcher that strategic management in an efficient operation will provide optimal service to patients. Thus, it will give a positive response in the form of patient satisfaction.

Abstract

In simple terms, innovation is defined as renewal or change marked by new things. Efforts to find new things may be caused by several things to solve problems faced by a person or group. Thus, an idea or finding that is new or new changes but that have less impact on problem-solving efforts cannot be classified as innovation. Innovation as an idea, idea, practice, or object/thing that is realized and accepted as something new by a person or group for adoption. Education and learning to face various challenges and problems due to the community's increasing desire to get an education, which cumulatively demands adequate facilities and means of ensuring the quality of education provided. The development of modern science calls for a solid foundation of education and continuous mastery of abilities. It thus demands a more comprehensive education following the concept of life extended education. Developments in technology make it easier for humans to control and take advantage of nature and its environment, but which are often handled as a threat to preserving social roles. The challenges above are felt even more severe because of various problems that exist both from outside and from within the quality of education itself.

Abstract

PT Cahaya Anugrah Firdaus was established in 2014. CAF was founded by Moch. Yanuar Anugrah who wanted to establish an IT company that does not only focus on technology. PT CAF Technology is located at Jl. Akuntansi No. 2 Cigadung, Cibeunying Kaler, Bandung City, West Java 40191. The company has several services for IT & Solution including IT service management, database application, web design, mobile apps, interactive multimedia, product communication, and server and networking. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of work discipline on employee performance at PT Cahaya Anugrah Firdaus, with an implementative method in the form of descriptive. The results of observations supported by company data show attendance in April and May through the Fingerprint Machine there are several employees in the company who still pay less attention to attendance, the problem factor is affected by traffic problems when departing to the company, the solution applied to these conditions is that one of them is the company must improve the fingerprint attendance machine.  From the problems observed, the authors can conclude that employee discipline at PT. Cahaya Anugrah Firdaus is still not paying attention to attendance so that it has an impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This community development approach seeks to promote economic development at the local/regional level. Although such an approach is likely to involve community development and can be linked to empowerment activities in community action programs that focus on upgrading local infrastructure and promoting local economic development projects. This is a key theme related to community development programs by taking into account the economic principles of Muslims. Community development is known as community development. According to the Director General of Development, it is essentially a continuous dynamic process for the community to realize the desire and expectation of a more prosperous life with a strategy to avoid the possibility of being cornered by the community as the guarantor for access to regional or national development. Community Development becomes a kind of spirit in a development paradigm that is no longer delivered where it has been planned by the highest party or follows western patterns, but becomes a development that is people centered in color. With the development of ideas in the theory of dependency (relationships of dependency, there are dominant parties and dependent parties) who want to be independent and contextual in improving people's welfare. More than that, the bottom-up principle becomes a promising belief on the basis of the failure of various countries to improve the welfare of their people.

Abstract

Data from the Word Instant Noodles Association (WINA) as of 11 May 2021 shows that Indonesia is in second place on the list of countries that consume the most instant noodles in the world. This can affect consumer satisfaction, therefore the quality of this product must be maintained in order to provide satisfaction for consumers. However, it is not only quality that must be considered. Interest in buying Indomie instant noodles for consumers must be considered, especially from the taste of these instant noodle products. The purpose of this study is to analyze consumers' purchase of instant noodles and find out the consumer's response to these instant noodle products. The problem in this research is to analyze consumer behavior towards purchasing Indomie instant noodle products. This research method in making articles uses the quantitative method according to Sugiyono (2017: 8) is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, used to research on certain populations or samples, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical, with the aim of test the established hypothesis.
