Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of PT Satira Utama Satu employees. This research tests it partially or simultaneously using quantitative methods, with data collection carried out using several methods including literature study, documentation and questionnaires. The techniques used in this research use descriptive statistical analysis techniques, data quality testing and simple linear regressionanalysis. As for the research results, based on the t test, it is known that the value of the Work Environment variable (X1) is 1.711 and the t table is 1.676 (Df = n-k-1) so (52-2- 1=49) So the conclusion can be drawn that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely the Work Environment variable (X1) which partially has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT Satira Utama Satu. It is known that the value of the Development variable (X2) is 5.206 and the t table is 1.676 (Df = n-k-1) so (52-2-1=49) and is also supported by the t count > t table. So the conclusion can be drawn that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that the Work Environment variable (X1) partially has a significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT Satira Utama Satu. the calculated f value > f table, so the basis for the calculation is df = (n - k - 1) so that f table is 3.19, then we get calculated f > f table (20.401 > 3.19) with a score ρ value < Sig. 0.05, which in this study is (0.000 < 0.05), so finally H3 in the study is accepted and Ho is rejected, which in this study has a significant impact on the independent variables on employee performance at PT Satira Utama Satu. Based on quantitative multiple regression analysis, it was concluded that Y= 29,303 + 0.081 (X1) + 0.497 (X2) from the results of the multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that the Work Environment (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) variables had a linear effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y). And with the correlation coefficient R value of 0.674, it can be concluded that this value is in the range 0.60 - 0.799, so the level of relationship between the variables Work Environment (X1) Work Discipline and (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) there is a strong level of relationship. The R result is 0.674, so in this case it is concluded that the Work Environment variable (X1) and the Work Discipline variable (X2) have an effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y) by 67.42% while (100- 67.4%) = 32.6% influenced by other factors

Abstract

Employee performance at PT. Virtus Facility Service Pondok Indah Residence work unit. This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Virtus Facility Service Pondok Indah Residence work unit. This type of research is quantitative. The analytical methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, t test and F test. The population in this study is Employees of PT Virtus Facility Service, Pondok Indah Residence work unit, used a saturated sample of 60 respondents. The results of this research based on the coefficient of determination show that motivation and work discipline have a contribution to employee performance of 0.360 or 36% while the remaining 64% is another variable that was not studied. The research results show the multiple linear regression equation Y = 16.164 + 0.255 X1 + 0.764 X2. The correlation coefficient value of Motivation (X1) to Performance (Y) is 0.461, meaning the two variables have a low level of relationship, the coefficient value of work discipline (X2) to Performance (Y) is 0.592, meaning the two variables have a low level of relationship. The results of testing the simultaneous influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable obtained a calculated F value = 16.027 > F table value = 3.16, so it can be concluded that partially or simultaneously there is an influence between Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of PT Employees. Abstract

This research, titled "The Influence of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at CV. Inter Digital Solutions," aims to analyze the impact of these two factors on employee performance, both individually and collectively. Conducted in West Jakarta, the research employed a quantitative associative method, gathering data through observations and questionnaires completed by 71 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis utilized simple and multiple regression tests alongside hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that the work environment significantly affects employee performance (t-value = 4.762, significance = 0.000), as does work discipline (t-value = 5.986, significance = 0.000). Simultaneously, these factors exhibit a combined significant influence (F-value = 42.630, significance = 0.000). The coefficient of determination indicates that the work environment accounts for 49.2% of the variance in employee performance, work discipline for 55.6%, and both variables together for 74.7%, with the remainder attributed to external factors. The research concludes that a conducive work environment and strong work discipline significantly enhance employee performance at CV. Inter Digital Solutions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work stress on employee performance at PT Scorex Teknologi Indonesia. The study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 70 employees. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, where the entire population is used as the sample. The results show that organizational culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The regression coefficient obtained is 0.741, with a t-value of 7.999, which is higher than the t-table value of 1.995, and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Additionally, work stress (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in a partial manner, with a regression coefficient of 0.345. The t-value of 3.694 is greater than the t-table value of 1.996, and the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both organizational culture and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The F-value of 38.263 is greater than the F-table value of 3.13, with a significance level of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.533 indicates that 53.3% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by organizational culture and work stress, while the remaining 46.7% is influenced by other factors not studied. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that both organizational culture and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both individually and together, at PT Scorex Teknologi Indonesia

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee productivity at the KCU Jakarta Flora 12000  post office. The method used in this research is a quantitative method by taking work motivation and work environment data as well as employee productivity data at the KCU Jakarta Flora 12000 Post Office. The sample used in the research was 53 respondents from 53  populations. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, data instrument analysis, and quantitative analysis. The research results show that motivation partially influences employee productivity. This can be proven from the significant value of 0.010 < 0.05 and tcount 2.666 > ttable 2.009. Meanwhile, the work environment partially influences employee productivity. This can be proven from the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount 7.466 > ttable 2.009. Based on simultaneous testing of research results, work motivation and work environment influence employee productivity. This can be proven from the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, and fcount 27,349 > ftable 3,18.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style and work motivation variables, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of employees at PT TDW Resources Tangerang. This research employs a quantitative associative research method, using data collected through questionnaires processed with SPSS 25 software. The sample used was a saturated sampling technique, totaling 63 employees. Data collection techniques involved both primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t-tests, and F-tests The results of this study indicate that: Partially, there is a positive and significant influence of the leadership style variable on employee performance at PT TDW Resources Tangerang, as evidenced by the t-value (????◻????????????????????) of 9.720 > 1.670 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.Partially, there is a positive and significant influence of the work motivation variable on employee performance at PT TDW Resources Tangerang, as evidenced by the t-value (????◻????????????????????) of 10.885 > 1.670 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT TDW Resources Tangerang, as evidenced by the F-value (????◻????????????????????) of 70.416, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.15. Therefore, the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted, and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant simultaneous impact of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT TDW Resources Tangerang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work motivation and physical work environment on employee performance at the Training and Development Center for Administrative Personnel, Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia – South Tangerang. This research is a associative quantitative study utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The population of this study consists of all employees at the Training and Development Center for Administrative Personnel, Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia – South Tangerang, totaling 63 employees. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling, meaning all employees were included as the sample for this study, amounting to 63 individuals. The data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear Regression analysis, correlation coefficient testing, determination coefficient testing, as well as t-tests and F-tests, with the aid of SPSS version 27 software. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of Work Motivation (X₁) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Training and Development Center for Administrative Personnel, Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia – South Tangerang. This is evident from the t-test results, where tcalculated>ttable (5.621>2.000), which is further supported by a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Therefore, H₀₁ is rejected, and Hₐ₁ is accepted. Additionally, there is a significant influence of the Physical Work Environment (X₂) on Employee Performance (Y) at the same institution. This is shown by the t-test results, where tcalculated>ttable (3.525>2.000), and a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Thus, H₀₂ is rejected, and Hₐ₂ is accepted. Finally, there is a joint influence of Work Motivation (X₁) and Physical Work Environment (X₂) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Training and Development Center for Administrative Personnel, Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia – South Tangerang. This is demonstrated by the F-test results, where Fcalculated>Ftable (31.450>3.15), further confirmed by a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Hence, H₀₃ is rejected, and Hₐ₃ is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on employee performance at the cimanggu sub-district office, pandeglang district. The method used is quantitative analysis method, which uses in-depth data in the form of numbers. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling which takes the entire population to be sampled, the sample in this study were 62 respondents. Data analysis using descriptive data analysis, with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test with normality test, multicollinearity test, auto correlation test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing with t test and f test. The results showed that Work Discipline has a statistical effect on employee performance but is not unidirectional, which means that the opposite effect is the difference between the impact of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on employee performance. With the value of the regression equation Y = 75.343 + -.1064X1. The coefficient of determination is 42.2%. hypothesis testing in the t test count> t table or (6.619> 1.670). Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation value of Y = 29.7767 = 0.943X2. The coefficient of determination is 38.1%. hypothesis testing in the t test count> t table or (6,076> 1,670).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy of the West Jakarta Administrative City, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative method. The population consists of all employees in the department, with a sample of 50 individuals selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data collected is quantitative and obtained from primary and secondary sources, such as observations, questionnaires, literature reviews, and documentation. The data analysis includes instrument validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination tests, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results show that partially, leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with a t-value of 13. 539 > 2. 008 (t-table value). Similarly, work motivation also has a positive and significant impact, with a t-value of 16. 373 > 2. 008 (t-table value). Simultaneously, leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with an F-value of 167. 329 > 3. 20 (F-table value) and a determination value of 87. 7%. The remaining 12. 3% is influenced by other factors not included in this study

Abstract

This study is to examine the influence of training and work discipline on employee performance at the Bekasi Regency Trade Service. This research method uses quantitative analysis, namely using in-depth data analysis in the form of numbers with a total of 83 respondents who are employees of the Bekasi Regency Trade Service. The sampling method used in this research is non-probability techniques. Data processing and analysis techniques use instrument testing, classical assumption testing, descriptive analysis, quantitative analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on research conducted, the effect of training on employee performance was obtained by the regression equation value Y = 7.626 + 0.620 X1. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (13.651 > 1.663). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that there is a partial influence of training on employee performance at the Bekasi Regency Trade Service. Meanwhile, Work Discipline on Employee Performance obtained a regression equation value of Y = 12.822 + 0.618 X2. The results of the hypothesis test obtained a value of tcount > ttable or (11.156 > 1.663). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, this shows that there is a partial influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Bekasi Regency Trade Service. Then the influence of Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance Y = 6.233 + 0.424 X1+ 0.286 X2. The results of the hypothesis test obtained f count > f table (124.958 > 3.11). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence of Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Bekasi Regency Trade Service.
