Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 2 Subang, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a descriptive research strategy. The population in this study was 57 teachers using a saturated sample. In the data collection techniques in this research, observation, interviews and questionnaires were used. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination tests and hypothesis tests. The analysis test aids used in this research are using the SPSS program aids. The conclusions of this research are: 1) There is a partial positive influence between Work Discipline on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 2 Subang. 2) There is a positive influence between Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 2 Subang. 3) There is a simultaneous positive influence between Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 2 Subang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Ciputat Branch. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library/literature data. The population in this study were 139 employees. The sample used was 59 employees using the Slovin technique. The data analysis used is validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results showed that partially work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen that the correlation value is 0.598  where the value has a strong relationship level. The coefficient of determination is 35.8%, while the remaining 64.2% is influenced by other factors. And the t test results obtained a tcount value of 5.378> t table 1.673 and a significant 0.003 <0.05. discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, it can be seen that the correlation value is 0.772 where the value has a strong level of relationship. The determination value is 59.7%, while the remaining 40.3% is influenced by other factors. The t test results obtained a tcount value of 6.176> t table 1.673 and a significant 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance has a positive and significant effect, this can be proven by the regression equation Y = 9.375 + 0, 279  X1 + 0.516 X2, the correlation value of 0.801 means that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a very strong level of relationship, the coefficient of determination is 63.6%, while the remaining 36.4% is influenced by other factors. Similarly, the results of the F test show that fhitung>ftabel is 49.368,> 3.16 and the significance is 0.000 <0.05 which means that work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Ciputat Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Employee Compensation on Employee Performance at PT Sinar12 Bukit Barisan, Bogor Regency. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library/literature data. The population in this study were 50 employees. The sample used was 50 employees using Saturated Samples. The data analysis used is validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that partially Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance, it can be seen from the correlation value of 0.774 where the value has a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination is 55.3%, while the remaining 44.7% is influenced by other factors. The t test results obtained a tcount value of 7.704 > t table 1.677 and significant 0.000 < 0.05. Employee Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance, it can be seen that the correlation value is 0.434 where the value has a low level of relationship. The determination value is 18.9% while the remaining 81.1% is influenced by other factors. The t test results obtained a tcount value of 3.340 > t table 1.677 and significant 0.002 < 0.05. Simultaneously Work Motivation and Employee Compensation have a positive and significant effect, this can be proven by the regression equation Y = 6,139 + 0,571 X1 + 0,251 X2, the correlation value of 0.769 means that the independent variables and related variables have a strong level of relationship, the coefficient of determination is 59.1% while the remaining 40.9% is influenced by other factors. Likewise, the results of the F test show the value of fhitung> fftabel of 33,995 > 3.20 and its significance is 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Work Motivation and Employee Compensation have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Sinar12 Bukit Barisan, Bogor Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the variables of product quality (X1), and promotion (X2), purchasing decisions (Y), and the influence of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at Serab Coffee Brewery in Depok, West Java. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this research was 88,000 consumers, then the sample taken in this research was 100 respondents. In this research, the technique used is Non-Probability Sampling. The results of the Product Quality variable have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated t value of 3.448 > t table 1.660 and a sig value. < 0.1 (0.001 < 0.1). The results of the Promotion variable have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated t value of 4.041 > t table 1.660 and a sig value. < 0.1 (0.000 < 0.1). The results of the Product Quality and Promotion variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated f value of 11.421 > f table 2.36 and a sig value. < 0.1 (0.000 < 0.1).

Abstract

This study was to determine the positive and significant effects of occupational safety and health variables on employee performance, to find out the positive and significant effects of work discipline variables on employee performance and to find out the positive and significant effects of work safety and health variables and simultaneous work discipline on employee performance on PT. South Jakarta Main Pillar Yasmina. The sample used was a Slovine sampling technique with a 10% error rate formulated to a total of 83 respondents. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics, validity tests, reability tests, normality tests, multicolonierity tests, autocorrelation tests, heterocorrelation tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t-test and f-test. Research results show that: (1) there is a partial positive and significant effect between occupational safety and health on employee performance on PT. Yasmina Pilar Utama South Jakarta, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 18.349 + 0.547X1 and the thitung value > t table or (5.936 > 1,664). with a significance of 0.000 < 0.050. (2) Partially, there is a positive and significant influence between work disciplines on employee performance on PT. Yasmina Pilar Utama South Jakarta, this can be demonstrated from the simple linear regression equation Y = 12.008 + 0.703X2 and count > t table or (7.188 > 1,664). with a significance of 0.000 < 0.050. (3) simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between occupational safety and health and work discipline on employee performance on PT. Yasmina Pilar Utama South Jakarta, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 11.445 + 0.142X1 + 0.574X2, correlation value 0.630, coefficient determination value 39.7%, and F count value > F table or 26.316 > 2,720 with significance level 0.000 < 0.050.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT Tiga Satu Dinamika, South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 52 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 17.271 + 0.627 X1, a correlation coefficient of 0.709, meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The value of determination or contribution of influence is 0.502 or 50.2%, while the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (7.100 > 2.009). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between leadership on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.137 + 0.811 The value of determination or contribution of influence is 0.737 or 73.7%, while the remaining 26.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (11.835 > 2.009). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between Work Discipline on employee performance. Leadership and Work Discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 6.168 + 0.158 X1 + 0.688 X2. The correlation coefficient value or level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.867, meaning it has a very strong relationship. The coefficient of determination or simultaneous influence contribution is 0.752 or 75.2%, while the remaining 24.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > Ftable or (74.314 > 3,187). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT Tiga Satu Dinamika, South Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction and motivation on employee performance at the Center for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Region II, South Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 80 employees with the sampling technique used was saturated samples (census) so that respondents were obtained as many as 80 employees. Meanwhile, the primary data collection technique is through a questionnaire which is processed using the SPSS Version 26 application system. The data analysis methods used in this research are correlation analysis, regression analysis, determination analysis, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test research, tcount for job satisfaction was tcount 5.192 > ttable 1.665. or significance 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. And tcount motivation is tcount 5.061 > t table 1.665. or significance 0.000 <0.05, meaning that partially there is a significant influence of motivation on employee performance. For the f test, Fcount is 19.762 > Ftable 3.115. or significance 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that simultaneously there is a significant influence of job satisfaction and motivation on employee performance. Multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 14.108 + 0.315 (X1) + 0.321 (X2). Determination analysis obtained a value of 0.339 with a percentage of 33.9%, while the remaining 66.1% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of career development and motivation on employee performance at the Center for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Region II South Tangerang. To find out whether the influence of career development on employee performance at the Center for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Region II South Tangerang is the highest, to find out if there is an influence of motivation on employee performance at the Center for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Region II South Tangerang. This research method uses an associative method with a quantitative descriptive technique, meaning to find out the relationship between two or more variables. The sampling technique used in probability sampling uses the saturated sampling technique method. The data collection technique in this study uses observation and questionnaire techniques. The data obtained by the questionnaire with the number of respondents was 80 employees. Linear regression test method, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis test. The results of this study show that career development has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 22.421 + 0.421X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0.452, meaning that both variables have a moderate level of relationship with a determination coefficient of 20.4%. The hypothesis test was obtained by calculating t > t table or (4,471>1,665). Thus H0 : p1 = 0 is rejected and Ha : p1 ≠ 0 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between career development and employee performance. Motivation had a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 19.786 + 0.491X2, the correlation coefficient value was 0.496, meaning that both variables had a moderate level of relationship with the determination coefficient of 24.6%. The hypothesis test was obtained by calculating t > t table or (5,040 > 1,665). Thus H0 : p2 = 0 is rejected and Ha : p2 ≠ accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between motivation and employee performance. Career development and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y= 15.025 + 0.255X1 + 0.357X2. The value of the correlation coefficient was obtained as 0.549, meaning that the independent variable with the bound variable had a moderate level of relationship with the determination coefficient or simultaneous influence of 30.2% while the remaining 69.8% was influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the F value calculated > F table or (16.647 > 3.115). Thus H0 : p3 = 0 was rejected and Ha : p3 ≠ 0 was accepted, meaning that there was a significant simultaneous influence between career development and motivation on employee performance at the Center for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Region II of South Tangerang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of discipline and the physical work environment on employee performance at PT Esa Garda Pratama, South Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. The population in this study was 50 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample using a sample of 50 people. The data analysis method in this research uses the IBM SPSS version 26 application, including validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis test. The results of this research, namely the variables Discipline, Physical Work Environment and Employee Performance, obtained the multiple regression equation Y = 4.817 + 0.267X1 + 0.629X2+ e. The regression coefficient value on the employee performance variable is 4.817, concluding that if Discipline (X1) and Physical Work Environment (X2) are constant (have not changed) then the performance consistency value (Y) is 4.817. The results of the t test show a positive and significant influence of discipline on employee performance based on the table that tcount is 7.451 > t table 2.011 or significantly 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, partially there is a positive and significant influence of discipline (X1) on employee performance (Y). Based on the table, tcount is 7.331 > ttable 2.011 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, thus partially there is a positive and significant influence of the Physical Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) and the results of the simultaneous f test calculation show an f-count value of 7.972 > f -table 2,800 and uses a significance limit of 0.001 < 0.05. It can be said that the hypothesis states that the variables Discipline (X1), Physical Work Environment (X2) have an influence on employee performance (Y) simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance of PT ISS Indonesia GBK Area partially To determine the effect of discipline on employee performance of PT ISS Indonesia GBK Area partially To determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance of PT ISS Indonesia GBK Area simultaneously. The sample used was the slovin sample technique which amounted to 112 employees. Data collection techniques through primary and secondary data. The method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The results showed that: (1) partially that motivation has a positive influence on employee performance this can be proven from the linear regression test has a regression equation value Y = 2.664 + 0.087 X1, it can be concluded that the constant value is 2.664. Hypothesis testing found that the tcount is greater than the ttable (8.815 greater than 1.982) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 (2) partially that discipline has a positive influence on employee performance this can be proven from the results of the linear regression test has a regression equation value Y = 2.730 + 0.831 X2, it can be concluded that the constant value is 2.730. Hypothesis testing found that tcount is greater than ttable (17.774> 1.982) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. Therefore, it can be said that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) simultaneously the effect of motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) on employee performance.
