Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation work on employee performance at PT Margaguna Maju Bersama South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 64 respondents, the data analysis techniques used are: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, simple correlation coefficient test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination analysis test, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test, it is obtained that t count is 3.084> 1,999 and the significance value for the Work Discipline variable (X1) is 0.003, the significant value is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.003 <0.05, meaning that the Work Discipline variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y). at PT Margaguna Maju Bersama South Jakarta. Based on the results of the t test, the t value is 6,019> 1,999 and the significance value for the Work motivation variable (X2) is 0.000, the significance value is greater than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the Work Motivation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y). at PT Margaguna Maju Bersama South Jakarta. Based on the results of the f test, the calculated f value is 16,048 > 3,15 and the significance value is 0.001 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the variables of Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). at PT Margaguna Maju Bersama South Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on employee performance at the Betawi Babeh Sadeli Typical Restaurant in Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 60 respondents, the data analysis techniques used are: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, simple correlation coefficient test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination analysis test, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test, it is obtained that the t count is 7,947 > 2.002 and the significance value for the workload variable (X1) is 0.000, the significant value is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.001 <0.05, meaning that the workload variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y). at Rumah Makan Khas Betawi Babeh Sadeli Tangerang. Based on the results of the t test, the t value is 6,987 > 2.002 and the significance value for the work discipline variable (X2) is 0.000, the significant value is smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the work discipline variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y). at Rumah Makan Khas Betawi Babeh Sadeli Tangerang. Based on the results of the f test, the calculated f value is 53,731 > 2,770 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the workload variable (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y). at Rumah Makan Khas Betawi Babeh Sadeli Tangerang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Reward and Punishment on the performance of PT. Duan Teknologi Nusa employees in Tangerang, Banten. This type of research is a quantitative type of research using descriptive methods. The data collection technique using the questionnaire method, the population in this study was all employees of PT. Duan Teknologi Nusa, namely 64 employees using saturated samples. The data analysis techniques in this study are statistical analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient determination test, hypothesis test and f hypothesis tests. The results of research on the effect of Reward and Punishment on employee performance at PT. Duan Teknologi Nusa in Tangerang, Banten are shown by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.114 + 0.452 X1 + 0.582 X2. This is evidenced by the simultaneous hypothesis test results obtained by the F count values > F table or 93.218 > 3.15 and reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination of the Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) variables test have an effect of 75.3% on the performance of employees at PT. Dana Teknologi Nusa in Tangerang, Banten. Thus H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted. This means that there has been proven to be a significant simultaneous influence between Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This paper presents the design and implementation of a web-based badminton court reservation system using the Agile methodology. The system aims to enhance the efficiency of the booking process by allowing users to reserve courts online, replacing the traditional manual method, which was time-consuming and error-prone. The Agile approach offers flexibility in system development through iterative processes and continuous evaluation, enabling developers to adapt to users' dynamic needs. Key features of the system include user registration, court scheduling, online payment, and user and schedule management. The system benefits administrators by streamlining data organization, reducing manual tasks, and improving scheduling accuracy. However, the system has some areas for improvement, including automatic schedule reminders, integration of diverse payment methods, and enhanced data security to ensure a better user experience. This study suggests further development to address these issues and maintain the system's relevance to user demands.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and test how influential product quality and promotion are on purchasing decisions for Nasi Kebuli Yamana Kuta Bumi at the Tangerang branch. .This research method is quantitative with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling which used a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of partial hypothesis testing between product quality and promotion obtained a value of tcount 8.813 > ttable 1.660 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of partial hypothesis testing between service quality and product quality obtained a value of tcount 1.998 > ttable 1.660 with a significance level of 0.049 < 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing between product quality and promotion decisions obtained an Fcount value of 178.090 > Ftable 3.09 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the coefficient of determination of promotion and service quality simultaneously contributed 78.6% while the remaining 21.4% was caused by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of motivation and work training on employee performance at CV. Venus Means Success partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population in this study were CV employees. Venus Sarana Sukses with a sample of 60 respondents, data collection technique using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 25. The results of this research are that motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation . Y=13.429 + 0.694X1, correlation coefficient of 0.759, meaning the two variables have a strong relationship with a coefficient of determination of 57.6%. and hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (8.883 > 2.002) then H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. Royal Training partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y=7129 + 0.838X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.873, meaning that the two variables have a very strong relationship with a coefficient of determination of 76.2%. and hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (13.162 > 2.002) then H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. Motivation and Royal Training simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the multiple linear regression equation Y= 6.936 + 0.053X1 + 0.791X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.873, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship with a coefficient of determination of 76.3% while the remaining 23.7% is influenced by workload, work environment and work discipline. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (91.503 > 3.16), thus Ho3 was rejected and Ha3 was accepted.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is a crucial element in the continuity and success of an organization or company. HR plays a strategic role in executing various organizational functions, such as formulating strategies, innovations, and achieving goals. To ensure the company's success, HR quality must be enhanced through performance improvement, which can be achieved by implementing an effective Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) system. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the OHS system and its impact on improving employee performance at PT Pasifik Prima Perkasa Cileungsi Bogor. The research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, with data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The obtained data were analyzed using SWOT analysis and data validity testing through triangulation techniques. The results indicate that the implementation of the OHS system at PT Pasifik Prima Perkasa plays a significant role in improving employee performance and minimizing the risk of workplace accidents. The implementation of the OHS system, which refers to Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 on Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (OSHMS), is key to maintaining employee welfare and enhancing company productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT Elektronic City Indonesia Tbk Sudirman branch, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique consisted of 50 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical hypothesis tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 12,370 + 0.699X1. Hypothesis tests obtained a calculated t-value > table t or (6.462 > 2.011). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT Elektronic City Indonesia Tbk Sudirman branch. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 21,546 + 0.478X2. The hypothesis tests obtained a calculated t-value > t-table or (6.566 > 2.011). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence of work motivation on employee performance at PT Elektronic City Indonesia Tbk Sudirman branch. Work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9,542 + 0.453X1 + 0.316X2. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (37.400 > 3.20). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is simultaneously a significant influence between work discipline and work motivation on employee performance of PT Elektronic City Indonesia Tbk Sudirman Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the Social Media Instagram Promotion and Brand Image on the Buying Decision at Trans Studio Mall Cibubur Kota Depok. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by using a questionnaire measuring tool. The population in this study were all visitors to Coffee Bean & Tea Life Trans Studio Mall Cibubur, Depok City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which involves selecting subjects who are at the most advantageous location or in the best position to provide the required information. Testing method in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test), correlation of coefficient test, and coefficient of determination test with SPSS version 25 program. The result of the research is that the Social Media Instagram Promotion partially have a significant effect on Buying Decision. Based on the results of the partial test (t-test), the Social Media Instagram Promotion variable with a value of t-count > t-table is 5,341 > 1,984 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Brand Image partially have a significant effect on Buying Decision. Based on the result of the partial test (t-test), the Brand Image variable with a t-count value of 6,706 > t-table 1,984 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Social Media Instagram Promotion and Brand Image simultaneously have a significant effect on Buying Decision, based on the result of F-test that F-count (31,467) > F-table (3.09) and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination test, R Square 0,394 that the contribution of the variable Brand Image and Store Atmosphere to Buying Decision is 39,4%, while the remaining 60,6% is influenced by other variables not used in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Curent Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Assets (case studies on real estate and property development companies listed on the IDX for the period 2012 - 2022). The results of research and data processing show that 1) Partially Curent Ratio has no significant effect on Return On Assets with a tcount of – 1,311 < ttable of 2,306 and a significant value of 0,226 > 0,05. 2) Partially, the Debt To Equity Ratio has a negative significant effect on Return On Assets with tcount – 2,868 > ttable 2,306 and a significant value of 0,021 <0,05. 3) simultaneously between Curent Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio to Return On Assets there is no significant effect with a significant value of 0,057> 0,05 and Fcount value 4,181 <Ftable 4,46. And the value of the coefficient of determination is 51,1% while the rest is influenced by other variables.
