Abstract

This research stems from the complexity of interpreting Islamic legal sources and the disagreement among scholars regarding the methodology of its analysis. The primary objective of the study is to provide a deeper understanding of the methods used in analyzing Islamic legal sources and to elucidate the debates that arise in this context. The research methodology employed is a literature review, involving the collection and analysis of key literature discussing various methods of analyzing Islamic legal sources and the associated debates. The approach utilized in this research is a normative approach, allowing the researcher to evaluate the methods of analyzing Islamic legal sources from the perspective of existing legal norms. This study holds significance in enriching academic insights into the approach of analyzing Islamic legal sources. The research outcomes are expected to contribute to a better understanding of the complexity and conceptual framework underlying the process of analyzing Islamic legal sources. Practical implications of this research include guidance for researchers, legal practitioners, and students to better comprehend how to navigate differences in approaches when analyzing Islamic legal sources.

Abstract

Law has an important role in the Indonesian state system which refers to the principle of the rule of law, where both the government and citizens must comply with applicable laws. Law in Indonesia covers various fields and has a crucial role in creating social and economic justice and protecting human rights. Laws also reflect a society's values, culture, and history. Apart from that, this research will discuss the chronology of cases and juridical reflections regarding terrorism crimes in Papua as well as the state's responsibility regarding human rights violations by the Armed Criminal Group (KKB) in Papua. This research aims to further understand the chronology of cases and forms of juridical reflection from a legal perspective in Indonesia, the actions taken by the Indonesian National Army to overcome terrorist crimes in Papua, and the state's responsibility regarding human rights violations by the Papuan Armed Criminal Group. This research method uses qualitative methods related to journals and related literature. The results of this research show the need for efforts to achieve peace in Papua, proportional action in protecting Papuans, and attention to decision-making mechanisms in the involvement of the Indonesian National Army in countering terrorism. The suggestions given include expanding cooperation with local communities, evaluating the Papua Special Autonomy Law, a holistic approach in dealing with terrorism, synergy between related institutions, and fair and transparent law enforcement.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 16 tahun 2019 tentang Permohonan Dispensasi Kawin adalah salah satu bukti bahwa bila seseorang yang ingin melaksanakan perkawinan akan tetapi belum cukup umur yaitu dengan persyaratan batas usia 19 tahun bagi wanita dan usia 19 tahun bagi laki-laki akan tetapi apabila umur kedua calon mempelai di bawah umur yang telah di atur oleh undang-undang maka wajib melaksanakan permohonan dispensasi kawin.Perubahan terhadap Undang-Undang no 1 tahun 1974 menjadi Undang-Undang no 16 tahun 2019 diperlukan analisis secara yuridis atau analisis hukum karena apakah secara  efektif  dapat berperan dalam menekan angka perkawinan dini atau permohonan pengajuan dispensasi kawin di pengadilan Agama Surabaya dengan mencari informasi mengenai pertimbangan hakim apa saja faktor yang dapat mengabulkan permohonan dispensasi kawin di pengadilan agama Surabaya. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif penulis mengharapkan informasi dari Narasumber agar bagaimana Undang-Undang No 16 tahun 2019 dapat berperan secara efektif  di Masyarakat akan tetapi Pengadilan Agama harus bekerja sama dengan steakholder seperti Dinas Pemerintahan , Dinas Kesehatan , Dinas perlindungan perempuan dan anak dan Dinas sosial terkait di Kota Surabaya.Teknik Wawancara , Teknik Observasi dan Teknik Dokumentasi yang dijadikan acuan Tata cara bagi penulis dalam melaksanakan karya ilmiah skripsi.menggunakan analisis data sebagai rangkuman kesimpulan dari data yang diperoleh selama melaksanakan penelitian kualitatif di pengadilan agama Surabaya. Secara garis besar efektifitas pemberlakuan Undang-Undang no 16 tahun 2019 di Pengadilan Agama Surabaya berjalan dengan baik walaupun sempat ada kenaikan di tahun 2020 akan tetapi sampai saat ini terus menurun dan stabil.

Abstract

Pentingnya penerapan pendekatan humanistik dan teknik attending dalam konseling untuk menciptakan sesi konseling yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Pendekatan humanistik menekankan pemahaman individu sebagai makhluk unik dengan potensi pertumbuhan dan penghargaan terhadap otonomi klien. Teknik attending, yang mencakup mendengarkan aktif, empati, dan kesadaran diri, adalah alat penting dalam mencapai hubungan konseling yang positif. Penerapan pendekatan ini menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung perubahan positif dalam hidup klien, meningkatkan kesadaran diri mereka, dan membantu mereka mengatasi tantangan dan perubahan. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan humanistik dan teknik attending adalah alat yang kuat dalam konseling yang berkelanjutan dan efektif, yang memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi klien dalam perjalanan mereka menuju pemahaman diri yang lebih dalam dan pertumbuhan pribadi

Abstract

Pembangunan di Indonesia mencerminkan komitmen pada trilogi pembangunan yang mencakup pemerataan, pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan stabilitas nasional. Era globalisasi memacu persaingan bisnis yang ketat, memaksa perusahaan guna berkembang atau menghadapi risiko kemunduran. Dalam upaya tumbuh, perusahaan dapat memilih ekspansi melalui pertumbuhan internal atau akuisisi saham dari luar perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyoroti pengambilalihan saham sebagai strategi vital dalam perkembangan bisnis, memungkinkan perusahaan guna memperkuat posisinya tanpa mengakhiri operasionalnya. Namun, implementasi pengambilalihan saham melibatkan kompleksitas regulasi yang harus dipatuhi. Studi ini menggali aspek hukum yang terkait dengan notifikasi pengambilalihan saham perseroan terbatas, dengan memfokuskan pada Putusan Nomor: 34/KPPU-M/2020. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pentingnya mematuhi peraturan terkini dan dampaknya terhadap persaingan bisnis serta stabilitas ekonomi.

Abstract

Adanya berbagai permasalahan pendidikan yang ada, disebabkan lantaran kurangnya penguatan  karakter  siswa,  salah  satunya  melemahnya  karakter  religius  dalam  diri mereka.  Guna  menanamkan  nilai-nilai  karakter  religius tersebut perlunya  strategi penguatan karkater, seperti  yang terjadi di Pondok Pesantren Syekh Ibrahim Kumpulan , penguatan karakter  dilakukan  melalui pengembangan  program muhadharah. Berdasarkan  hal tersebut  penelitian  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  bagaimana peran pengembangan  program muhadharah di Ponpes Syekh Ibrahim Kumpulan dalam upaya penguatan  karakter  religius  siswa. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dampak   strategi   pengembangan   program muhadharah yang   dilaksanakan   dapat memberikan pengaruh dalam penguatan karakter religius siswa aspek ketaatan siswa, meningkatnya toleransi siswa, dan karakter rukun siswa

Abstract

Language error is the use of language both orally and in writing that deviates from the rules of Indonesian grammar. The problem discussed in this study is the analysis of language errors in the Sunday, November 6, 2023 edition of the Sumatra Ekspres newspaper. This study aims to describe language errors in Sumatra Express newspaper. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive method. The object of research used is the Sumatra Express newspaper with observation, listen, and record research techniques. The results of this study stated that there were still some language errors found in the Sumatra Express newspaper, errors contained in the newspaper, namely, errors in the use of punctuation. In the Sumatra Express newspaper, punctuation errors lie in title names that are not punctuated with periods (.) or commas (,). Spelling errors, misuse of standard words, and word choice errors are still found in Sumatra Express newspapers. But for the misuse of capital letters is not found in the Sumatra Express newspaper.

Abstract

Dandruff is a common scalp problem affecting many people around the world. The use of chemicals in hair care products often raises concerns about side effects and long-term effects on hair and scalp health. Therefore, this review article aims to develop a natural-based anti-dandruff shampoo formulation using plant extracts such as starfruit (Averroa bilimbi) and fragrant pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb). Further analysis of the active compound content in the extract showed that there were bioactive components in pandan leaves, and ascorbic acid in starfruit which was proven to have antibacterial and antimicrobial properties as well as anti-dandruff properties. The purpose of this review article is to show that the use of herbal plants such as starfruit leaves and pandan wangi leaves in anti-dandruff shampoo formulations has great potential to provide a natural and effective solution in treating dandruff problems without causing side effects. adverse side effects. The practical implication of this research is to develop hair care products that are more environmentally friendly and focus on scalp health.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of systems and technology in the organization's business processes. Qualitative research methods are applied to this research by using literature study research, then summarized to obtain data in the study. The result of this research is that information technology plays an important role in the business world, including facilitating communication, information management systems, facilitating CRM, business information sources, improving business operations, integrating business development, increasing business efficiency, information management and increasing profitability and cost efficiency, used to promote or carry out public activities such as news, advertisements, and other knowledge information. Information technology can also help achieve organizational strategies in making relevant and accurate decisions.

Abstract

A harmonious family is the dream and hope of every individual. However, not every individual is able to make it happen. Some individuals, including career women, often find it difficult to divide their time between office work and household work, which can lead to conflicts known as dual role conflicts. If this conflict cannot be resolved properly, it will affect family harmony. This research aims to determine the relationship between dual role conflict and family harmony among career women in Makassar City. The subjects in this research were 206 career women subjects who were married, had at least 1 child, worked as private employees and lived in Makassar City. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The measuring instruments used in this research are a modified family harmony scale and a modified dual role conflict scale. The results of simple linear regression showed r = -0.462, p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). This coefficient value shows that there is a significant negative relationship between dual role conflict and family harmony. This means that the higher the dual role conflict, the lower the family harmony, and vice versa. The implication of this research is that it is a reference source that can contribute in the form of knowledge regarding dual role conflict and family harmony.
