Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Working Capital Turnover and Total Asset Turnover on Return on Assets. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a descriptive nature. The source of this research is secondary data. The population of this study is the entire annual financial statements of PT Martina Berto Tbk, and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling over a period of 10 years. The data analysis method in this study uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS 25.The results of this study indicate that, partially, Working Capital Turnover has a negative effect on Return on Assets at PT Martina Berto Tbk for the period 2014-2023. This is evident from the significance value < 0.05 (0.012 < 0.05) and the t-count < t-table (-3.350 < 2.306). Partially, the Total Asset Turnover variable has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets, as seen from the significance value < 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05) and the t-count > t-table (6.283 > 2.306). Simultaneously, there is a significant effect between Working Capital Turnover and Total Asset Turnover on Return on Assets, as seen from the significance value < 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05) and the F-count > F-table (20.771 > 4.737).

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine and analyze the cash flow report in assessing financial performance at PT Astra International Tbk for the 2019-2023 period. The type of research conducted by the author is quantitative descriptive research. The research data comes from the financial statements of PT Astra International Tbk for the 2019-2023 period, including the balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow. The data analysis technique used in this study is the descriptive method. The conclusion of the study shows that the results of the calculation of the operating cash flow ratio analysis for the 2019-2023 period show poor fluctuations, indicating a liquidity risk that can disrupt the payment of short-term financial obligations. However, the analysis of cash coverage to current liabilities in that time period is quite good, indicating the company's ability to meet financial obligations in the short term. Although fluctuating, the analysis of total debt and cash coverage to interest also shows a relatively strong financial condition. Despite the variations, the company has a good ability to pay debt and interest with cash flow from its normal operations.

Abstract

An organization, whether business or non-business, cannot be separated from the role of Human Resources (HR) management. The more the organization or company develops, the more it involves workers in an effort to support the smooth running of the organization or company. To provide good product quality, the company must be able to improve and maximize employee performance, the company needs to pay attention to the needs of employees in working because by fulfilling the needs of its employees, the company will get better work quality or employee performance and the quality of the products created or worked on with good performance, the quality of the products worked on will be good or satisfactory. Indicators that must be met are the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, compliance with company regulations, work quality, work quantity, responsibility, cooperation and initiative. Overall, all of these indicators must be met by employees and the company optimally in order to achieve the desires of employees and the company in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on company value, measured using Price to Book Value (PBV) at PT Astra International Tbk during the period 2013-2023. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. The data used are secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial reports. The population in this study consists of all annual financial reports of PT Astra International Tbk published during the period 2013-2023. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The results show that partially, the Current Ratio (CR) does not significantly affect PBV, with a coefficient value of -0.10007 and a p-value of 0.180 > 0.05 and t-statistic value of -1.453 < t-table 1.859. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) significantly affects PBV, with a coefficient value of 0.4739030 and a p-value of 0.01 < 0.05 and t-statistic value of 15.691 > t-table 4.459. This indicates that the use of debt in the capital structure can increase company value. Simultaneously, the variables Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio significantly affect PBV with an F-statistic value of 15.691 > F-table 4.459 and a p-value of 0.002 < 0.05. The contribution of CR and DER to PBV is 78.5%, while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other variables not studied, which means that the combination of liquidity and capital structure plays an important role in determining company value in the stock market.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of training and career development on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT. Jakarta's Great Achievement Depok. This research method uses quantitative methods. The data collection methods used are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, and the sample obtained in this study was 54 respondents. Data analysis used SPSS version 26. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Partially testing the hypothesis for the Training variable (X1) obtained tcount > ttable (7.451 > 1.675), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that Training (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Partially testing the hypothesis for the Career Development variable (X2) obtained tcount > ttable (10.378 > 1.675). This means that Career Development (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a value of fcount > ftable (58.666 > 3.179), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Training (X1) and Career Development (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The determination obtained by R square is 0.697, meaning that the Training and Career Development variables together have an influential contribution of 69,7% of employee performance. Meanwhile, the remaining 30,3% was influenced by other factors not researched by the author.

Abstract

PT. Astra International Tbk merupakan perusahaan di bidang manufaktur seperti pengimpor kendaraan bermotor, alat-alat berat, dan alat-alat teknik yang dapat menunjang kebutuhan pembangunan nasional. Agar perusahaan tetap eksis dibutuhkan manajemen keuangan yang baik yang biasanya disusun dalam laporan keuangan tahunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hasil kinerja laporan keuangan PT. Astra International Tbk 2018 – 2022. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menghitung rasio likuiditas (current ratio, Quick ratio dan Cash ratio ) , profitabilitas ( Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets dan Return On Equity ), solvabilitas ( Debt To Assets Ratio dan Debt To Equity Ratio ) dan aktivitas ( Receiveable Turnover, Inventory Turnover dan Total Assets Turnover ) dari perusahaan tersebut, Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kuantitatif yang menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT. Astra Internasional Tbk menggunakan rasio keuangan yaitu profitabilitas, likuiditas, solvabilitas dan aktifitas. Dalam penelitia ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif karena data penelitian yang digunakan berbentuk angka serta analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan statistik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil rasio likuiditas belum dapat dikatakan baik sebab penilaiannya terhadap hutang jangka pendek belum mencapai standar industri yang baik, karena nilai rata-rata current ratio yaitu 139,8 %, quick ratio 120,2 %, dan cash ratio 42,4 %. Rasio profitabilitas juga belum memenuhi standar industri karena nilai rata-rata Net Profit margin yaitu 11 %, Return On Assets 6 % dan Return On Equity 13 %. Rasio solvabilitas juga belum memenuhi standarnya karena nilai rata-rata Debt To Assets Ratio yaitu 50,8 % dan Debt To Equity Ratio 93,2 %. Rasio aktivitas juga tidak baik karena tidak memenuhi standar industri karena memeiliki nilai rata-rata Receiveable Turnover yaitu 18x, Inventory Turnover 8,32x dan Total Assets Turnover 0,6x

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Prices in Food and Beverage Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018 – 2023. The research methods and types of data used in this study are quantitative and secondary data in the form of financial statements. The population in this study is Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018 – 2023. The sample in this study is 8 companies using the purposive sampling method. The analysis methods used are descriptive statistical tests, data panel regression analysis and classical assumption tests. For hypothesis testing, it is carried out by significance tests, namely the T test and the F test with the help of Eviews 13 software. The results of this study show that the Return On Equity variable partially has a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, Earning Per Share partially has a significant effect on stock prices. Then simultaneously showed that the variables Return On Equity and Earning Per Equity Ratio had a positive and significant effect on the stock price with a value of Fcal 20.07421 > Ftable 3.20 with a coefficient value of 59%, the remaining 41% was influenced by variables outside of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the price of the pharmaceutical industry stock. (Studi Empiris pada PT Kimia Farma Tbk Periode Tahun 2011-2022). The research methods and data types used in this research are quantitative descriptive and secondary data which are financial statements, while the sample type in this study is financial report as balance sheet and profit loss of PT Kimia Farma Tbk period 2011-2022. The analysis used in this study uses the SPSS V.27 test tool. In this study, the data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that partially the Return on Assets variable has no significant effect on stock prices with a tcount value of 0.294 < t table 2.262, with a significance value of 0.775 > 0.05. While Debt to Equity Ratio partially has a significant effect on stock prices with a tcount value of 2.619> t table 2.262, with a significance value of 0.028 <0.05. Then simultaneously shows the Return on Assets and Debt to Equity Ratio variables have an effect and are significant to the stock price with a fcount value of 7.952> ftabel 4.26 with a significance value of 0.012 <0.05. And the coefficient of determination is obtained at 54.2%, the remaining 45.8% is influenced by variables outside this research.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of inflation, interest rates and exchange rates on stock returns on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in a study of manufacturing companies for the 2018-2022 period. This research uses quantitative research. The data collection methods used in this research are time series and cross section data, namely panel data. The number of samples in this research was 10 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018- 2022 period. The data analysis methods in this research are classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing which is processed using Eviews 12. Hypothesis testing via the t test produces results that inflation, interest rates and exchange rates do not have a significant effect on manufacturing company stock returns. The results of the F test in this research are the calculated F of 0.281571 or above the criterion value of 0.05. The results of the regression coefficient, Inflation, Interest Rates and Exchange Rates have an influence of 0.018806 or 1.88% on the stock returns of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT. Bhakti Karya Distribution Indonesia. This type of research is a type of quantitative research using associative methods. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method, the population in this study is all employees of PT. Bhakti Karya Distribution Indonesia, namely 59 employees. Sample of 59 employees. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, data instrument test, classical assumption test, linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, as well as t test and f test using SPSS version 26 tools. The results of this research are that Leadership Style has a significant effect on Performance Employees with a coefficient of determination value of 68.3% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (11,085 > 1,672). The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 56.3% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (8,574 > 1,672). Leadership Style and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 4,202 + 599 X1 + 191 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 69.4% while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other factors. The autocotellation test obtained was 0.833. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated f value > f table or (63,526 > 3,162).
