Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and Current Ratio (CR) on Return On Equity (ROE) both partially and simultaneously at PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this research is all of the Financial Reports of PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk. The sample used in this research is the financial position report and profit and loss report from 2011 – 2023. The data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this research show that the t value of Debt To Asset Ratio is -1.886 which is smaller than the t table value of 2.22814 (-1.886 < 2.22814) with a significance value of 0.089 which is greater than 0.05 (0.089 > 0.05). So it can be concluded that the Debt To Asset Ratio has no effect and is not significant on Return On Equity. Meanwhile, the t-calculated Current Ratio value of -2.562 is greater than the t-table value of 2.22814 (-2.562 > 2.22814) and the significant Current Ratio result of 0.028 is smaller than 0.05 (0.089 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that the Current Ratio has a negative and significant effect on Return On Equity. Debt To Asset Ratio and Current Ratio simultaneously have an influence and significance on Return On Equity at PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk for the 2011-2023 period as evidenced by the Fcount of 4.843 which is greater than the Ftable of 3.98 (4.8443 > 3.9) and the value significant of (0.034 < 0.05).

Abstract

Disasters pose significant challenges for communities worldwide, including Indonesia, which is vulnerable to both natural and human-made disasters. This study analyzes the clustering of disaster points in Indonesia for the year 2023 using the Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering (AHC) method with data from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB). The data encompasses various types of disasters, such as earthquakes, hydrometeorological events, and volcanic eruptions, as well as variables related to casualties and infrastructure damage. The AHC method involves data preprocessing, calculating distances using Euclidean distance, and applying average linkage within AHC. The results identify four clusters: C1 (2497 members), C2 (1 members), C3 (1 member), and C4 (1 member), with a Silhouette Coefficient value of 0.983. This research is expected to provide valuable information for designing more efficient disaster management strategies.

Abstract

The online registration system for community health centers is a manual registration system that does not yet have a computerized system. This research aims to build a fast, accurate, efficient system using a web-based online system. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and literature study. The system method used for analysis and design is using an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The programming language used is Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and the database uses MySQL and this website was created using the Extreme programming method so that each process produces a system that can be developed according to what is desired, making it easier for admins to manage master data and citizen registration so that with It is also hoped that the development of this system will make it easier for people to register themselves at the health center and also search for information at the health center. This system is also made so that it is easy to use, therefore this system is very efficient and not long-winded, it also aims to make people happy when using it.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) and Return On Asset (ROA) variables on Price To Book Value (PBV) at PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk for the 2014-2023 period. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique used is linear data regression with a 10 (ten) year time series, namely the 2014-2023 period and at PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk. Based on the results of the partial test (T test) Current Ratio (CR), the T value was -0.857 with a significance of 0.420. Because Tcount < Ttable (-0.857 <1.89458) and the significance value > significant level (0.420> 0.05). So the conclusion is that the Current Ratio (CR) has no effect on Price To Book Value (PBV). The results of the research for Return On Asset (ROA), obtained a T value of -0.349 with a significance of 0.737. Because Tcount < Ttable (- 0.349 < 1.89458) and the significance value > significant level (0.737 > 0.05). So the conclusion is that Return On Asset (ROA) has no effect on Price To Book Value (PBV). The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) can be seen that the Fcount value is 0.657, which is smaller than the Ftable of 4.74 or 0.657 < 4.74, while the significance value of 0.548 is greater than 0.05 or 0.548 > 0.05, so this is it can be concluded that the Current Ratio (CR) and Return On Asset (ROA) simultaneously have no effect on Price To Book Value (PBV).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork and work discipline on employee performance at PT Stella Mobili, South Tangerang city. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used a slovin sample and obtained 93 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are teamwork has a significant effect on employee performance by 67.8% and hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable, namely (13.843> 1.661). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 74.9% and hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable, namely (16,500> 1,661). Teamwork and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3.321 + 0.339X1 + 0.596X2, the coefficient of determination is 78.7% while the remaining 21.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount> Ftabel or (165.900> 3.098).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan pada PT Pava Mandiri Makmur di Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel penelitian berjumlah 93 responden. Berdasarkan pada hasil uji koefisien determinasi, diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,541 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Harga dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 54,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar (100 - 54,1%) = 45,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan pada hasil uji hipotesis pertama diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 7,444 > 1,98638 diperkuat dengan nilai Sig. < 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Harga terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT Pava Mandiri Makmur. Berdasarkan pada hasil uji hipotesis kedua diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 9,378 > 1,98638 diperkuat dengan nilai Sig. < 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima, hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Kualitas Produk terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT Pava Mandiri Makmur. Berdasarkan pada hasil uji hipotesis ketiga diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau 53,043 > 3,10 diperkuat dengan ρ value < Sig. 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Harga dan Kualitas Produk terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada PT Pava Mandiri Makmur.

Abstract

The development of an interactive digital module on the respiratory system for the fifth-grade IPAS curriculum aims to enhance students' understanding of the human respiratory system. The purpose of this study is to create a learning tool that effectively integrates technology and engages students in an interactive learning experience. The ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model was employed to guide the module's creation. The analysis phase identified the needs of both students and teachers, while the design and development phases focused on creating a user-friendly, engaging, and educationally effective module. The implementation involved testing the module with students, followed by an evaluation phase to assess its effectiveness in improving student comprehension and engagement. The results showed that the interactive module significantly enhanced students' understanding of the respiratory system, as evidenced by improved test scores and positive feedback from participants. In conclusion, the interactive digital module proved to be an effective tool in improving learning outcomes and fostering student interest in science.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment and work stress on employee performance at PT Duraquipt Cemerlang Limo Depok, both partially and simultaneously. This type of associative research with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 50 respondents. Data analysis methods used in research include instrument tests consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination tests, hypothesis tests consisting of partial t test and simultaneous f test. The research results show that the physical work environment has an influence on employee performance with a calculated t value > t table or (3.282 > 2.007) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Work stress has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a calculated t value > t table or (3.443 > 2.007) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The physical work environment and work stress have a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a calculated F value > F table or (35.043 > 3.180) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The physical work environment and work stress on employee performance have an influence. The results of the R-square value show that the physical work environment and work stress together have an influence on employee performance variables of 58.2%, while the remaining 41.8% is influenced by factors. or other variables not studied.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work motivation discipline on employee performance at PT. Relife Property in Jakarta partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative, with the nature of quantitative associative research. The population taken was 60 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires (Questionnaires). Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of the Statistical Product and Service (SPSS) version 24 program. The results of the study showed partially. Discipline on employee performance partially has a significant positive effect which is indicated by This can be seen from the t count> t table (10.420> 1.978) and is also reinforced by the ρ value < sih.0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 and has a large influence contribution of 47.2% with a strong relationship level because it has a correlation value of 0.687. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the calculated F value> F table (79,415> 2,680) and is reinforced by the P value <sig 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 and has a contribution of 61.6% and a very strong relationship level because it has a correlation value of 0.785 and a regression equation of Y = 2.988 + 0.359 X1 + 0.532 X.

Abstract

In the educational context, interests and talents are two important aspects that influence the development of adolescent students. Interest can be defined as a person's interest or inclination towards a particular field, while talent is the natural potential that an individual has to excel in that field. Each individual has their own strengths and weaknesses, their own talents and interests, all of these things are carried out and implemented according to individual character and are assisted by internal motivation and support from the environment. The aim of this research is to discuss a person's talents and interests through test results using the web to analyze individual potential to make it easier for students to make major decisions in accordance with their talents using the PHP, CSS, HTML and Database programming languages. This website will help admins in collecting data and making reports and help find out students' interests and talents.
