Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what are the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Counseling Guidance program at Muhammadiyah 57 Middle School Medan. The approach to this study uses qualitative descriptive research and the type of research is case study. Data collection is by interview. Data analysis techniques in this research use miles and huberman with data reduction models, presentations, and concluded the results of the study. Respondents in this study were guidance counseling teachers at Muhammadiyah 57 Middle School Medan.

Abstract

Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure where systolic 140 mmHg and diastolic 90 mmHg. The purpose of the study was to find out what factors were associated with the incidence of hypertension in the elderly at the Talang Ratu Health Center, Palembang City in 2021. The design of this research is cross sectional. The sampling method istechnique purposive sampling. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling, namely patients who were treated at the Talang Ratu Health Center in 2022. Each research sample is 95 respondents. This research was conducted in June 2023. The data collection used a questionnaire. The results of the analysis oftest Chi-Square showed no significant correlation (P <0.05) for the variable age and family history of hypertension. From this research, it is hoped that the Puskesmas will maximize programs related to the elderly such as the elderly posyandu, considering that the elderly are a group at risk for disease.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Just-in-Time concept implementation on operational efficiency and cost control at PT Waskita Karya Tbk, a manufacturing company in Indonesia. The research population consists of purchasing employees, PCD employees, Logistics Leaders, Line Heads, Group Heads, and Section Heads. The research sample was taken saturated, with a total sample size of 24 people. The data analysis methods used include descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant regression coefficient and a p-value lower than the significance level of 0.05 (with a p-value of 0.001). This indicates that the implementation of the Just-in-Time concept has a positive and significant influence on operational efficiency and cost control at PT Waskita Karya Tbk. In addition, the relatively high R-Squared (0.718) indicates that the Just-in-Time Concept variable is able to explain about 71.8% of the variation in operational efficiency and cost control in the company. This research has novelty in the context of the application of Just-in-Time concept in the construction industry through a case study on PT Waskita Karya Tbk. The implication of this study is that the implementation of Just-in-Time concept can improve operational efficiency and cost control in manufacturing companies. The findings provide a foundation for other manufacturing companies to adopt and implement the Just-in-Time concept to improve their operational performance.

Abstract

This research entitled "The Effect of phonological abilities for children in Communication".  The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of children's phonological skills on communication. The purpose of this study is to describe children's language acquisition in terms of phonology, including the acquisition of vowels and consonants, and the factors that influence phonological acquisition in communication.The study data are conversations between subjects and their mothers, grandmothers, and other family members and the community. Data collection techniques were performed using recording techniques, notes, and Google Forms. We then analyze the data obtained and use them to conclude stages of language acquisition at the phonological, syntactic, semantic and pragmatic levels.

Abstract

In the development of technology, it can facilitate testing and experiments that will be conducted. By using the available technology, it can reduce costs and time efficiency in conducting research and experiments. The simulation of the combustion process of the 124.8cc Vario motor includes an analysis of the process, temperature, pressure, and crankshaft angle in the combustion of the motor. The purpose of this simulation is to determine when the combustion starts, the final combustion angle produced if the RPM increases, the pressure generated when the RPM increases, and the peak temperature when the RPM increases. This simulation was performed using Ansys 2023 R1 software.

Abstract

Background: Infection is a big problem that is often faced by patients. This can be caused by antibiotics that are not suitable, even due to resistance from the use of antibiotics. Method: in searching for literature for this review using articles in English originating from Scopus, Science Direct, and Proquest from 2017 to 2020 and in compiling results related to articles using the appropriate rules, namely using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis (PRISMA) as well as flow charts. Result: An initial search from Science Direct, Scopus and Proquest data yielded a total of 1,340 literature articles. Articles are then excluded based on changes in sources, namely the last 5 years from 2018 to 2023 with the method of systematic review and original articles from research. Recently found 10 articles ready to be synthetic. Conclusion: Complications due to less optimal use of antibiotics often occur, such as prolonged infection and resistance to anaphylaxis. Many programs are implemented in the management of controlling the administration of antibiotics, this aims to avoid prolonged infection and resistance to these drugs.

Abstract

 Guidance and counseling is the counselor (counselor) offering assistance to people (clients) done directly and causing a reciprocal relationship so that the client has knowledge or a place so he can find out and solve his problem. As stated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System Article 1 No. 6, counseling guidance is recognized as a legal unit as a qualification of educators, consisting of instructors, lecturers, guardians. Identified 4 educators from government regulation no. 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards Article 28 Point 3 and RI Law No. 14 of 2005 regarding teachers, lecturers. a teacher or lecturer must have, and be able to practice, and master the knowledge, abilities, and attitudes known as competence to carry out their professional duties.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the increase in science learning activities and outcomes through the Problem Based Learning model assisted by picture cards in class IVA students of SDN Sampangan 02 Semarang. The type of research used is collaborative classroom action research (PTK) with a qualitative approach. There are four stages of collaborative classroom action research, namely 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation, and 4) reflection. The subjects of this study are students of class IVA SDN Sampangan 02 Semarang in semester 2 of the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection techniques include observation, tests, and interviews. The instruments used in this study were multiple-choice questions with the help of the quiziz website, observation sheets of student learning activities, and interviews of initial science skills. The KKTP for science subjects determined by the school is 75. The results showed that there has been an increase in activity and learning outcomes from precycle to cycle 1 and to cycle 2. Evidenced by the increase in student learning activities from pre-cycle with an average percentage of 49% to cycle I with an average percentage of 75% and to cycle II with an average percentage of 85.5% in learning. The learning outcomes of students in the pre-cycle obtained an average score of 68.9 with classical completeness of 46% with very less qualifications. The improvement in learning outcomes is evidenced by an evaluation test conducted at the end of the first cycle, the results of science learning showed an average grade score of 78.6 with classical completeness of 71% with sufficient qualifications. In cycle II the grade point average increased to 81.8 with classical completeness of 86% in good qualifications. The increase occurred in student learning activities from the percentage obtained from 46% to 75% and to 85.5% with very good criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by picture cards can improve the learning outcomes and learning activities of students in science subjects in class IVA SDN Sampangan 02 Semarang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Indomaret cabang Aimas Kabupaten Sorong. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan pembagian kuesioner. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 responden dan mereka adalah karyawan dari PT. Indomaret Cabang Aimas Kabupaten Sorong. Teknik analisis data yang  digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda, uji multikolinieritas, uji autokorelasi, uji normalitas data, uji hipotesis T dan F dengan bantuan program aplikasi komputer IMB SPSS 23. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian muenunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dan kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indomaret cabang Aimas Kabupaten Sorong.

Abstract

 This research aims to analyze the settlement of land disputes through non-litigation channels, especially mediation at the Kupang City Office of the Ministry of ATR/BPN. This research focuses on the mediation mechanism in the settlement of land disputes at the Kupang City Office of the Ministry of ATR / BPN, and what factors are an obstacle in the mediation of land disputes carried out. The research is descriptive with empirical juridical type. The research revealed that land disputes filed with the Kupang City BPN must be registered or certified land. The settlement of land disputes through mediation in the Kupang City Office of the Ministry of ATR / BPN is guided by the Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN No.21 of 2020 in which the handling of land disputes through mediation starts from a complaint, case assessment, initial degree, research, exposing research results, coordination meeting, final degree, and case settlement. The inhibiting factor in mediation caused by the complaint document does not yet contain the stipulated conditions that must be met first, the supporting data factor, the absence of one of the parties, the factor of one party's dissatisfaction with the agreed peace
