Abstract

This study is to determine whether there is an influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance both partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted using quantitative methods involving 79 employees as samples. With data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, namely the variables of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline and Employee Performance, obtained a multiple regression equation (Y) = 5.202 + 0.149€ + 0.714X2 + e. The regression coefficient value on the employee performance variable 5.202 concludes that if the Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) remain (no change) then the consistency value of Performance (Y) is 5.202. concluded that if the Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) remain (no change) then the consistency value of Performance (Y) is 5,202. The statistical results of the t test there is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Culture on employee performance. based on the table that the tcount is 9.179> ttable 1.995 or significantly 0.000 <0.05 so partially there is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Culture (X1) on employee performance (Y). Based on the table that the tcount is 14.293> ttable 1.995 and significantly 0.000 <0.05, thus partially there is a positive and significant effect of Work Discipline (X2) on employee Performance (Y). And, the results of statistical calculations show the value of f-count 105.927> f-table 3.117 using a significance limit of 0.05. It can be said that the hypothesis which states that simultaneously the variables of Organizational Culture (X1), Work Discipline (X2) have an influence on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Work Motivation on Employee Performance Satisfaction in the Telesales Division of PT Eka Mas Republik BSD Tangerang Branch". This research aims to find out how much work motivation is experienced by employees of PT Eka Mas Republik Telesales Division. Using descriptive qualitative research methods, and the data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. This research was conducted with 3 informants who worked at this place. So the researchers found that the work motivation experienced by employees of PT Eka Mas Republik Telesales Division tended to be negative towards employee performance satisfaction. So with this lack of work motivation, companies must evaluate the occurrence of low work motivation in employees. Employee performance satisfaction at PT Eka Mas Republik Telesales Division tends to be negative, this can happen because employee performance is not recognized or there is a lack of appreciation for employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work stress and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Pratama Abadi Industri South Tangerang, partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used the Slovin technique and the sample obtained in this study was 83 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are Y = 37.903 + 0.275X1. The correlation coefficient value obtained is -0.412, meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. The determination value is 17%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value < t table or (-4.074 > 1.989). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of work stress on employee productivity. Y = 37.903 + 0.234X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.345, meaning that the two variables have a low level of relationship. The determination value is 11.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (3.308 > 1.989). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of work discipline on work productivity. Y = 37.903 + 0.275X1 + 0.234X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.294, meaning it has a low relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 29.4%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (16.687 > 3.11). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant simultaneous influence of work stress and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Pratama Abadi Industri South Tangerang

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Current ratio and Total Asset Turnover on Share Prices at PT Ultrajaya Milk Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the financial report of PT Ultrajaya Milk Tbk. The results of this research indicate that partially the Current ratio does not have a significant effect on share prices at PT. Ultrajaya Milk Tbk. This is proven by the results of the tcount value being smaller than ttable (-0.340 < 2.364) and significant at 0.744 > 0.05. Total Asset Turnover has a significant positive effect on share prices at PT. Ultrajaya Milk Tbk. This is proven by the results of the tcount value being greater than ttable (3.167 > 2.364) and significant 0.016 < 0.05. Simultaneous Current ratio and Total Asset Turnover together have a significant effect on the share price at PT. Ultrajaya Milk Tbk. This can be proven from the results obtained Fcount 5,018>Ftable 4.74 and significantly smaller than 0.05, namely .044b<0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and sales growth on company value at PT Mayora Indah Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2022. The research method and type of data used in this study are quantitative and secondary data, and processed using the SPSS version 23 application. The sample used is data from the profit and loss, balance sheet, notes to the financial statements and stock overview of PT Mayora Indah Tbk for the period 2013-2022. The data analysis method used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that DER has an effect on company value as evidenced by a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 and sales growth has no effect on company value, this is evidenced by a significant value of 0.159> 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work stress on employee performance at PT Prudential Agency Generasi Pasti Sukses, Central Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 50 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 43.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (6.068 > 2.011). Work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 23.9% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (-3.881 > -2.011). Leadership style and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 27.165 + 0.483X1 - 0.175X2. The coefficient of determination value is 60.3% while the remaining 39.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (35.686 > 2.800).

Abstract

Kanker prostat adalah salah satu penyakit yang memiliki tingkat kematian tinggi di kalangan pria. Diagnosa dini sangat penting untuk meningkatkan peluang kesembuhan. Namun, proses diagnosa kanker prostat seringkali memerlukan analisis data medis yang kompleks dan subjektif. Untuk membantu dalam proses diagnosa ini, penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan. Metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangani ketidakpastian dan data yang samar, yang seringkali terjadi dalam diagnosa medis. Dalam penelitian ini, data gejala klinis seperti tingkat antigen spesifik prostat (PSA), hasil digital rectal examination (DRE), dan usia pasien digunakan sebagai variabel input untuk sistem Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Sistem ini kemudian mengolah data tersebut untuk memberikan output dalam bentuk kemungkinan adanya kanker prostat pada pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto dapat memberikan keputusan yang akurat dan dapat diandalkan dalam mendiagnosa kanker prostat, dengan tingkat akurasi mencapai 85%. Selain itu, sistem ini juga mampu memberikan interpretasi hasil yang lebih mudah dipahami oleh tenaga medis, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam pengambilan keputusan klinis. Dengan demikian, implementasi metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi efektif dalam mendukung proses diagnosa kanker prostat, serta membantu mengurangi tingkat ketidakpastian dalam pengambilan keputusan medis.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work productivity on work productivity. At PT Mahadana Asta Berjangka, Kuningan Branch, South Jakarta. The population and sample in this research were all employees at PT Mahadana Asta Berjangka, Kuningan Branch, South Jakarta, totaling 90 employees. The research method used is a quantitative method, a data collection method by distributing questionnaires which are processed using regression analysis. The tests used research instruments are validity and reliability. Multiple linear regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis using the t (partial), F(simultaneous) with SPSS 23. The research results for the Leadership Style variable (X1) have a ttest  value of 4.301 while ttable is 1.666 with the regression equation Y=9.915+0.377X1. This means that the Leadership Style variable (X1) has a positive effect on Work Productivity (Y), and significant results were obtained showing a value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Work Discipline variable (X2) has a t value of 3.812 > ttable 1.666 with a regression of Y=9.915+0.391X2. This means that the Work Discipline variable (X2) has a positive effect on Work Productivity (Y), and significant results were obtained showing a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of simultaneous statistical tests can be concluded that the F value is 36.354 with a significance of 0.000, while the Ftable is 3.10 with multiple linear regression analysis Y=9.915+0.377X1+0.391X2. So use a significant limit of 0.05. The correlation value is 0.675, this shows that there is a strong relationship and the contribution of the independent variable's influence is 46% on Work Productivity (Y) at PT Mahadana Asta Berjangka, Kuningan Branch, South Jakarta.

The results of the research show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance at the Serpong M Town Signature Apartment with a regression equation of Y = 3.119 + 0.367 ), this hall is also proven with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05, so it is said that Ho is rejected and Ha means that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the Serpong M Town Signature Apartment. The work environment has a positive effect on employee performance with a regression equation of Y = 3.119 + 0.573 X2. The coefficient of determination is 21.8% and the hypothesis test is obtained t table> t table ttalbel (5,325> 1,998), this hall Regarding the operational environmental performance of the Serpong M Town Signalture Airport, there is a significant influence. Work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 3.119 + 0.573 + 0.367, the correlation coefficient is 0.888 in the sig value. F challenge of 0.000, total < 0.05 malkal valrialbel work discipline (X1) in the work environment (X2) has a very strong level of influence. The coefficient of determination value was 78.9%, while the remaining 21.1% of the signal was influenced by other traffic signal factors which were not studied. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (115.787 > 3.14), this was also confirmed by Sig < 0.05 plus (0.000 < 0.05). In this way, Ho3 is rejected and Hal3 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence on work discipline and work environment in the work environment on the performance of traffic on the Serpong M Town Signal Tower Alpalrtemen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the work environment and compensation on employee performance at PT. Jet Teknologi Express Cisauk – Tangerang Branch both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated samples and the sample obtained in this study amounted to 50 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that the work environment (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y=5+0.547X1+e, the hypothesis test is obtained from the t-value calculated > the t-table, which is (7.824>2.01174). There is also a significant influence between compensation (X2) on employee performance (Y) with the regression equation Y=5+0.180X2+e, the hypothesis test obtained a t-value calculated > t table which is (4,757>2.01174) and there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment (X1) and compensation (X2) together on the performance of employees (Y) at PT. Jet and technology of the Cisauk – Tangerang Branch Express with the equation Y=5+0.547X1+0.180X2+e, the value of determination or contribution of influence is 0.570 or 57% and the remaining 43% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a value of f calculated > f table, namely (31,183>3.19). This shows that there is an influence between the work environment and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Jet Teknologi Express Cisauk Branch – Tangerang.
