Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect of Work Motivation and Career Development towards Employee Performance at PT. Tri Mandiri Selaras Gading Serpong Tangerang Regency Branch partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative approach. The type of data used was Primary data, namely the distribution of questionnaires. Data collection at the company PT. Tri Mandiri Selaras Gading Serpong Tangerang Regency Branch, with a population of 112 and a sample of 88. Data analysis using descriptive test analysis, Validity Test, Reliability and classical assumption test including normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis test including partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of this study are that there is a significant positive influence and Motivation on employee performance at PT Tri Mandiri Selaras Gading Serpong Tangerang Regency Branch with a t count of 12.805> t table 1.987, and reinforced by a determination coefficient value of 65.6%. Career development has a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT Tri Mandiri Selaras Gading Serpong Branch with a t-count of 15.137 > t-table 1.987, and reinforced by a determination coefficient of 72.7%. Work motivation and career development have a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT Tri Mandiri Selaras Gading Serpong Tangerang Regency Branch with a F-count of 130.137 > F-table 3.10, and is reinforced by a determination coefficient of 75.4%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance in Pekojan Village, West Jakarta. With office locations located in densely populated residential areas and often facing noise interference from outside, this research focuses on how working environmental conditions, both physical and non-physical, affect employee productivity. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with 10 Pekojan Village employees as informants. Apart from that, field observations were also carried out to find out directly the conditions of the work environment. The research results show that noise from the surrounding environment is one of the biggest challenges that affects employee concentration and work effectiveness. Lack of supporting facilities such as a comfortable work space is also an obstacle. However, harmonious working relationships and high motivation from employees help reduce this negative impact. This research recommends improving work facilities, installing sound dampeners as a solution to increase employee productivity. A conducive work environment, both physical and non- physical, is very influential in improving employee performance. With continuous improvement, it is hoped that public services in Pekojan Village can be more optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Asset at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the period 2014 - 2023. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis methods used include: Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Test (Normality, Multicolonierity, Hesteroscedasticity, Autocolleration), Multiple Regression Test, Hepotesis Test (partial T Test and simultaneous F Test), Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Asset at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, this is evidenced by tcount = -4.165 < ttable = 2.365 with a significant value of 0.004 <0.05. Debt To Equity Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Asset at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, this is evidenced by the tcount 3.007 > ttable 2,365 with a significant value of 0.020 <0.05. Current Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Asset at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, this is evidenced by Fcount = 13.437 > Ftable = 4.46 with a significant value of 0.004 < 0.05. Contribution of Coefficient determination (R2) Cirrent Ratio and Debt To Equity Ratio is 79.4%, the remaining 20.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability and Market Value on Share Price at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk for the Period 2013 - 2023. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis methods used include: Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Test (Normality, Multicolonierity, Hesteroscedasticity, Autocolleration), Multiple Regression Test, Hepotesis Test (partial T Test and simultaneous F Test), Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results of this study indicate that Profitability proxied by Return On Equity has a negative and significant effect on Stock Prices at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, this is evidenced by tcount = -2.038 < ttable = 2.262 with a significant value of 0.076 > 0.05. Market Value proxied by Earning Per Share has a positive and significant effect on Stock Price at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, this is evidenced by the tcount of 9.885> ttable 2.262 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Return On Equity and Earning Per Share simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Stock Price at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, this is evidenced by Fcount = 78.519 > Ftable = 4.459 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Astra Internasional Tbk using Profitability and Solvency ratios. This research was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, namely data in the form of numbers which include financial reports in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss data reports at PT. Astra Internasional Tbk from 2014 to 2023 which describes real conditions or events at the company. This research uses Profitability ratio analysis using return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) calculations and Solvency ratios using debt to assets ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio (DER) calculations. The results of the research show that the financial performance of PT Astra Internasional in terms of Profitability Ratios is above the average of similar companies with a return on assets value of 7,8% compared to 6,9%, a return on equity value of 14,0% compared to 11,0% and a Ratio Solvency is below the average of similar companies with a debt to asset ratio of 45,6% compared to 47,0%, a debt to equity ratio of 84,4% compared to 127,7%. This is because the company is quite capable of optimizing the resources owned by the company. Both from resources in the form of capital, assets and investments that are sufficient to produce a profit or profit in terms of their use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover and cash turnover on net profit margin at PT. Akasha Wira International, Tbk for the period 2014-2023. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, which describes the compan’s financial condition expressed in numerical form. Data management was processed using SPSS version 26. The result show that partially, working capital turnover does not has  a significant effect on net profit margin, with tcount  <  ttabel  is -0,120 < 2.364 and a significance value of  0.908 (0.908 > 0.05). Cash turnover, does not have  a significant  effect on  net profit margin, with tcount < ttabel (-2,153 < 2.364) and a significance value (0.068 > 0.05).Simultaneously, working capital turnover and cash turnover have a significant effect on net profit margin, with Fcount  > Ftabel (8,233 > 4.46) and a significance value (0.014 < 0.05). R square value of 0.702 indicates that the independent variabels used in the study contributed to the formation of the Net Profit Margin by 70,20%, while the remaining 29,80% is influenced by other variables outside the research model

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of social media Instagram (X1) and price (X2) on consumer buying interest (Y) in Miss You Pentol products at the Cirebon Regency source branch. The method used in this research is quantitative with a quantitative descriptive approach and the population in this research is 29,200 consumers. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using a questionnaire technique with a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical tool uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, autocorrelation testing and coefficient of determination as well as hypothesis testing. The results of the social media variable have a significant effect on buying interest with a t value of 15,524 > t table 1,984 and a Sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the price variable on buying interest with tcount of 21,980 > ttable 1.984 and the value of Sig. < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the social media and price variables simultaneously have a significant effect on buying interest with a calculated f value of 247,078 > 3,090 and a Sig. < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the research concluded that there was a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, between the role of social media Instagram and price on consumer buying interest in Miss You pentol products at the Sumber branch, Cirebon Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and compensation on employee performance partially or simultaneously at PT. Indomarco Prismatama Area Ciputat. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using a saturated sample, namely the entire population is used as a sample, namely as many as 60 respondents. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, it was obtained that the value of t count > t table or 1.932 > 2.00030 was reinforced by the Sig value. <0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that partially the Work Environment Variabel has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Area Ciputat. Based on the results of the second hypothesis test, it was obtained that the value of t count > t table or 4,709 > 2.00030 was strengthened by the Sig value. < 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05 H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. So it can be concluded that partially the Compensation Variabel has a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Area Ciputat. Based on the results of the third hypothesis test, it was obtained that the calculated F value > F table or 11,225 > 3.16 was reinforced by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05 H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. So it can be concluded that simultaneously the Variabels Work Environment and Compensation have a significant influence on Employee Performance at PT Indomarco Prismatama Area Ciputat

Abstract

Work discipline on employee performance at the Gunung Sindur District Office, Bogor Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The research method employed is quantitative and associative. The population consists of all employees at the Gunung Sindur District Office, Bogor Regency, with a sample size of 62 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. The type of data used is quantitative, collected through primary and secondary sources, including observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature reviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination coefficient testing, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The partial results of the study reveal that leadership style significantly affects employee performance at the Gunung Sindur District Office, Bogor Regency, with a calculated t-value of 2.514, exceeding the t-table value of 2.001, and a significance value of 0.015, which is less than 0.05. Similarly, work discipline significantly affects employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 6.375, exceeding the t-table value of 2.001, and a significance value of 0.000, which is also less than 0.05. Simultaneously, it was found that leadership style and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance, with an F-value of 105.574, exceeding the F-table value of 3.15, and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. The determination level is 78.2%, while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this study

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and motivation on employee performance at PT. Tiga Tunas Alta West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires filled in by 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques include simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression, as well as t tests and f tests. The research results show that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, with a regression equation Y = 10.064 + 0.785X, The t test shows the t-count of 8.733 which is greater than the t-table of 1.661 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a regression equation Y = 15.975 + 0.655X, The t test for Motivation produces a t-count of -1.825, which is smaller than the t-table of 1.661 with a significance value of 0.073 > 0.05. Simultaneously, the Work Environment and Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance, with a regression equation Y = 8.812 + 0.459X1 + 0.362X2, The results of the f test show that the F-count is 38.345 which is greater than the F-table of 3.16 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
