Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCP Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The method used is quantitative analysis. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 63 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.280 + 0.336X1 + 0.498X2. The coefficient of determination has a simultaneous effect of 72.9%. Partially testing the hypothesis obtained a work discipline figure (X1) of tcount > ttable (11.544 > 1.670). So Ho is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. This means that there is a xiiositivee and significant influence between the work discipline variable (X1) on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X2) is t count > t table (11.544 > 1.670). So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between work environment variables (X2) on employee performance (Y). Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (80.564 > 3.15). Thus, Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that work discipline (X1) and work environment (X2) together have a positive effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Assets Turnover and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Assets at PT Astra International Tbk for the period 2010-2022. The research method uses quantitative descriptive. The research population is financial statements, with samples including balance sheets and profit and loss, selected through purposive sampling method. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test hypothesis testing, F-test and the Coefficient of Determination (R2) test. The t test results show that TATO has a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a tcount value of 7.193 > t table 2.228, this means that partially TATO has a significant effect on ROA. DER has a sig value of 0.097 > 0.05 and a tcount value of -1.831 < t table 2.228, this means that partially DER has no significant effect on ROA. Meanwhile, the results of the F test research show that the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount 48.848 > Ftable 4.10, this means that TATO and DER simultaneously affect ROA. The test results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) show an R-square of 0.907, this means that simultaneously the effect of TATO and DER on ROA has a contribution of 90.7% while the remaining 9.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio on Return On Assets at PT Astra International Tbk for the 2011 - 2022 period. The population in this research is the financial report of PT Astra International Tbk. The sample used is the financial report, namely the balance sheet and profit and loss report of PT Astra International Tbk for the 2011-2022 period. The nature of the research used is quantitative asosiative. The data analysis methods used include classical assumption tests, multiple regression equations, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the research results, the Current Ratio has no significant effect on Return On Assets, showing the test results tcount = -0,352 while ttable = 1,812 (tcount < ttable) with a significance level of 0,002 < 0,05, then the Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on Return On Assets shows the test results tcount = 2,290 while ttable = 1,812 (tcount > ttable) with a significance level of 0,045 < 0,05. The F test shows that the results of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant and significant effect on Return On Assets with test results of Fcount = 4,534 and Ftable = 4,46 (Fcount > Ftable) with a significance level of 0,043 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover and Return On Asset in PT. Astra Internasional Tbk for the period 2013 – 2022. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method. The samples used in this study are the company's financial statements in the form of balance sheets and income statements of PT Astra Internasional Tbk for the period 2013-2022. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression to test the relationship between Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover, and Return On Asset. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that  the Current Ratio variable  had no effect on Return On Asset. This result is in line with research conducted by Aris Susetyo (2017). Meanwhile,  the Inventory Turnover variable  partially has a significant effect on Return On Asset. These results are in line with research conducted by Linda & Lauw (2017). The results of the F statistical test show that the variables Current Ratio and Inventory Turnover have a significant effect on  Return On Asset.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and non-physical work environment on employee performance in the project division of PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk, South Jakarta Branch. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a population and sample of 57 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 49.3% and hypothesis testing obtained t-value > t-table or (7.317 > 2.004). The non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 73.7% and hypothesis testing obtained t-value > t-table or (12.429 > 2.004). Leadership and non-physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6.793 + 0.206X1 + 0.725X2. The determination coefficient value is 76.9%, while the remaining 23.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F-value > F-table or (89.948 > 2.78).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel makro ekonomi berupa inflasi dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap indeks harga saham syariah Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t dengan bantuan program SPSS. Sampel data yang diambil dari data time series periode Desember tahun 2013 hingga 2022 yang berjumlah 30 data. Berdasarkan hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil  thitung 0,716 < ttabel 2,365 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,497 > 0,05. Sedangkan variabel nilai tukar secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia dengan hasil ujinya yakni thitung 3,071 >  ttabel 2,365 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,018 < 0,050. Selanjutnya variabel inflasi dan nilai tukar secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia dengan hasil uji F hitung 5,553 > Ftabel 4,46 serta nilai signifikansi 0,036 < 0,05. Adapun hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R2) adalah sebesar  0,503 yang artinya kedua variabel independent secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia hingga sebesar 50,3% sedangkan sisanya 49,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR), Operational Costs, Operational Income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return On Assets (ROA) partially or simultaneously at PT. Bank Danamon Tbk Period 2013-2022. The method used is quantitative associative. The sample used is the financial report of PT Bank Danamon Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. This research uses descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 25 software program. The results of this research prove that partially the Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR) variable does not have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) with a value of tcount < ttable ( 0.098 < 2.4469) and a significant value of 0.925 > 0.05, then H01 is accepted and Ha1 is rejected. The variable Operational Costs Operational Income (BOPO) partially has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) with a value of tcount < ttable (-0.585 < 2.4469) and a significant value of 0.580 > 0.05, so H02 is accepted and Ha2 is rejected. The variable Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) partially has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) with a value of tcount > ttable (4.489 > 2.4469) and a significant value of 0.004 < 0.05, so H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. Simultaneously the variables Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR), Operational Costs Operational Income (BOPO), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) with fcount > ftable (10.764 > 4.76) and value significant at 0.008 <0.05, with a coefficient of determination of 76.5% which is strong and the rest is explained by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of discipline and compensation on the performance of CV Muslim Galeri employees in South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative with saturated samples, involving the entire population of 70 people. Data collection is done through primary and secondary data. Data analysis uses descriptive techniques, validity, reliability, classical assumptions, quantitative verification, and hypothesis testing. The results showed a strong positive relationship between discipline (X1) and employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 5.067 + 0.843X1, correlation 0.805, and coefficient of determination 64.9%. Hypothesis testing shows a significant effect of discipline on employee performance (t_value11,207 > t_table 1,995), so Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. For compensation (X2) and employee performance (Y), a strong relationship was found with a regression equation Y = 12.384 + 0.739X2, a correlation of 0.827, and a coefficient of determination of 50.9%. Hypothesis testing shows a significant effect of compensation on employee performance (t_value8.391 > t_table1.995), so Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. Simultaneously, discipline (X1) and compensation (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y = 2.886 + 0.636X1 + 0.283X2, correlation 0.827, and coefficient of determination 67.5%. Hypothesis testing shows the value of f_value 72.576 > f_table  3.134, so Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. These results indicate that discipline and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance at CV Muslim Galeri.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the Influence of Service Quality and Customer Experience on Customer Satisfaction at PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk Kutabumi Branch in Tangerang. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique employed is probability sampling, using the Slovin's formula theory for sample selection. The analysis includes regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that Service Quality (X1) and Customer Experience (X2) have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction (Y) with the regression equation Y = 0.040 + 0.296 (X1) + 0.295 (X2) + α. The coefficient of determination shows a combined influence of 63.6%. Partial hypothesis testing reveals that Service Quality (X1) with t-value > t-table (12.362 > 1.985), rejecting H0 and accepting H1, indicating a positive and significant influence of the independent variable Service Quality (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Similarly, Customer Experience (X2) with t-value > t-table (12.404 > 1.985) rejects H0 and accepts H2, indicating a positive and significant influence of the independent variable Customer Experience (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y).Simultaneous hypothesis testing between Service Quality (X1) and Customer Experience (X2) with F-value > F-table (84.017 > 3.090) rejects H0 and accepts H3, suggesting that Service Quality (X1) and Customer Experience (X2) together have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the Influence of Facilities and Promotions on Visitor Satisfaction at the Tirta Lebak Buana Hot Spring Tourism Object, both partially and simultaneously. The study employs a quantitative approach with probability/random sampling technique, where every member of the population has an equal chance of being selected as a sample. The study includes a sample size of 99 respondents. The research findings indicate that Facilities (X1) and Promotions (X2) significantly influence Visitor Satisfaction, with a regression equation of Y = 0.536 + 0.420X1 + 0.588X2. The coefficient of correlation, indicating the strength of the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, is 0.806, indicating a strong correlation. The coefficient of determination is 0.802, suggesting that Facilities and Promotions account for 80.2% of the variance in Visitor Satisfaction, while the remaining 19.8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The hypothesis test results show that the computed F value (199.946) exceeds the tabulated F value (3.090), and the p-value (0.000) is less than the significance level (0.05), leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0) and acceptance of the alternate hypothesis (H3). This indicates a significant simultaneous effect of Facilities and Promotions on Visitor Satisfaction at the Tirta Lebak Buana Hot Spring Tourism Object.
