Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and workload on employee performance at Alfamidi Depok Branch. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used saturated samples and obtained 138 respondents. Analysis uses validation tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is shown by the value of tcount > ttable, namely 15.255 > 1.656. Workload has a significant effect on employee performance, this is shown by the t value of 3.488. Thus, tcount > ttable, namely 3.488 > 1.656 and the significance value is 0.001 < 0.05. The work environment has a significant effect on workload and employee performance. The F test results show the calculated F value is 548.832, F table is 3.06, which means that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Assets at PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk for the period 2014-2023. The research method uses quantitative research methods, while the data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT Bumi Serpong Damai, Tbk for the period 2014-2023. The analysis includes descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test with SPSS version 25. The partial results show that Current Ratio has a t-count < t-table (-1.098 < 2.306) with a significant probability of 0.304 > 0.05, thus partially CR does not affect Return on Assets. Debt to Equity Ratio has a t-count > t-table (-4.745 > 2.306), with a significant probability of 0.001 < 0.05, thus partially Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets. The partial coefficient of determination of CR to ROA is 13.1%, while the partial coefficient of determination of DER to ROA is 73.8%. The simultaneous research results between CR and DER on ROA show an F-count > F-table (16.400 > 4.74) with a significant value of 0.002b < 0.05. Therefore, CR and DER simultaneously affect ROA. The coefficient of determination is 82.4%, which means that the independent variables consisting of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio affect Return on Assets. The remaining 17.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

PT. Cahaya Hidup Indonesia is a private company specializing in the production of bicycle spare parts and supporting components. Currently, the quality check (QC) process in the company is still carried out manually using paper-based methods. This approach requires significant time and a high level of precision, increasing the risk of human error. Based on these challenges, a solution is needed in the form of an internal website application to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability in the QC process. The application is designed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology with an Agile model. The system development employs a structured programming and analysis approach to facilitate the process. The technologies used include HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the user interface development, and PHP along with MySQL for database management. The system is capable of recording and storing QC results data and generating statistical reports indicating whether the inspection outcomes are categorized as Not Good or OK. System testing is conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure all system functions operate as intended, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to gather user feedback regarding the system's usability and practicality. This application is expected to streamline the QC process, making it faster, more accurate, and more efficient while minimizing the risk of human error. Furthermore, the system aims to help the company improve productivity and the quality of services provided.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Debt to Asset Ratio and Current Ratio on Return on Equity partially or simultaneously at PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk from the 2013-2022 period. The independent variables used in the research are Debt to Asset Ratio and Current Ratio, while the dependent variable used is Return on Equity. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in this research is all financial reports of PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk 2013- 2022. With samples in the form of a consolidated financial position report and profit and loss statement. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the t test to test partial relationships and the f test to test joint effects. Data analysis used SPSS version 26 software. The results of this research show that partially the Debt to Asset Ratio does not have a significant effect on Return on Equity. With the hypothesis test, the Tcount value was -0.430 < Ttable 2.364, this was also confirmed by the significant value of 0.680 > 0.05 . Partially, the Current Ratio has no effect on Return on Equity. By hypothesis testing, the Tcount value is 2.231 < Ttable 2.364 and is strengthened by a significant value of 0.601 > 0.05. And simultaneously, the Debt to Asset Ratio and current ratio on Return on Equity have no influence with the hypothesis test Tcount 2.489 < Ttable 4.46), this is also reinforced by the significance value of 0.153 > 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return on Assets (ROA) and Current Ratio (CR) on Return on Assets (ROA) and the simultaneous effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) & Current Ratio (CR) on Return on Assets in retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data sample for this study was obtained from annual financial reports from 6 retail companies during the 2019-2023 period. The data testing technique in STATA uses the Chow Test, Haussman Test and LM Test. Analysis of the methods used Classical Assumption Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Panel data regression equation, T Test & F Test. The results of this study indicate that the partial results of the t test on the DER variable (X1) obtained a t count value of -0.41 <t table 2.05 and a sig value of 0.681> 0.05, then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted, meaning that the DER variable does not affect ROA in the case study in retail companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The results of the t test on the CR variable (X2) obtained a t count value of -0.93 <t table 0.05 and a sig value of 0.359> 0.05, then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted, meaning that the CR variable does not affect ROA in the case study in retail companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The F count value is 0.44 <F table 3.55 and the sig value. That is 0.6505 > 0.05, then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted, meaning that the DER and CR variables do not affect ROA in the case study of retail companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), and Return on Assets (ROA) on the stock prices of trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019-2023. This type of research is quantitative. The population in the study is trading companies with a sample of 6 companies for the period 2019-2023. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the STATA program. The results of this study indicate that DER and ROA do not have a significant effect on stock prices, while CR simultaneously has a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Student attendance at school or other educational institutions is a key indicator in evaluating learning regularity and discipline. Absenteeism without a clear reason and lack of communication between schools and guardians make it difficult for guardians to monitor the attendance of their children in real time. The main objective of this research is to design a student attendance application that is safe, efficient, and can facilitate the work of teachers in inputting attendance data. In addition, this research also aims to develop a WhatsApp notification feature that allows schools to provide instant information to student guardians regarding student attendance. The methodology used in developing this application is the Waterfall method, which consists of the stages of requirements (needs analysis), system design, coding and testing, program implementation, and maintenance. This approach was chosen to ensure systematic and structured development. The results showed that the new attendance system was successfully designed and implemented using MySQL database, significantly improving security and efficiency compared to the previous manual system. This system successfully overcomes data security issues and increases the efficiency of attendance input by teachers. In addition, the integration with WhatsApp as a notification tool has improved the speed and effectiveness of delivering student attendance information to student guardians, especially in cases of permission, illness, or unexplained absence. The implementation of this application has successfully improved the effectiveness of student attendance management and facilitated communication between the school and student guardians at SMK Sultan Agung.

Abstract

Shopee is an e-commerce platform that provides online shopping services, allowing users to purchase a variety of products, from electronics, clothing, food to household goods. The purpose of this study was to determine how Price and Product Quality Influence Consumer Satisfaction at the Sock Energy Depok Online Shop, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used is the Slovin technique with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 18,331 + 0.572 X1, a correlation coefficient of 0.622, meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The determination value or contribution of influence is 38.7% while the remaining 61.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value> t table or (7.863> 1.984). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence between price and consumer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 8,260 + 0.774 X2. The correlation coefficient is 0.752, meaning that both variables have a strong relationship. The determination value or contribution of influence is 56.6% while the remaining 43.3% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value> t table or (11.307> 1.984). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence between product quality and consumer satisfaction. Price and product quality have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction simultaneously with the equation Y = 6,879 + 0.193 X1 + 0.628 X2. The correlation coefficient value or the level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is obtained at 0.768, meaning that it has a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination or contribution of simultaneous influence is 59.0% while the remaining 41.0% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the calculated F value > Ftable or (69.805 > 2.698). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between price and product quality on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study looks at how the Current Ratio (CR) and Return on Assets (ROA) affect the share prices of 15 trading companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2019 and 2023. Prices, corporate shares, and financial reports that may be read on the official IDX website provide the secondary data that is used. An analytical method used to examine the link and impact of independent variables (ROA and CR) on the dependent variable (share price) is multiple linear regression.

Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the effect of DER (debt to equity ratio) on ROA (return on assets) and CR (current ratio) on ROA (return on assets) in companies listed on the IDX during period 2020 to 2024. The method applied in this study is a quantitative approach that utilizes secondary data obtained from the company’s financial statements. To collect data, panel data used which combines cross-section data with time series. This study took a sample of 15 companies listed on the IDX during the specified period. The analysis techniques used include panel data regression, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing, all carried out using Stata17 software. The result of the t—test show that DER (debt to equity ratio) has no effect on ROA (return on assets), and CR (current ratio) also has no effect ROA (return on assets). In addition, the F test shows that both DER (debt to equity ratio) and CR (current ratio) together have no effect ROA (return on assets).
