Abstract

Menurut ILO , setiap tahun ada lebih dari 250 juta kecelakaan ditempat kerja. Penyebab kecelakaan sebanyak 80% dikarenakan kelalaian yang dilakukan oleh pekerja yaitu perilaku tidak aman seperti tidak memakai APD ( Alat Pelindung Diri ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan pekerja terhadap pemakaian APD ditempat kerja, yang datanya diperoleh dari beberapa jurnal terkait. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Systematic Literature Review  (SLR) yang dilakukan review dan identifikasi jurnal secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan pekerja terhadap pemakaian alat pelindung diri yaitu pemahaman terhadap pentingnya pemakaian APD, ketersediaan APD, dukungan dari management perusahaannya dan pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh managementnya.

Abstract

This study aims to carry out Customer relationship marketing or CRM activities at PT. MuliaGlass is a form of service quality that is measured through commitment, communication, and complaint handling. Customer trust and loyalty are expected to increase by managing these three dimensions. This method uses a qualitative method, namely by making observations in the scope of the company, paying attention to how the processes occur within the company, paying attention to the preparation of the administration of shipping and receiving goods in the company, observing the process of complaints submitted by customers to the company. Then the results of this study indicate that the commitment and complaint handling of PT. MuliaGlass has a positive influence on customer trust. However, this Practical Work shows that communication has no effect on customer trust.

Abstract

Technology that has developed today can be a source of information from all media using internet networks easily favored by the community. The information obtained is faster, more accurate and can be used wherever technology arises, some problems are encountered by the community so that a program or policy is needed that can solve the problems they face. The solution can be from the community itself or the government that supports to improve the quality of public services, there needs to be increased efficiency and transparency. The purpose of this study is to measure how the quality of the implementation of the E-Report application in East Java with the improvement of public services implemented by the East Java Provincial Communication and Information Office. In this study using qualitative research type descriptive method and the type of data collection used is by conducting interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Measurement indicators use Zeithahaml and Parasuraman &; Berry theory which are indicators of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The result is that there are still indicators that have not met and make it less run optimally, obstacles such as lack of human resources, this complaint application still has weaknesses that make the community still unfamiliar due to lack of socialization between districts and sub-districts, lack of response and follow-up of complaints that make complaints slow by regional officials.

Abstract

In a company it is very crucial to have supervisory management who is authorized to supervise the operational activities of a company. Which later becomes a benchmark whether a company is good or not. Supervisory management is no less important, it needs its role in the company, in which the majority ownership of the company is owned by the state. For this reason, for companies to be able to contribute, good corporate governance is needed. Included in terms of employee enthusiasm at work, planning, employee capabilities. This article reviews supervisory management planning: commitment, planning, employee capabilities that affect supervisory management, namely: a literature study on human resource management. The purpose of writing this article is to hypothesize the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are that commitment influences supervisory management, planning influences supervisory management, and employee abilities influence supervisory management.

Abstract

The Jaya Subur Makmur rice factory is a food processing plant founded by Mr. Abdul Muhyi in 1986. In terms of Supply Chain Management (SCM) studies, one of the root problems in the post-harvest rice commodity business is distribution problems. The low accessibility of commodity availability information for stakeholders results in the distribution process not going well, resulting in frequent accumulation of commodities and commodity vacancies on the other side. The aim of the study was to find out how to evaluate the performance of rice supply chain management at the Jaya Subur Makmur rice factory. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer relationship management on customer loyalty at Chocoffekir in Karawang City. The variables examined in this research are financial benefits, social benefits and structural ties. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This study involved 150 respondents and the method used was purposive sampling. The results show that structural ties and financial benefits have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Social benefits have a positive effect on customer loyalty but not significant. Variable. Financial benefit is the variable that has the most dominant influence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan dalam budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yakni metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrumen kunci. Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan terkait topik kepemimpinan dalam budaya organisasi di dalam sebuah sekolah lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dalam budaya organisasi adalah (a) kepemimpinan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam budaya organisasi di sekolah (b) gaya kepemimpinan dalam budaya organisasi di sekolah. Untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme pendidik dalam pembelajaran ditingkatkan melalui cara-cara mengikuti penataran, mengikuti kursus-kursus pendidikan, mengadakan kunjungan sekolah lain atau studi banding, memperbanyak membaca, mengadakan hubungan dengan wali siswa, meningkatkan pemakaian metode, peningkatan materi, serta peningkatan sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Production management can be defined as a process that continuously and effectively uses management functions to efficiently integrate various resources in order to achieve company goals. This study aims to analyze the production management of Sekawan Rimba's furniture business and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the production management of Sekawan Rimba's furniture business. This study uses a qualitative method of descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validation techniques used method and source triangulation, by collecting similar data and information from a variety of different sources. Data analysis in this study used an interactive model, namely a four-stage collection analysis: consisting of data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and verification/conclusion. The results of the study show that Sekawan Rimba furniture has carried out the operational management function properly so that it is able to maintain its business existence. By using good raw materials and having an experienced workforce, Sekawan Rimba furniture is able to produce quality products and consistently produce their products. Quality products and friendly service can satisfy consumers. One of the obstacles in the production process at Sekawan Rimba furniture is that there are only a few skilled workers, so other workers need to get more direction. And labor indiscipline in terms of delivery of goods which are often late.

Abstract

Nowadays, various brands and types of viral drinks continue to emerge in Indonesia. Boba drink is one of those kinds of popular drinks, which originated from Taiwan and has become a popular beverage throughout the world, including in Indonesia, especially among youths and young adults. Boba drink contains high levels of sugar and calorie and is part of the larger group of sugarsweetened beverage (SSB). Boba shops generally offer various beverage flavors, toppings, sizes, choices of sugar and ice level that can be personalized. . The "KAMSIA BOBA" beverage business is a business engaged in the beverage sector which has a different concept from other drinks. The vision of "KAMSIA BOBA" is to provide a different experience to buyers, as well as provide the best and memorable service so that customers always want to come back. The target market for "KAMSIA BOBA" is for the lower middle class but does not rule out also for the upper class who have a lifestyle and a penchant for drinking sweet and cold drinks both to take home. Several marketing strategies implemented by "KAMSIA BOBA" namely social media and direct marketing.

Abstract

Ergonomics is a branch of science that systematically utilizes information about human nature, abilities and limitations to design a better work system. In fishing operations, ergonomics is closely related to work comfort and safety on board. The aim of this research is to describe fishing activities on board and to analyze ergonomic aspects of fishing activities. This research is a Literature Review research. Data processing in this study uses the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) activities. This method is intended to observe in detail the activities, the equipment used, how it works and the layout on the boat. The results of research on fishing gear and assistive devices on board are not ergonomic because the steering wheel seat has no backrest and is too far from the steering levers and levers. gas; the condition of the crew rest room and the helmsman is not proper; noise in the engine room area due to the sound of ship engines; smoke from the ship's exhaust hitting the helmsman; fishing gear operating equipment is still done manually; fishermen's working position is still very high risk of accidents and muscle complaints.
