Abstract

This research aims to develop an Android-based workout application with personalized exercise program features and health monitoring using the high intensity interval training (HIIT) method. The research method used is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which includes the stages of concept, design, material collection, manufacturing, testing, distribution. Data was collected through interviews with Arum Gym owners and field observations to understand system requirements. The research results show that the developed workout application can facilitate gym members at Arum Gym with features such as personalized exercise programs and health monitoring. This workout application can also help gym members who experience difficulties during training at Arum Gym. Workout applications designed using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method are effective in increasing efficiency in training. It is hoped that the implementation of this workout application can increase the motivation of gym members in training and help gym members who have difficulty when practicing workouts. The results of the analysis show that the majority of respondents gave positive responses, with an average score of 91% which shows a high level of satisfaction with the workout application being developed.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, human resource management (HRM) has become one of the main challenges for companies. PT. Bemfood Eka makmur Nusjaya faces difficulties in managing employee data, leave requests, and payroll, which are still conducted manually, resulting in low work efficiency and vulnerability to errors. This manual process also consumes a significant amount of time and resources, ultimately affecting the company's productivity. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) using the prototype method. This methodology allows for iterative development with direct feedback from users, ensuring the system aligns with the company's operational needs. The research results show that the designed HRIS application can improve HR management efficiency through integrated features for managing leave, payroll, and employee data. Furthermore, the implementation of a web-based system enhances accessibility for users in various locations and increases the accuracy of recorded data. This application is expected to be an innovative solution to support more effective and efficient HR management.

Abstract

This internship report aims to document the implementation process of a student data collection system at the Baitul Yatim H. Caong Foundation using the Agile method. In today's digital era, efficient and accurate student data management is very important to support administrative activities and decision making. The Agile method was chosen because of its flexibility in dealing with changing needs and its ability to improve collaboration between the development team and stakeholders. This project began with a needs analysis involving the foundation to understand the existing data collection process. Furthermore, a system design was carried out that prioritized user experience and ease of access. Implementation was carried out in several iterations, where each iteration produced new features that were immediately tested and evaluated. The result of this implementation is an integrated student data collection system, allowing for faster and more accurate data management. From the evaluation results, this system has succeeded in increasing the efficiency of the data collection process and making it easier for foundation staff to access student information. This report is expected to be a reference for other institutions that want to implement a similar system and provide insight into the application of the Agile method in the development of educational information systems.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of location and promotion on purchasing decisions in Warbossmie Bojonggede, Bogor Regency partially or simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study is 28,780. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The data sources in the study are primary data through surveys, interviews, and questionnaires and secondary data in the form of literature studies and documentation. The data collection method is by way of questionnaire while the data analysis method is by means of multiple linear regression.  The results of this study are (1) Partially there is a positive and significant influence between location on purchase decisions in Warbossmie Bojonggede, Bogor Regency, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y=15.740+0.513X1. (2) There is a partial positive and significant influence between promotion on purchase decisions in Warbossmie Bojonggede, Bogor Regency, which can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y=13.609+0.628X2. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between location and promotion on purchase decisions in Warbossmie Bojonggede, Bogor Regency, which can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y=14.153+0.260X1+0.327X2.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify which stocks can form an efficient and optimal portfolio, determine the proportion of funds for each stock forming the optimal portfolio, and determine the expected return and risk of the optimal portfolio based on the Single Index Model. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population used is the IDX 30 index stocks from January 2018 to December 2022, with a selected sample of 12 stocks. The research results show that out of the 12 stocks, 4 stocks are suitabel for inclusion in the optimal portfolio, namely: ADRO (42,45%), ANTM (31,81%), BBRI (16,78%), ICBP (1,72%), KLBF (5,36%), and PGAS (1,89%). This portfolio provides a return rate of 2.12% with a risk rate of 2.99%.

Abstract

Crude oil is an important energy source that experiences significant price fluctuations due to various factors such as geopolitics and global market dynamics. Research conducted by Muhammad Reynaldi in 2024 using the title ‘‘Crude Oil Price Prediction Using the CART (Classification and Regression Tree) Algorithm’’, aims to disseminate examples of crude oil price predictions carefully and easily interpreted. The problem faced in this study is the difficulty of predicting crude oil prices due to fluctuations determined by many external factors. The purpose of this study is to create a more accurate prediction method with traditional methods, and to assist decision making in the energy sector. The results of the study show that the CART solving procedure for predicting crude oil prices with an MSE value of 0.892, an MAE value of 0.700, an RSME value of 0.944, and an R-square value of 0.957. This study places significance on overcoming the challenges of crude oil price fluctuations and provides simple solutions for governments, companies, and energy industry players.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on the performance of KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar employees in Bogor City partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method, using questionnaire data collection techniques, primary and secondary data using non-probability sampling techniques with saturated sampling techniques. The results of this research were that all questionnaire items were declared valid by obtaining a calculated r value > r table (0.227) and a reliable level for the Work Motivation variable (X1) 0.945, Organizational Culture (X2) 0.878, Employee Performance (Y) 0.931 which has a Cronbatch Alpha value greater than 0.600. And the results of this research show that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 17.512 + 0.656 (X1), the correlation coefficient value is 0.734, meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship with a determination coefficient of 53.9% and hypothesis testing is obtained. t count > t table (9,240> 1,666). Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 23.694 + 0.419 (X2), the correlation coefficient value is 0.464, meaning that the two variables have a moderate relationship with a coefficient of determination of 21.5% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table (4,470>1,666). Work Motivation and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 16.160+0.530(X1) + 0.075(X2), the correlation coefficient value is 0.544, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a moderate level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 54 .4% while the remaining 45.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (42.916> 3.120) thus H03 was rejected and Ha3 was accepted, this shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on the Performance of KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar Employees in Bogor City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and service quality variables on customer satisfaction at Sodare Kopi Coffee Shop, Tebet, South Jakarta, partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique was 98 respondents. Data analysis used Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determinant coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 14.797 + 0.396 X1. Hypothesis testing obtained a t-count value> t-table or (6.055> 1.985) then Price (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y) which can be concluded that Ha₁ is accepted and H₀₁ is rejected. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 7.711 + 0.496 X2. Hypothesis test obtained t-count value > t-table or (9.180 > 1.985) then Service Quality (X2) has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction variable (Y) which can be concluded that Ha₂ is accepted and H₀₂ is rejected. Price and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 7.670 + 0.023 X1 + 0.479 X2 +e. Hypothesis test obtained Fcount value> Ftable or (41.768> 3.092). This is also reinforced by ρ values < Sig 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus H₀₃ is rejected and Ha₃ is accepted. This shows that there is a significant influence simultaneously (together) between Price and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover on Return On Equity at PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk for the period 2014-2023. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with the analysis method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, hypothesis test (t test and F test) with a significance level of 0.05 (5%) and the data source used is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the Current ratio partially does not have a partial effect on Return On Equity, this is evidenced by the t test that the t-count value is 1.398 <ttable value of 2.44691 and has a significance number of 0.212 <0.05. The results of this study indicate that Debt to Equity Ratio partially does not affect Return On Equity, this is evidenced by the t test that the t count value is 0.984 <t table value of 2.44691 and has a significance figure of 0.363> 0.05. The results of this study indicate that Total Asset Turnover partially affects Return On Equity, this is evidenced by the t test that the t count value is 7.340> t table value of 2.44691 and has a significance figure of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneous testing shows that Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover have a significant effect on Return On Equity, this is evidenced by the F test that the F count value is 29.139> F table value of 4.76 with a significance level of 0.001 <0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the current ratio and debt to asset ratio on return on equity at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk for the 2013-2023 period. The independent variables in this research are the Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio and the dependent variable used is Return On Equity. This sample and population collection was carried out by taking 11 years of data from the period 2013 to 2023. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the help of SPSS Statistics Version 29. The results of the research show that the Current Ratio data partially has no effect on the Return On Equity variable. . This is proven by the t count which is smaller than the t table (0.755 < 2.306) and the sig value is greater than the significance level (0.472 > 0.05). However, Debt To Asset Ratio data partially influences Return On Equity. This is proven by the calculated t which is greater than the t table (2.607 > 2.306) and the sig value is smaller than the significance level (0.031 < 0.05). Current Ratio and Debt To Asset Ratio simultaneously influence the dependent variable on Return On Equity at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk with a calculated F value of 9,141 > 4.46 and a significance level of 0.009 which is smaller than 0.05. And the influence of the independent variables (Current Ratio and Debt To Asset Ratio) on Return On Equity is 0.620 or 62.0%, while the remaining 38.0% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model.
