Abstract

Dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 UMKM kuliner banyak terkena dampak karena adanya pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM) yang dikeluarkan oleh Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Kabupaten Bekasi, yang mengharuskan masyarakat mengurangi aktivitas/kegiatan di luar rumah, tetap menjaga jarak dan mentaati aturan protokol kesehatan (prokes). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literature, data yang diperoleh dikompilasi dan dianalisis dengan pendekatan deskripsi akan menmperoleh suatu kesimpulan. Hasil pemikiran dalam penelitian ini dengan mengambil data literature dari sumber, yaitu teknik pengumpulan data dengan menelaah literature, teori-teori, buku-buku, artikel-artikel serta catatan-catatan yang ada di internet dan sosial media (sosmed) sesuai dengan masalah yang terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya kepemimpinan transformasional dapat mendorong adanya Kreativitas dan inovasi di dalam diri individu untuk mencapai suatu tujuan dan bentuk Kreativitas dan inovasi  yang dapat dilakukan oleh para pelaku UMKM kuliner di Kabupaten Bekasi pada masa pandemi ini adalah terbukanya pikiran untuk melakukan suatu perubahan ke depannya agar terus tetap bertahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Intirinsik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Asia Afrika Food. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Asia Afrika Food sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik Simple random sampling dengan merujuk pada pendapat Arikunto sehingga peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 50 karyawan / responden alih daya (seluruh jumlah populasi).. Metode pengumpulan data observasi dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier sederhana dan ganda, uji koefisien korelasi (R), uji determinasi (R Square), dan uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 2,024 + 0,518X1, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung>ttabel atau (6,551 > 1,989). Motivasi Intrinsik secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 0,878 + 0,761 X2, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai thitung>ttabel atau (6,551 > 1,989). Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Intrinsik secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 0,795+ 0,283X1 + 0,510X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 73,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Fhitung>Ftabelatau (28,338> 3,18).

Abstract

Penelitan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh E-Service Quality terhadap minat konsumen. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh E-Word of Mouth terhadap minat konsumen. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh E-Service Quality dan E-Word of Mouth terhadap minat beli. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna Grab di Tangerang Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 110 orang. Pegumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistic dengan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan menggunakan software PLS 3.0. E-Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Konsumen dengan nilai tstatistik 4,189 > 1,96 dan nilai P Values 0.000 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa variabel E-Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Konsumen. E-Word of Mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Konsumen, dengan nilai Tstatistic sebesar 3,770 > 1,96 dan nilai P Values 0.000 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa variabel E-Word of Mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Konsumen. E-Service Quality dan e-Word of Mouth secara simultan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 63,2% sedangkan 36,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar yang diteliti.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini tentang Pendampingan Disiplin Kerja Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Jakarta Barat. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami “Pendampingan Disiplin Kerja Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Jakarta Barat” dengan mengkaji beberapa faktor internal, yaitu skill/ketrampilan di bidang teknologi, inisiatif dan tanggungjawab dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, gaji atau tunjangan yang diterima, dan motivasi yang diperlukan bagi pegawai. Metode pengabdian tersebut ini menggunakan Pelatihan dengan Presentasi Power Point dan diskusi dengan para peserta. Peserta kegiatan merupakan Para Pegawai KPU Kota Jakarta Barat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dibiayai sendiri oleh pelaksana. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan pelaksana. Kedepannya kegiatan pengabdian selanjutnya dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan baik di tempat yang sama maupun ditempat lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Work Discipline (XI) and Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Lucky Indah Keramik Kota Tangerang. The method used is a quantitative method. The object of this study is the employees of PT Lucky Indah Keramik Tangerang City. The sample in this study amounted to 60 employees. Data analysis and test techniques include validity tests and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests and hypothesis tests using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 26. The result of this study is that Work Discipline partially has a positive effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test obtained t calculation > t table or 6.008 > 2.001 with a significance value of 0.000 > 0.5. The Work Environment partially has a positive effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test obtained t calculation > t table or 4.806 > 2.001 with a significance value of 0.000 > 0.5. Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Employee Kineria with the results of the hypothesis test obtained F count > F table or 24.923 > 3.16 with a significance value of 0.000 > 0.005. The magnitude of the influence of Work Discipline (X₁) and Work Environment (X₂) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Lucky Indah Keramik Kota Tangerang is 68.3% and the remaining 31.7% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted by analyzing the performance of employees of the Finance & Treasury Department at PT. SiCepat Express Indonesia, South Jakarta. Both partially and simultaneously. This research model uses associative quantitative research methods. In this research there are 3 variables, namely the physical work environment (X1) and work motivation (X2) which are independent variables and employee performance (Y) is the dependent variable. The objects of this research are employees of the Finance & Treasury Department at PT. SiCepat Ekspress Indonesia as many as 79 people. The sampling technique uses a population research sample in calculations up to an error rate of 5% so that the sample studied was 79 respondents. Data analysis used in this research uses classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests and also hypothesis testing. Based on the SPSS Version 25 test results from the tests that have been carried out, it is known that the physical work environment and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance. The research results show that from the t test results of the physical work environment variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) it was obtained that t_count was 7.742 > t_table 1.990 and the significance value was 0.000 < 0.05, and the t test results of the work motivation variable (X2) on employee performance ( Y) is obtained at t_count 7.520 > t_table 1.990 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of the f test (simultaneous) obtained at f_count 116.35 > f_tabel 3.12 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²) obtained a result of 0.747 (74.7%) so it can be concluded that the work environment physical (X1) and work motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of the Voting Committee (PPS) in the General Election Commission (KPU) of West Jakarta. Additionally, it seeks to determine which variable has the most dominant impact on PPS performance. This research employs an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population consists of all 168 PPS members in West Jakarta, with a sample of 63 respondents selected using Slovin’s formula from 56 urban villages. Data collection methods include questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive statistics and inferential analysis through regression modeling with SPSS version 25. Organizational culture comprises values, beliefs, norms, and behaviors that define work and interaction within an organization. A strong organizational culture enhances work motivation, which refers to factors driving individuals to perform well, either through internal aspirations or external recognition. Increased work motivation positively impacts PPS performance, which reflects efficiency, productivity, and job quality. A supportive organizational culture, high motivation, and a fair reward system contribute to improved PPS performance, benefiting both the organization and the community. The alignment between organizational culture, work motivation, and PPS performance is crucial in optimizing service delivery and achieving organizational goals.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of intrinsic motivation and incentives on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) in Tangerang, both individually and simultaneously. Understanding these factors is crucial for organizations seeking to improve employee productivity and satisfaction. This study employs an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population consists of 56 employees, and a saturated sample technique was used, where all members of the population are included as samples. The analysis methods involve instrument testing, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and regression analysis, all using SPSS version 26. The research findings indicate that intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, suggesting that motivated employees perform better. Similarly, incentives also positively affect employee performance, reinforcing the importance of rewarding employees. When both intrinsic motivation and incentives are considered together, they show a substantial influence on performance. This implies that both individual and combined efforts of motivation and rewards are essential for improving employee productivity. The results emphasize the importance of a well-balanced motivational strategy and incentive system in enhancing employee performance, contributing to organizational success.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the Influence of Organizational Climate and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in our prewed studio. both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 50 respondents. The results of the analysis of work experience partially affect employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 17.209 + 0.572 X1. The correlation coefficient of 0.576 means it has a moderate level of relationship and a coefficient of determination of 33.2% means that performance is influenced by organizational climate by 66.8%. This is proven by the t test obtained t count value> t table (3.369> 2.010) and strengthened by a significant value <0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Work discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance, a simple linear regression equation Y = 23.129 + 0.432 X2. The correlation coefficient of 0.447 means it has a moderate relationship and a coefficient of determination of 20.0% means that performance is influenced by work discipline by 8%. This is proven by the t test obtained the calculated t value > t table (1.322 < 2.010) and is strengthened by a significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the study of organizational climate and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance, the multiple linear regression equation Y = 14.218 + 0.470 X1 + 0.179 X2, the correlation coefficient of 0.596 means it has a moderate level of relationship and a determination coefficient of 35.6% means that performance is influenced by organizational climate and work discipline by 64.4%. the results of the F test hypothesis test obtained the calculated F value > F table (12.968 > 3.19) and is strengthened by a significance value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).
