Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Indihome PT Payment Collection Unit. Telkom Indonesia Witel Tangerang, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method. Based on hypothesis testing, the results of motivation on employee performance with the value of t count < t table or 1.830 < 2.001 with a significance value of 0.072 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that partially motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. The results of the work discipline hypothesis test on employee performance obtained the value of t count> t table or 12.083> 2.001 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that partially work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the value of F count> F table or 75.481> 3.16 with a significance of 0.000 <0.050. So it can be concluded that simultaneously motivation and work discipline together have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out how Earning Per Share (EPS) and Dividend Per Share (DPS) influence the stock price. With a total population od 24 samples in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2022. The data used in this study was processed from Indonesian Stock Exchange. With purposive sampling techniques, three companies with different criteria were obtained. Quantitative data is the type of data used in this research with secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are done with documentation techniques. The analytical techniques used are double regression, classical assumption test, t test, f test and determination coefficients. Based on the result obtained it can be concluded that partially Earning Per Share(EPS) has a negative and non-significant influence on the Share Price, it is proved that the test result of Tcount < Ttable is equal to (-1,288249 < 2,05183) with significant value (0,2095 > 0,05). Dividend Per Share (DPS) is partially influenced on the share price, this is proved by Tcount > Ttable is of amounts (4,452482 > 2,05183) with the significance value (0,0002 < 0,05). Simultaneously Earning Per Share (EPS) and Dividend Per Share (DPS) have an effect on the Stock Price of the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2022, this is demonstrated by (Fcount 62,88552> Ftable 3,37) with the significant value of (0,000000<0,05).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT BPR Dana Mandiri, Bogor Regency. The method used is quantitative. The population in this study was 83 respondents. The results of the analysis show that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.03 < 0.05, and the t count is 3.064 > 1.990 t table. The physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, and a calculated t value of 13.653 > 1.990 t table. Motivation and Physical Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y= 2.081+ 0.161X₁ + 0.791X₂. The coefficient of determination value is 8.81% while the remaining 0.91% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables that are not examined. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (296.167 > 3.11).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Good Corporate Governance projected with Institutional Ownership and Profitability projected with Net Profit Margin affect the Financial Performance projected with Return On Assets at PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk, Period 2013-2023. This study uses associative research methods with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study is the entire Financial Statements of PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk, while the sample used is the financial position report, income statement and notes to the financial statements at PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk, 2013-2023 Period. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, regression analysis test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 26 program. Based on hypothesis testing with the T test, it shows that partially the Institutional Ownership variable has no significant effect on Return On Assets with a tcount value < ttable (0.542 < 2.30600) and a significance value > the significance level (0.602 > 0.05). Meanwhile, the Net Profit Margin variable partially has a significant effect on Return On Assets with a tcount> ttable value (10.759> 2.30600) and a significance value < significant level (0.000 < 0.05). The results of hypothesis testing with the F test show that simultaneously the Institutional Ownership and Net Profit Margin variables have a significant effect on Return on Assets with a value of Fhitung> Ftabel (99.202> 4.26) and a significance value < significant level (0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination of 0.961 or 96.1% proves that the Institutional Ownership and Net Profit Margin variables have an influence of 96.1% on Return on Assets (Y), while the rest (100% - 96.1% = 3.9%) there are other factors that have not been studied.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Free Cash Flow (FCF) and Company Size (CS) on Earnings Management at PT. Akasha Wira International Tbk over the period 2014-2023. This research employs a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the company's financial statements. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression to test the proposed hypotheses. The results show that Free Cash Flow and Company Size have a significant effect on Earnings Management practices. The larger the Company Size, the higher the level of Earnings Management practices undertaken. Additionally, high Free Cash Flow also contributes 67,3% to an increase in Earnings Management practices. This research implies that companies should be more cautious in managing Free Cash Flow and consider Company Size to minimize Earnings Management practices.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) affect the Share Price of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. for the 2012-2023 period. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population of this study is the published financial statements of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Sampling uses the purpose sampling technique. The sample of this study is financial statements in the form of financial position statements, profit and loss statements, and stock prices for the 2012-2023 period.  The data analysis methods used were classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2) and hypothesis testing t-test, F-test using the SPSS 26 approach. The results of the t-test show that ROE has a significance value (0.006 < 0.05) and a t-value calculated > t table (-3.296 > 2.262), this means that ROE partially has a negative and significant effect on the stock price. EPS has a significance value (0.067 < 0.05) and a t-value < t table (-2.047 < 2.262), this means that EPS has no effect on the stock price. Meanwhile, the results of the F-Test show that the significance value (0.016 < 0.05) and the F value of the table > F calculation (5.687 > 4.26), this means that ROE and EPS simultaneously affect the stock price. The results of the determination coefficient (R2) test showed an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.513, meaning that together the influence of ROE and EPS on stock prices contributed 51.3% and the remaining 48.7% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee work productivity at PT. Boga Alam Makmur both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study amounted to 53 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis test. The results of this study are a discussion of the effect of work discipline (X1) and work stress (X2) on employee work productivity (Y), as follows: work discipline (X1) has a significant effect on employee work productivity (Y) with the regression equation Y = 7.700 + 0.805X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0.862 where the value is in the interval 0.800 - 1.000, meaning that the two variables have a very strong relationship. Determination value 74.3%. Hypothesis test obtained tcount value > ttable or (12.158 > 2.009). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between work discipline (X1) on employee work productivity (Y). Work stress (X2) has a significant effect on employee work productivity (Y) with the regression equation Y = 62.022 - 0.903X2, the correlation coefficient value is -0.751 where the value is in the interval 0.600 - 0.799, meaning that both variables have a strong relationship level. The determination value is 56.4%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of -tcount > -ttable or (-8.126 > -2.009). Thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between work stress (X2) on employee work productivity (Y). Work discipline (X1) and work stress (X2) have a significant effect on employee work productivity (Y) with the regression equation Y = 21.790 + 0.632X1 - 0.302X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.879 where the value is in the interval of 0.800 - 1.000, meaning that the two variables have a very strong level of relationship. The determination value is 77.2%. The hypothesis test obtained the value of fcount > ftable or (84.673 > 3.183). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between work discipline (X1) and work stress (X2) on employee work productivity at PT. Boga Alam Makmur.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share on share prices at PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. This type of research uses associative research methods with quantitative data types. The population used in this research is the financial report data of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk, where the sample in the research is the consolidated financial position report and profit and loss report for the period 2013-2022. The data analysis used in the research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing including the t test and f test, as well as the coefficient of determination. Based on the research results, it shows that Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share contribute 83.16% to share prices. Net Profit Margin has a partially significant effect on share prices, where the tcount is greater than ttable, namely (-4.376467 > -2.36462) with a sig value. equal to 0.0032 < 0.05. Earning Per Share has a partially significant effect on share prices, where the tcount is greater than ttable, namely (5.448926 > 2.36462) with a sig value. equal to 0.0010 < 0.05. For the results of the F Test, the variables Net Profit Margin and Earning Per Share have a significant effect simultaneously on share prices where it is obtained that Fcount is greater than Ftable (23.22647 > 4.74) with a sig value. equal to 0.000813 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin on the price of the stock in Mayora Indah Tbk period 2013-2023. The independent variables in this study are Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin while the dependent variables used are Stock Price. Research methods used are quantitative descriptive methods with associative approaches. The population of this research uses data, namely financial statements with samples such as balance sheet and loss report and share price report for 11 years. (2013-2023). Data analysis techniques used are statistical descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, double linear regression tests, and test hypotheses (t and f tests), correlation coefficient tests and test determination. The results of this study show that Return On Equity has a partially negative and significant influence on the price of the stock, seen from the significant value of 0.05 where the value is 0.043 > 0.05 while the thiting value shows a smaller return than the table size -2.408 > 2,26216 and the net profit margin variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the share price where the significant amount is smaller than 0.05, which is 0.023 < 0.05 and the thitting value indicates a larger value than the ttable size is 2,818 >2,26216. While simultaneously Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin have no significant influence on the price of the stock, where significant value yield is 0,063 > 0,05 while the test results of Fcalung show smaller than the Ftableis3,976>4,46.

Abstract

Toko Jennitra Snack Bintaro, South Tangerang is a business engaged in food which was founded on May 27, 2021 and is located at Bintaro Jaya Modern Market, Sector 7 Blok KB 120, South Tangerang. This shop was started by Ani Fatmawati who has a hobby and taste for trying various types of new foods, especially snacks. From a love for snacks, an idea and opportunity arose to open a shop by providing various types of quality snacks in terms of unique and diverse flavors. The aim to be achieved in the study was to determine the effect of product quality and price on service quality and purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used by the author is all consumers of Jennitra Snack Bintaro Shop, South Tangerang in 2023 with transactions totaling 14,400 consumers. The results showed that Product Quality (X1) had a significant effect on service quality with a correlation coefficient value of 0.574 and an f square value of 0.532 with a significance of 0.000. Price (X2) has a significant effect on service quality with a correlation coefficient value of 0.182 and an f square value of 0.054 with a significance of 0.005. Product quality (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient value of 0.355 and an f square value of 0.162 with a significance of 0.000. Price (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient value of 0.109 and an f square value of 0.022 with a significance of 0.000. Service quality (Y) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient value of 0.398 and an f square value of 0.193 with a significance of 0.000. Product quality through service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a correlation coefficient value of 0.073 and a statistical uovilon V of 0,913  with a significance of 0.000 and Price through service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a correlation value of 0.229 and a statistical upvilon V of 0,289  with a significance of 0.000.
