Abstract

The development of information technology has led to the rapid growth of the internet as it provides a fast communication medium for various types of information. Recently, the internet has brought about changes, including the emergence of the latest technology in public services that the government uses as a new technology-based approach, known as e-government. The implementation of e-government itself has been carried out in many forms, including what we will discuss, namely the Maritime Single Window system. The Maritime Single Window (MSW) system, also known as the Maritime Single Window System, is an integrated system that enables the exchange of data or information between parties involved in port or maritime activities. The research concludes that the impact of MSW is a driving factor for the advancement of Indonesia's maritime sector. Although challenges still exist, positive achievements indicate the significant potential of this system to accelerate economic growth, improve operational efficiency, and make Indonesia's maritime sector more competitive globally. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, with secondary data sources obtained from various sources such as books, journals, documents, and other related media.

Abstract

Students often find it difficult to solve math problems, this is due to a lack of understanding of the problems presented. So many students experience errors in answering. As happened to PGMI-3 students, who experienced misconceptions when working on mathematics problems, especially on the circumference of flat shapes using Polya Theory. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this research were PGMI-3 class students. The aim of this research is to describe the forms of misconceptions experienced by students when working on mathematical problems on plane material using Polya Theory. From the research results, it was found that the form of misconception carried out by students was poor perception

Abstract

This article discusses strategies for encouraging attitudes of tolerance through learning Pancasila Education. Pancasila education is considered an effective means of forming students' characters who respect differences and have a tolerant attitude towards diversity in society. This article explores the role of teachers in creating a learning environment that supports the development of attitudes of tolerance, taking into account the principles of Pancasila. The research design was through classroom action research (PTK) which was carried out in 2 meetings. The subjects of observation were 25 class V students at SD Negeri Podorejo 02, totaling 25 people for the 2023/2024 academic year. From the learning practices that have been carried out by researchers, it shows that there is an increase in students' interest in learning, which influences the achievement of students' learning outcomes so that from this increase they can find an attitude of tolerance in students' daily activities. It was concluded that after carrying out these two cycles, students were able to develop an attitude of tolerance through learning Pancasila education.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the rate of economic growth, inflation and BI rate simultaneously and partially on the level of open unemployment in Indonesia in the period 2003 - 2022. Where unemployment is the dependent variable while the rate of economic growth, inflation, and interest rates are independent variables. This research uses time series data with the method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis, using multiple regression analysis tools and processed through eviews. .data comes from Bank Indonesia and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The results of this research show 1) LPE has a negative and significant effect on unemployment 2) The inflation variable has no effect on the level of open unemployment in Indonesia 3) The interest rate variable (Bi Rate) has a positive and significant effect on the level of open unemployment in Indonesia.

Abstract

Ethics is an assessment of whether someone's behavior or actions are right or wrong. Meanwhile, morality is the rightness or wrongness of human behavior. Ethics are ideas and ideals about the motives for moral action or behavior. As the author, I took the title: "The Urgency of Implementing Professional Ethics in Law Enforcement Efforts in Indonesia". We have great hope as writers that by writing this, we can provide benefits and knowledge to readers in accordance with its objectives. This research uses a normative juridical approach, namely by inventorying, studying and analyzing and understanding law as a set of regulations or positive norms in the legislative system that regulates human life. Professional ethics is an ethical attitude that is an integral part of facing life as a professional. Only professionals can or know better whether their behavior in carrying out their professional duties is in accordance with the ethical requirements of their profession.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kenyamanan dan brand trust terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada aplikasi transportasi online Gojek di kota palembang. Saat ini konsumen dapat memesan transportasi melalui aplikasi Gojek tanpa harus menunggu di pinggir jalan, sehingga menambah kenyamanan dengan berbagai metode pembayaran elektronik yang ditawarkan Gojek. Kepercayaan terhadap merek Gojek juga berperan penting dalam pengembangan loyalitas pelanggan, dimana pelanggan percaya bahwa Gojek menawarkan layanan yang andal, aman, dan berkualitas tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dikembangkan oleh Davis pada tahun 1989. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan bersifat kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada pengguna aplikasi Gojek. Data yang terkumpul  dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan metode statistik. Jumlah data responden dalam penelitian ini adalah  102 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kenyaman penggunaan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada aplikasi transportasi online Gojek di kota palembang, dan pada saat yang sama, brand trust juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif  terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada aplikasi tersebut.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to discuss Pancasila as the basis of the welfare sistem of Indonesian society. The method used in this research is in the form of a literature study which obtains supporting information from various scientific references from journals, proceedings, scientific articles, academic books related to the theme of discussion. Data were analyzed using a descriptive approach to provide an overview of Pancasila as a welfare sistem which is the basis for the activities of all Indonesian society. The results of this research are that Pancasila as a welfare sistem reflects the philosophical principles and basic values that underlie Indonesia's social, political and economic order. Pancasila as a welfare sistem can be viewed as: Pancasila as a Philosophical Foundation, Social Justice, Social Welfare, Political and Economic Democracy, Social Protection. Indonesian people must understand that Pancasila is not only a guide for the government, but also a shared responsibility of all Indonesian people in creating a just and prosperous society. This includes efforts to provide basic needs services, maintain economic justice, ensure inclusive democracy, and protect human rights. Thus, Pancasila plays an important role in efforts to achieve prosperity and justice for all Indonesian people.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of increasing students' understanding of the operations of adding and subtracting positive and negative numbers using exchanging positive and negative tickets in mathematics subjects at SD Negeri 064976 Bandar Selamat. In this research, the necessary data was produced using collection techniques, namely observation, interviews with students and conducting tests on students. Based on the results of the research carried out, significant results were found, namely an increase in student learning outcomes whose learning outcomes were better than before.

Abstract

Kabupaten Dairi, sebagai salah satu wilayah di Indonesia, memiliki potensi UMKM yang signifikan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. UMKM di Kabupaten Dairi terdiri dari berbagai sektor, seperti kerajinan tangan, pertanian, perdagangan, dan sektor lainnya, yang berkontribusi pada penciptaan lapangan kerja, peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, serta pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal.Dalam upaya mendukung UMKM, Dinas Perdagangan, Perindustrian, Koperasi di Kabupaten Dairi memiliki peran penting. Dinas ini bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan dan pengawasan sektor perdagangan, perindustrian, dan koperasi dalam wilayahnya. Tugas dan tanggung jawab Dinas ini mencakup berbagai aspek, seperti pengembangan pasar, pelatihan, bantuan teknis, pengaturan perizinan, dan regulasi terkait UMKM.Namun, meskipun Dinas ini memiliki peran yang jelas dalam mendukung UMKM, masih ada sejumlah tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Dairi. Tantangan ini dapat berkaitan dengan akses ke pasar, perizinan, pembiayaan, dan berbagai faktor lain yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan UMKM. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif dan tidak menghasilkan data statistik atau pengukuran dalam suatu penelitian.

Abstract

This research has the potential to be misused by people who use banking facilities that allow direct and online transactions while still paying attention to the security of international and domestic transactions because it is motivated by the rapid development of the digital world in the banking system. With this development, all banks are becoming more aggressive in providing special policies for all banking services and all services related to financial services throughout the country on a regular basis through regulators, in this case Bank Indonesia, and policies from the OJK. Based on this, Bank Indonesia issued a Bank Indonesia Regulation concerning the principle of prudence in banking services to all customers without exception, while still paying attention to customer comfort in transactions so that customers remain comfortable and safe in storing their money in the Bank. The criminal offenses considered in this research are legal studies or analyzes of the rules in regulations issued by the Regulator as a whole which deal with Special Crimes, namely the crime of money laundering. The concrete manifestation of the issuance of APU regulations by Bank Indonesia can reduce the incidence of money laundering involving banks because after the issuance of the APU regulations, every banking institution is obliged to implement them.
