Abstract

This research is presented with a study of the jalalyn interpretation presented by Gus Baha through the YouTube channel. Massive use of new media is increasingly difficult to control which results in various new problems, namely the competence of a mufassir (whether or not it is appropriate to interpret the Qur'an) as well as problems related to effectiveness in conveying the contents of his verses which are prone to deviations due to technological developments. The method used in this study is qualitative with virtual ethnographic characteristics, namely by collecting various data from the internet, namely YouTube. The interpretation theory used by Gus Baha is that which was initiated by al-Farmawi and Nasharuddin Baidan and then reviewed with semiotics using Charles Pierce's theory. The tahlili method and the fiqh style are the methods used by Gus Baha in interpreting them. The research results in this case show various symbols that explain from one word to another with meanings that become long resulting in an understanding of the science of fiqh. When Gus Baha mentions this verse, it enters the object symbolThis research is expected to add to the body of knowledge for readers as well as if deficiencies are found it can be perfected and corrected in subsequent research.

Abstract

PT Duta Tambang Rekayasa (DTR) didirikan pada tahun 2005 dan memiliki reputasi sebagai perusahaan yang handal dan bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan sumber daya mineral. Dalam UU Ketenagakerjaan, dasar perjanjian kerja menguraikan syarat-syarat hubungan antara pekerja atau buruh dengan pengusaha, terdiri dari pekerjaan, gaji, dan perintah. Penelitian tentang pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) PT Duta Tambang Rekayasa menggunakan pendekatan hukum undangan dan kontekstual dalam hubungannya dengan metode penelitian normatif tertulis serta mengkaji semua hukum dan peraturan relevan, yang membutuhkan pemahaman konsep teoritis dan setiap peraturan atau undang-undang yang mungkin berlaku, serta pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) diderita oleh karyawan yang berdampak bagi dirinya dan keluarganya, pemutusan hubungan kerja dapat dicirikan sebagai berakhirnya hubungan kerja yang menimbulkan kebebasan dan ikatan komitmen antara karyawan dan perusahaan. Pemutusan hubungan kerja yang diatur khusus UU Cipta Kerja No 11 Tahun 2020 dengan adanya faktor yang membuat terjadinya pemutusan hubungan kerja berdasarkan hukum guna memperoleh hak yang didapatkan oleh para pekerja atasa adanya pesangon yang diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze a working environment condition in the Public Housing Office and residential areas. A good work environment will greatly affect the level of employee productivity, this can be seen from the improvement of technology and production methods, production facilities and equipment used, the level of occupational safety and health and the atmosphere of the work environment itself. The method used in doing practical work is the case study method by means of a descriptive analysis approach, namely with a method that searches for collections and processes the necessary data and which is further interpreted and compared with theoretical foundations obtained from several literatures.in addition there is a problem related to the jobdesk given which causes practical work students confusion when carrying out activities.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan faktor yang sangat penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan dalam menjalankan aktivitas industri, baik pada industri skala besar, industri skala menengah dan industri kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memotret risiko Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) serta implementasi prosedur Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja yang telah dilaksanakan pada industri manufaktur farmasi, PT Kimia Farma Tbk. Plant Banjaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi kasus dalam melakukan analisis resiko kecelakaan pada industri farmasi dan untuk memahami secara utuh dan mendalam tentang prosedur penerapan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja di PT Kimia Farma Tbk. Plant Banjaran. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner dari 9 (sembilan) responden yang terdiri dari staf, pelaksana kualifikasi dan kalibrasi serta tenaga pelaksana, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa PT Kimia Fatma Tbk. Plant Banjaran telah menjalankan prosedur Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dengan baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang prosedur Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja sebagai upaya melindungi seluruh karyawan dari resiko kecelakaan. Perusahaan juga melengkapi seluruh karyawan dengan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) sebagai perlindungan terhadap karyawan dari risiko kecelakaan kerja. Selain itu, dilakukan pula monitoring serta evaluasi secara berkala, untuk memastikan bahwa prosedur tersebut masih layak untuk diterapkan. Lingkungan kerja turut berperan terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja. Sikap pekerja dan prosedur kerja yang telah dilaksanakan oleh seluruh karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting terhadap keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sebagai upaya dalam meminimalisir kecelakaan.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a concept that emphasizes individual extra-role behavior in organizations. OCB includes behaviors such as helping co-workers, taking on tasks that are not listed in the job description, and promoting a positive work atmosphere. The purpose of this research is to find out the behavior of each individual outside of their main duties in the organization or work that helps strengthen the organization. Includes behaviors such as helping colleagues, maintaining a clean and orderly work environment, and showing a high commitment to the organization. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Research Locus at PT. YOFC, the informants were one shift leader and one chief operator selected by purposive sampling. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, field surveys and secondary data recording as needed.

Abstract

As a condition that occurs continuously in the course of life, the trading system has evolved in such a way that it has reached the digital trading system practiced by today's society. Over time, advertising in digital media is considered more effective than mainstream media such as television advertisements. Supported by statistical data collection techniques that make it easier for the audience to detect and display social media ads, or can directly target potential buyers who have conducted similar searches in the past. However, several facts still show that TV advertising is still the top choice by brands and has the highest percentage of ad spending compared to other advertisements. This quantitative study took primary data through questionnaires and the results of the data were processed using SPSS 25 to test the effectiveness of TV advertising with non-parametric tests and ANOVA tests.

Abstract

The study aims to exanimes the effect of interest Rate, Dollar Exchange Rates on Stock Price in case studies of Property companies listed on the indonesia stock Exchange for the period 2018 – 2022, both simultaneously and partially. This study use a quantitative method. The data used is data for the period 2018 – 2022. The quantitative data used in this study are interest rates, dollar, exchange rates, and stock prices. The analusis technique used is multiple linear regresio analysis using SPSS. Hypotesis testing used the T test (partial test) and the F test (simultaneous test).

Abstract

Dunia pelayaran selalu menghadapi resiko kecelakaan kerja, kehilangan nyawa, harta dan pencemaran lingkungan.  Oleh karena itu perlu adanya program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang dibuat dan diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk mengurangi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja, kehilangan nyawa, harta dan pencemaran lingkungan. Tujuan dari literature review ini adalah mengetahui program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada tenaga kerja di kapal sebagai sebuah bagian dari manajemen. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode literature review yang sistematis, eksplisit dan reprodusibel untuk melakukan identifikasi, evaluasi dan sintesis terhadap karya-karya hasil penelitian dan hasil pemikiran yang sudah dihasilkan oleh para penelitian dan praktisi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu program-program yang paling banyak dilakukan ialah program yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan dan penggunaan APD, pelatihan dan prosedur K3, pemeriksaan dan jaminan kesehatan kepada pekerja, latihan keadaan darurat kapal dan training/pelatihan SCBA (Self Contain Breathing Aparatus), serta diskusi keselamatan, program pemantauan dan inspeksi.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the social actors’ representation constructed by The Guardia and, Al Jazeera, in reporting the social actors during the mistreatment of immigrant workers and ‘OneLove’ armband issue during FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. This study adopted Theo van Leeuwen's (2008) social actor framework which comprises exclusion and inclusion. Exclusion consists of Supresi and backgrounding, while inclusion consists of Aktivasi, Pasivasi, Asimilasi, Diferensiasi, Indeterminasi, Asosiasi, and Nominasi. A qualitative approach was used in this study. The data were collected from fifteen selected news articles published by The Guardian and Al Jazeera. The findings revealed that both news outlets employed exclusion and inclusion sub-strategies in representing the social actors. The Guardian frequently exhibits a critical tone towards FIFA and Qatar in their coverage, potentially reflecting a particular bias, meanwhile Al Jazeera at times attempts to remove or downplay social actors such as FIFA and Qatar, raises questions about their framing and potential biases. In conclusion, the employment of Theo van Leeuwen's social actor framework indicated that news portals excluded and featured social players depending on their goals.

Abstract

The study of this research is about the meaning and structure that exist in the Al-Qur'an Musabaqah festival in Indonesia with the analytical knife using Rolland Barthes' semiotic theory. In his semiotic analysis, Rolland Barthes describes the meaning of denotation, connotative meaning and myths regarding the meaning and structure of the Musabaqah recitations of the Qur'an which are contained in the Musabaqah Al-Qur'an festival in Indonesia, to be precise taking samples from one of the participants in the Musabaqah Recitations of the Koran at the West Java level in 2023. The research method used by the author is a qualitative-interpretive method with data collection techniques, namely documentation by searching, collecting and compiling data from various sources that are relevant to research-related problems. As for the results of Rolland Barthes's semiotic study on the meaning and structure of the recitations of the Qur'an Musabaqah recitations of the Qur'an in Indonesia, the writer found several symbols which include: praying, reciting isti'adzah, basmalah, intonation in reading the words in particular, the use of nagham and qira'at schools, to ethics in dress and ethics towards the Koran.
