Abstract

This research aims to find out how leadership style and work environment influence the performance of CV employees. Prozigi Graphic Tangerang Regency. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires processed using SPSS version 26.0. The population used in this research was 62 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 62 respondents was obtained. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, quantitative testing, and hypothesis testing (t and f tests). The research results show that leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6.359 + 0.914 X1 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.821. The work environment also has a partially significant effect with the regression equation Y = 13.207 + 0.695 X2 and a correlation coefficient of 0.668. The F test shows Fcount > Ftable, namely F 67.493 > 2.371 which confirms that leadership style and work environment simultaneously influence employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the partial and simultaneous effects of work training and remuneration on employee performance. quantitative research approach that makes use of questionnaires, observational data gathering methods, and literature analysis. using an 80-person sample size. Research findings: The calculated t value > t table or 13.220 > t table 1.664 and the sig value. 0.000 < sig value 5% (0.05) and the calculated t value > t table or 8.228 > t table 1.664 and the sig value. 0.000 < sig value 5% (0.05) were among the partial research results that demonstrated this. These findings suggest that PT. Allianz BSD Insurance telemarketing employees' performance is positively and significantly impacted by both training and compensation. In addition, the sig. 0.000 < sig value 5% (0.05) and the computed F value of 88.075 > F table 2.72 both show that pay and training combined have a favorable and substantial impact on the performance of telemarketing staff at PT. Allianz BSD Insurance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between liquidity (current ratio), profitability (return on assets) and debt policy (debt to equity ratio) of PT KMI Wire & Cable, Tbk for the 2012-2023 period. This research uses quantitative methods using SPSS version 26. And the analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test with variable X1 Liquidity (current ratio), variable X2 Profitability (return on assets) and variable Y Debt Policy (debt to equity ratio). The research results of the variable Y is 0.005 < 0.05 and the calculated T value is (-3.637) greater than the T table of 1.833. Variable And the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) was 64.6%, while 35.4% was influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This Research  aims to determine the effect of compensation and discipline on employee performance at PT Y in the Ciputat area of South Tangerang. This study uses a descriptive analysis research design with the use of quantitative/statistical data collection. The sample in this study was taken using a saturated sample, namely the number is the same as the population of 60 people. The results of this study are t-count 1.707> 1.992. Then it can be seen that the significant value of work discipline with employee performance is 0.132> 0.05, therefore Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is no influence between Compensation and employee performance.

Abstract

Efforts to maintain health and environmental cleanliness can be done through proper waste management in the community. One important step is to reducing the production of waste that is difficult to recycle. An innovative approach in addressing the waste problem is through the Waste Bank program, where recyclable waste can be resold, thus helping to reduce the production of hard-to-recycle waste. waste that can still be recycled can be resold, thereby helping to reduce the adverse impact on the environment. One example of the implementation of this system system is the Kampung Baru Waste Bank located in Pondok Cabe Village. Research This research develops a prototype for automatic waste sorting at the Kampung Baru Garbage Bank, using the Kampung Baru, using inductive proximity sensors and raindrop sensors. The design design considers the aspects of long-term development and flexibility to adopt the latest technological innovations. The trial and implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based system for sorting metal, organic and inorganic waste has met the planned specifications. Monitoring of waste capacity can be done in real-time thanks to the integration of Arduino Wifi R3 as a microcontroller in the IoT network. The system uses the zero-order Sugeno fuzzy method which was chosen for its simplicity of implementation in a microcontroller. The success of this system proves the effectiveness of the combination of IoT technology with the zero-order sugeno fuzzy method in waste sorting automation. The results of this study show that the application of IoT in Kampung Baru Waste Bank can ease the burden on Waste Bank administrators in sorting waste.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the mental health of employees in the retail industry sector. This research was conducted on employees at PT. Alfamart. This research used a quantitative method by distributing question questionnaires while the research sample was carried out using simple random sampling, data collection with field studies to 23 employees at PT. Alfamart. Statistical data analysis uses normality test, coefficient determination, t test, f test with SPSS statistical tools. The research results show that workload has no effect on employee mental health. This is because there is cooperation and awareness to help each other in employee operations so that the workload does not put pressure on employees to the point that they experience stress or mental health problems. Meanwhile, the work environment influences employee mental health. A conducive work environment, both physically and psychologically, can motivate employees so they can provide their best performance and thus avoid mental health problems.

Abstract

Labor growth is faster than absorption. Because the increasing number of unemployed people shows that a solution must be immediately found for the workforce problem so that there is no increase in the number of unemployed people in Indonesia. Working abroad or becoming a migrant worker abroad is the desire of most Indonesians. This research aims to analyze the recruitment process of Indonesian migrant workers at PT Akademi Indonesia Cerdas (Gapai.id). This research is a qualitative descriptive research approach, namely a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument. Data collection procedures were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the research results, PT Akademi Indonesia Cerdas (Gapai.id) is one that uses the benefits of special technological developments in the recruitment process for working abroad and is the right solution for job information seekers. Online recruitment sources such as Instagram advertisements, the Gapai.id website, Glints, Indeed, KUPU, REDY Indonesia are one of the main strategies to reach Indonesian migrant workers widely and non-online sources such as Job fairs used by PT Akademi Indonesia Cerdas can be a strong basis and quite effective in supporting the development of the e-recruitment process. The registration process for filling out the pre-screening form has been carried out well as the first step for PT Akademi Indonesia Cerdas (Gapai.id) to recruit Indonesian migrant workers who meet the qualifications. However, during the interviews, several obstacles were still found in the assessment stages of Indonesian migrant workers, such as the ability to communicate in English, an important requirement for working abroad and the ability to afford the costs, which caused Indonesian migrant workers to withdraw from the recruitment process. After the interview is successful in finding suitable Indonesian migrant workers, the administration procedures of Indonesian migrant workers must be carried out as regulated in Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2017 concerning the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers. Similar to what is clearly stated in Government Regulation (PP) Number 10 of 2020 concerning Procedures for the Placement of Indonesian Migrant Workers by the Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Agency (BP2MI). Overall, the recruitment process has complied with the regulations set because PT Akademi Indonesia Cerdas (Gapai.id) is collaborating with the Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company (P3MI) legally, although more efforts are needed to increase transparency and protection for Indonesian migrant workers abroad.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Solvability (Debt to Equity Ratio) and profitability (Net Profit Margin) on company value (Price to Book Value) at PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk for the period 2013-2023. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data utilized is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements from PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk for the period 2013-2023, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this study indicate that partially, the Solvability (Debt to Equity Ratio) has a significant effect on the company's value (Price to Book Value), where the calculated T value is greater than the T table value, specifically 2.537> 2.306, with a significance level of 0.035, which is less than 0.05 (0.035 < 0.05). Meanwhile, partially, Profitability (Net Profit Margin) does not have a significant effect on the company's value (Price to Book Value), as the calculated T value is less than the T table value, specifically 0.541 < 2.306, with a significance level of 0.603, which is greater than 0.05 (0.603 > 0.05). Furthermore, simultaneously, Solvability (DER) and Profitability (NPM) do not have a significant effect on the company's value (PBV), as the calculated F value is less than the F table value, specifically 3.354 < 4.459, and the significance value is 0.088, which is greater than 0.05 (0.088 > 0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance, to determine the influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance and to determine the Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation on the Performance of PBB Service Employees at the South Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency. Research methodology with quantitative methods. The sample used in this research was 50 respondents. The analytical methods used are simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f). The results of the research show that: 1) The Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PBB Service Employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Tangerang City as evidenced by the value of tcount 3.241 > ttable 2.011 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. 2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PBB Service Employees at the Regional Revenue Agency of South Tangerang City as evidenced by the tcount value of 4.694 > ttable 2.011 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. 3) Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of PBB Service Employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Tangerang City as evidenced by the fcount value of 11.593 > ftable 3.20 with a significance of 0.000< 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of  the ratio of Return On Asset (ROA)  and Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) to the Profit Growth of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2014-2023 Periode. The research methodology used is associative quantitative research. The population of this study is the financial report of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur for the period 2014-2023 with the sample taken, namely the financial statements for 2014-2023. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hopitesis tests and determination coefficient tests with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The independent variables consist of Return On Asset (X1) and Debt To Asset Ratio (X2), while the dependent variable is Profit Growth. The results of the t-test showed that the tcount value was 4.045 > ttable 2.36462 and the sig. 0.005 < 0.05. This means that the Return On Asset variable partially has a significant influence on Profit Growth. Then the Debt To Asset Ratio variable shows a calculated value of 2.091 < a table of 2.36462 and a value of sig. 0.075 > 0.05. This means that the Debt To Asset Ratio variable has no influence and is not significant to Profit Growth. And simultaneously (f-test) showed that the value of fcal 8.1877 > ftable 4.74 and the value of sig. 0.015 < 0.05, this means that the Return On Asset and Debt To Asset Ratio variables have a significant influence on Profit Growth
