<![CDATA[The use of social media as a means of developing virtual communities has significant positive impacts, including increasing cross-cultural understanding, promoting social inclusion, and enabling individuals to build their personal brands or skills. However, challenges related to privacy, security, and sustaining participation also arise. A literature review research method is used to delve into the influence and utilization of social media in virtual communities. The research findings indicate that social media plays a crucial role in facilitating the growth of virtual communities, enhancing participation, and expanding networks. Strategies for utilizing social media such as content marketing, active interaction, and rewards can be employed to maximize its benefits.]]>

<![CDATA[Adanya kegiatan belajar online mengharuskan pendidik memiliki strategi serta media pembelajaran yang berinovatif sebagai upaya memberikan suasana pembelajaran online yang tidak mudah membosankan serta upaya untuk peserta didik tetap fokus memperhatikan materi yang diberikan. Oleh karena itu, pendidik harus memanfaatkan suatu media yang efektif dan bersifat kompetitif untuk membangun motivasi serta semangat belajar peserta didik pada masa kegiatan belajar online. Salah satu media yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan belajar online adalah media pembelajaran berbasis web, yakni QuizWhizzer. Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya menjelaskan dan memaparkan hasil produk media pembelajaran QuizWhizzer serta mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan keefektifan media pembelajaran berbasis web QuizWhizzer ini sebagai pemanfaatan media pembelajaran kegiatan belajar online. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey melalui angket/kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian didapatkan melalui hasil kuesioner, bahwa pemanfaatan QuizWhizzer dikatakan efektif, memiliki kebermaknaan, ketertarikan, serta dapat membantu proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, di sisi lain sebagian responden beranggapan bahwa adanya kesulitan atau kendala yang akan terjadi ketika belajar menggunakan QuizWhizzer, yakni ketidakstabilan jaringan.]]>

<![CDATA[The Code of Ethics becomes an ethical principle in the profession of a judge which becomes the basis for every decision making by a judge as a law enforcement officer, as well as how the challenges and dilemmas faced by a judge in its in-depth implementation. The aims and objectives of this research aim to provide an understanding to the public regarding the guidelines and obstacles for a judge in carrying out this research is a normative juridical research, namely legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data only. The approach used in this research is the statute approach, which is an approach carried out by examining all laws and regulations related to the legal issues being discussed (studied) and the case approach. The code of ethics of a judge has been regulated in the Joint Decree of the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia and the Chairman of the Judicial Commission of the Republic of Indonesia Number 047/KMA/SKB/IV/2009 02/SKB/P.KY/IV/2009 concerning the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct for Judges. However, a judge in his role as a legal defender is often faced with various ethical dilemmas in making legal decisions. These dilemmas can affect the decision-making process and the final outcome of a case. A judge as a legal defender is often faced with various ethical dilemmas in making decisions that finalise the outcome. There are ethical dilemmas that are often faced by judges in carrying out their duties as law enforcers. Judges are often faced with situations where the strict application of the law is not always in line with the principles of justice. The transfer pricing activities of international companies have a significant impact on a country's tax revenue, both directly and indirectly. This qualitative research, utilizing literature studies as the data collection method, delves into Tax Management literature, exploring components influencing transfer pricing decisions, including tax planning and tunneling incentives. The primary focus of this article is to formulate hypotheses on how tax planning and tunneling incentives can affect transfer pricing decisions. Literature review results indicate that tax planning significantly influences transfer pricing decisions, while tunneling incentives also wield substantial influence in this context.]]>

<![CDATA[In the 20th century, the development of technology is increasingly rapid. Digital transformation and big data are the impact of technological developments that occur continuously. The purpose of this paper is to explain the implementation of digital transformation at the Central Bureau of Statistics as well as the opportunities and challenges faced. Through a literature review on the digital transformation of the Central Bureau of Statistics in the era of big data, it is found that the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics has implemented digital transformation in its business processes such as online surveys, centralized data management systems, dissemination through social media, Integrated Statistical Services (PST), and SILASTIK. In addition, digital transformation also has various opportunities such as facilitating the business activities of Statistics Indonesia in the collection to dissemination process, as well as challenges such as data security and privacy. Thus, digital transformation plays an important role for Statistics Indonesia in improving the quality of statistics, optimizing the use of big data technology, and adjusting to changes so that the data produced remains relevant.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini didasari oleh data pengamatan yang ditemukan bahwa hasil belajar dari pembelajaran materi pecahan sangat rendah. Solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut yaitu melalui pendekatan TPACK dan model PBL (Problem Based Learning). Penyelidikan guna mengelaborasi kualitas dari pendidikan melalui pendekatan TPACK dan model PBL (Problem based learning). Desain penelitian melalui penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 pertemuan. Subyek pengamatan yaitu peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Podorejo 02 yang berjumlah 25 orang tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Data hasil belajar dari peserta didik pada Kurun I sebanyak 68% yang telah mendapatkan nilai diatas KKM dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 20% pada Kurun II menjadi 88% peserta didik kelas V telah mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sekolah yaitu 75. Disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan TPACK melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran perkalian dan pembagian pecahan di kelas V SDN Podorejo 02.]]>

<![CDATA[Technology has become an inseparable part of human life, including in the field of education. Muhammadiyah 6 Medan Elementary School (SDM 6) is one of the schools that has implemented technology in its education system approach. This research aims to evaluate the impact of technology in the education system approach in HR 6. This research is a qualitative descriptive research which aims to produce information in the form of notes and descriptive data contained in the texts studied as well as observation results. The research results show that technology has had a positive impact on the education system approach in HR 6. Technology has helped increase learning effectiveness, student motivation and the quality of education. Specifically, technology has helped teachers to deliver learning material in a more interesting and interactive manner. Technology has also helped students to learn independently and more effectively. Apart from that, technology has also helped schools to improve the quality of education by providing access to a wider range of learning resources. However, this research also found several challenges in implementing technology in the education system approach in SDM 6. These challenges include, among other things, related to the availability of infrastructure and human resources, as well as teachers' ability to use technology. In general, this research shows that technology has the potential to improve the quality of education. However, the application of technology in education needs to be done wisely and taking into account various related factors.]]>
