Abstract

Policies and regulations in improving the effectiveness of E-Government implementation are important steps for local governments to realize axiology in local governance. This is because policies and regulations can be a guideline in the development and implementation of E-Government services that are effective, efficient, and follow the needs of the community. In this research, the local government will be faced with a problem in which there is an implementation related to the implementation of E-Government. Starting from the strategy to the development of the implementation of the E-Government implementation. The effectiveness of E-Government implementation in Local Government will be considered good if the time, cost, resources, and level of public satisfaction are following the rational goal model and reflect axiological values in administration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian “ex-post facto” yang bersifat korelasional, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa Paket B Sinar Baru TIMIKA PAPUA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas Paket B Sinar Baru TIMIKA PAPUA yang terdiri dari 28 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menyimpulkan bahwa Tingkat kecerdasan emosional siswa Paket B Sinar Baru dikategorikan tinggi (46,43%) dari skor tertinggi sebesar 190, skor terendah sebesar 120, rata-rata sebesar 152,712, dan standar deviasinya sebesar 17,95, skor idealnya adalah (40-200). Hasil belajar matematika siswa Paket B Sinar Baru dikategorikan tinggi (53,57%) dari skor tertinggi sebesar 93, skor terendah sebesar 64, rata-rata sebesar 81,82, dan standar deviasinya sebesar 7,991, skor idealnya adalah (0-100). Pada taraf signifikansi 0,05; tingkat kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas Paket B Sinar Baru, Dengan koefisien determinasi R2 = 89,8% dan persamaan regresinya adalah Y = 20,759 + 0,4X.

Abstract

Produksi merupakan aktivitas manusia yang melibatkan penciptaan produk dan layanan yang kemudian digunakan konsumen. Produksi sangat penting dalam menentukan kesejahteraan dan standar hidup suatu negara. Ekonomi Islam mengakui peran eksistensi manusia dalam menghasilkan kemakmuran dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang tersedia. Kegiatan produksi dapat diterima dalam Islam selama mereka menghasilkan barang-barang halal dan sesuai syariah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor produksi dalam perspektif islam pada usaha Bakso dan Siomay Perjuangan di kota Medan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berhasilnya suatu usaha tentunya banyak faktor produksi digunakan dalam penciptaan barang dan jasa diantaranya: faktor alam (tanah), faktor modal, faktor tenaga kerja, dan faktor manajemen.

Abstract

People's expectations of positive change and progress brought by a president are only sometimes met, and a charismatic and diplomatic leader is an indicator that can bring progress to the Indonesian nation. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is the sixth president of Indonesia whom the Indonesian people directly elected through elections in 2004 and 2009. He is a leader who can face various problems and challenges during his tenure. SBY was always active in international cooperation and made Indonesia proud in the eyes of the world. SBY's election in the elections also became a milestone for Indonesia in becoming a more democratic country. This research aims to find out what factors are behind the Indonesian people in giving trust in SBY to serve again in the second period. This research uses a case study method with a descriptive approach to search and finds the factors of the re-election of President SBY by conducting in-depth exploration using secondary data with review materials sourced from books, articles, and scientific journals that already exist and then compiled in a research result. Based on several data and research, SBY is a charismatic leader with his leadership style that is a democratic, authentic, and aggressive style that characterizes and is unique in his leadership in his 10-year term as president of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

In this study, the counselor's efforts to provide guidance group services are being distracted. The two principles that this study seeks to explain are: (1) comprehension in building a guiding group and (2) building a dynamics group. In this study, descriptive qualitative research was used. The basis for this study was two counselors, two students in class eleven, and one student vice. The researcher employs interviews in addition to a technique for data analysis based on the presentation and conclusion of the data. The study's findings are as follows: (1) The students' lack of attention to the counselor's explanations during guidance group is the primary source of the counselor's distraction when providing services for guidance groups, Students didn't interact to share their experiences since they didn't grasp the activity that was being done, creating a poor environment for the counselor. (2) The primary argument made by the counselor while assembling a dynamics group is that the school's facilitation was insufficient. The conclusion of this study is that in order for students to take use of guidance group services, counselors should increase their efforts to assist students in problem-solving with their peers.

Abstract

This research aims to see, review, or find the difficulties of students while working on descriptive essays. The method used is a mixed method with indirect and direct interview methods summarized in the Google form. This research prepared as many as 5 questions related to obstacles and difficulties in working on descriptive essays so that students can provide their statements or answers about it. The number of students who participated in this study was 30 students. The results of the statements submitted by students are very diverse and also almost have similar factors about finding difficulties while working on descriptive essays.

Abstract

The world of the younger generation is full of joy and uniqueness. In all aspects of adolescent development, puberty is a phase full of anxiety. This phase of physical growth is an early sign of adolescent growth followed by a period of adaptation to interpersonal relationships and the wider social environment. The purpose of this research is to explore the application of psychology in improving the quality of learning for the millennial generation. The method used in this research is literature review, in which the research approach is based on the opinions of experts and the results of previous research on educational psychology and millennial youth. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that as a teacher, educators must understand various aspects of student behavior and individuals related to their duties, comprehensively. This will assist educators in carrying out their duties and responsibilities effectively, which will ultimately make a real contribution to the goals of education in schools. By understanding the characteristics of students, teachers can wisely prepare the learning environment, carry out an effective teaching-learning process, even in giving assessments.

Abstract

Background: Based on data from the Kutabawa Village Midwife in 2022, the ISPA rate in toddlers reaches 7%, which is the highest case compared to others. Acute respiratory infection (ARI) is an acute infectious disease that attacks one or more parts of the respiratory tract, from the nose to the alveoli. Treatment of ARI can use pharmacology and non-pharmacology. Non-pharmacology can use ginger and honey decoction, which is effective for reducing ARI symptoms such as coughs and runny noses.The purpose: To determine the effectiveness of giving ginger and honey decoction as a complementary therapy to an R with ARI problems. Methods: This study used a case study method with respondents suffering from mild ARI (cough, runny nose, discharge, and having not received pharmacological treatment) and focusing on giving ginger and honey decoction as complementary therapy to children with ARI. Using three instruments, namely observation sheets, interview sheets, and the Gordon assessment format, This research was carried out in Kutabawa Village for 5 days, from March 15–20, 2023. Results: After 5 days of action, the frequency of the child's cough decreased. Conclusion: Giving ginger and honey decoction to An.R. for 5 days, which is given twice a day, is effective as a complementary therapy in cases of mild ARI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program pelatihan kewirausahaan di Universitas Bina Mandiri Gorontalo dan memahami dampaknya terhadap mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam dengan mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti program tersebut dan analisis terhadap data yang terkumpul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan kewirausahaan di universitas ini sangat berharga dan memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan kewirausahaan memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep-konsep kewirausahaan dan keterampilan praktis yang relevan dengan dunia bisnis. Mahasiswa merasa terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran melalui berbagai metode, seperti kuliah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan kegiatan praktis seperti studi kasus dan simulasi bisnis. Program ini juga memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi mahasiswa dalam memulai perjalanan kewirausahaan mereka. Mahasiswa menghargai kesempatan untuk berinteraksi dengan rekan-rekan sejawat yang memiliki semangat yang sama, saling mendukung, dan berbagi pengalaman dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis. Mereka juga telah mempelajari berbagai aspek penting dalam memulai dan mengelola bisnis, termasuk perencanaan bisnis, analisis pasar, manajemen keuangan, pemasaran, dan manajemen operasional. Lebih lanjut, mahasiswa berhasil menerapkan pengetahuan yang mereka peroleh dalam kegiatan kewirausahaan mereka sendiri, seperti mengembangkan rencana bisnis komprehensif dan merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Namun, penelitian juga mengungkapkan beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa dalam mengikuti program, terutama terkait dengan keterbatasan sumber daya dan membangun jaringan bisnis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan adanya peningkatan alokasi sumber daya, penguatan jaringan bisnis, pendekatan berpusat pada mahasiswa, dan integrasi teori dan praktik yang lebih luas dalam program pelatihan kewirausahaan. Kesimpulannya, program pelatihan kewirausahaan di Universitas Bina Mandiri Gorontalo telah memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi mahasiswa. Dengan implementasi saran-saran yang diajukan, program ini dapat terus ditingkatkan untuk memberikan persiapan yang lebih baik bagi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis di masa depan.

Abstract

Warnet is an alternative alternative place to surf the internet for people who have limited internet access. But over time, cafe presents a more powerful setup to run moderate PC games the market skyrocketed. With the increasing number of foreign and local streamers playing these PC-based games makes many people interested try it. However, considering the cost of assembling a PC is not a nominal value more or less they choose to rent it in the cafe. With thus, today's cafes are more likely to be used for gaming, instead surfing the internet has become commonplace considering the use of smart phones which has been fully utilized. Data base processing in a company is important for manage the flow of data within the company. Besides for speed up data processing, the database is also useful for data security. For manage the input and output data from a database, the system is needed. System useful for facilitating communication between the user and the database. System too useful for printing output so that it becomes easier and more efficient. Therefore, using a database in an internet cafe business has high effectiveness that can help data processing activities in cafe.
