Abstract

This research is titled "The Influence of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance CV Artha Laras Jaya in Tangerang City." The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at CV Artha Laras Jaya in Tangerang City. This research is quantitative in nature. The analytical methods used in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, t-tests, and F-tests. The population in this study is CV Artha Laras Jaya in Tangerang City, with a saturated sample of 52 respondents. The results of this study, based on the determination coefficient, indicate that work discipline and job satisfaction contribute 0.678 or 67.8% to employee performance, while the remaining 32.2% is influenced by other variables not examined. The results show the multiple linear regression equation Y = 6.552 + 0.743 X1 + 0.100 X2. The correlation coefficient for Work Discipline (X1) against Performance (Y) is 0.820, meaning there is a very strong relationship between the two variables, while the correlation coefficient for Job Satisfaction (X2) against Performance (Y) is 0.659, indicating a strong relationship. The results of the simultaneous effect test of the independent variables on the dependent variable show that Fcount = 51.759 > Ftable = 3.18, leading to the conclusion that both partially and simultaneously, there is an effect of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at CV Artha Laras Jaya in Tangerang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at CV Tenard Jaya in South Jakarta.. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling with a population of 34 employees. The results of the study showed that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 19.272 + 0.476X1. The correlation coefficient value of 0.639 means that the two variables have a strong relationship. The determination value of its influence is 0.409 or 40.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value> t table or (4.702> 2.03693). This means that there is a significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) on Employee Performance (Y). Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a linear regression equation of Y = 15.990 + 0.572 X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.810, meaning that the two variables have a very strong relationship. The determination value of its influence is 0.657 or 65.7%. In the hypothesis test, the tcount value> ttable or (7.824> 2.03693) is obtained. This means that there is a significant influence between Work Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y). Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a regression equation of Y = 14.999 + 0.086 X1 + 0.514 X2. The simultaneous correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.814, meaning that the two variables have a very strong relationship. The determination value of its influence is 0.441 or 64.1%. In the simultaneous hypothesis test, the value of f count> f table or (30.508> 2.03951) is obtained. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Work Discipline (X1) and Employee Motivation (X2) affecting Employee Performance (Y) at CV Tenard Jaya.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of occupational safety and health (K3) and work discipline on employee performance in the production division of PT Prima Components Indonesia. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of the production division of PT Prima Component Indonesia as many as 104 people. The sample used was the Slovin sample so there were 83 people. The data analysis method uses simple linear regression, multiple, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The results of this research show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between Occupational Safety and Health (K3) (X1) on Performance (Y) in the Production Division of PT  Prima Componenten Indonesia, this can be proven from the tcount value of 3.330 > ttable 1.989 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline (X2) on Performance (Y) in the Production Division of PT Prima Componenten Indonesia, this can be proven from the tcount value of 7.556> ttable 1.989 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Occupational Safety and Health (K3) (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Performance (Y) in the Production Division of PT PrimaComponenten Indonesia, this can be proven by obtaining a fcount value of 29,752 > ftable 3.11 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This research confirms the existence of a positive and significant influence between Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Work Discipline and Employee Performance in the Production Division of PT Prima Componenten Indonesia, which means Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BNI Life Insurance, South Jakarta, either partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods, with a sample size of 60 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression test, simultaneous correlation coefficient test, simultaneous coefficient of determination test. simultaneous, t test and f test. Based on the t test, the value obtained is tcount > ttable (3.143>1.672) and the significance value is 0.003 <0.05. This means that motivation (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Partially testing the hypothesis for the work discipline variable (X2) obtained a value of tcount > ttable (3.523>1.672) and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. This means that work discipline (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount > ftable (71.720>3.16) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT POS Indonesia Kota Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel acak (random sampling) dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (3,043 > 2,002) dan signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,716 > 2,002) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,478 + 0,382X1 + 0,488X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (37, > 3,11) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. CIMB Niaga Central Jakarta. According to Andika (2019:190) "Motivation is a factor that influences human behavior, which can be called a driver, desire, support, or need. According to Siagian (2018:305) "Work discipline is the steps taken by management to encourage members organization to comply with applicable requirements", while according to Afandi (2021:83) "employee performance is the level of individual or group readiness to carry out or improve activities in accordance with their responsibilities, with results that meet expectations". Work motivation and work discipline are considered as two variables that can influence employee performance levels. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 95 employees. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 29.3% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (6.2145 > 1.986). Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 40.3% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (7.919 > 1.986). Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.040 + 0.200X1 + 0.367X2. The coefficient of determination value is 46.3% while the remaining 55.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (39.616 > 2.700).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Tri Sarana Nusantara. The population and sample of this study amounted to 80 respondents with a saturated sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypotesis testing. The results showed that (1) There is a Partial Effect of Work Discipline On Employee Performance at PT Tri Sarana Nusantara, a simple linear regression equation Y =12.153 + 0,726  (X1), the coefficient correlation result is 0.645, the influence contribution is 41,6%, as well as the test the hypothesis shows that the tcount is 3.173 > ttable 1.990 and or the sig value is 0.002 <0.05. (2) There is a partial effect of the physical work environment on employee performance at PT Tri Sarana Nusantara, a simple linear regression equation Y = 19.930 + 0,570 (X2), a coefficient correlation result of  0,728, a contribution of 53% and the hypothesis test shows a tcount value of 5.586 > ttable 1.990 and or a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. (3) There is a Simultaneous Effect of Workload and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at CV Elza Mandiri Bogor Regency, a multiple linear regression equation Y =11,168 + 0,342(x1) + 0,418(x2), a correlation result of 0,764, a contribution of 58,4%, and simultaneous hypothesis testing shows an Fcount of 54.096 > Ftable of 3.111 and or a sig value of 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and work environment on employee performance at PT BNI LIFE INDONESIA JAKARTA SELATAN. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the research object being employees of PT BNI LIFE INDONESIA. The sample consists of 50 employees, selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 26, which includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, as well as simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work stress has a positive partial effect on employee performance, with a t count of 6.008 which is greater than the t table of 2.001 and a significance value of 0.000. Additionally, the work environment also has a positive effect on employee performance, with a t count of 4.806 which is greater than the t table of 2.001 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, work stress and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an F count of 24.923 which is greater than the F table of 3.16 and a significance value of 0.000. From this study, it can be explained from the T Test that Work Stress (X1) is 7.155 and the Work Environment (X2) is 3.789 so that Work Stress has the most influence on Employee Performance (Y). and obtained from the results of the F Test, namely if the ftabel = 3.191 is obtained. because fcount> ftabel23,191> 25.573and the significant value is 0.000 <0.05 so that it can be concluded that the independent variables, namely work stress (X1) and work environment (X2) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on employee performance variables (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Pamulang District Office, South Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative associative. The research population was 53 people and using a saturated sample or the entire existing population as a sample in this study. The data analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The research results show that work discipline partially affects employee performance by 50,5%  while the remaining 49,5% is influenced by other variables not examined. Motivation partially affects employee performance by 37,2% while the remaining  62,8% is influenced by other variables not examined. Work discipline and Motivation simultaneously affect employee performance by 42,8% while the remaining 47,2% are influenced by other variables not examined. The results showed that the multiple linear regression equation Y = 12,592 + 0,468 X1 + 0,212 X2 means that employee performance even without the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction already has an effect of 12,592. Simultaneously, work discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the value of F count > F table, namely (27,971 > 3,18) with a significance of 0.001 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance simultaneously at the Youth and Sports Department Office of South Tangerang City

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. JNE Express Cikupa Branch. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population was taken from all employees, namely 60 people, Quantitative method using saturated sample technique. Data analysis uses data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Data analysis uses data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 20.543+0.334X1+0.357X2. These results show that the correlation coefficient is 0.628. With the calculated F value > F table, namely 18.545 > 3.160 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.005. Meanwhile, leadership style on employee performance with a calculated T value > T table is 4.448 > 2.001 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005. Then work discipline with a calculated T value > T table, namely 5.204 > 2.001 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.005. So it can be concluded that leadership style and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance
