Abstract

and work discipline on employee performance at PT Usaha Terpadu UHAMKA South Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach with a saturated sample of 88 respondents. The results of this study indicate that X1 (motivation) has a positive but insignificant effect on Y (performance) with a t count of 0.769 <t table. 1.98827. X2 (work discipline) has a positive and significant effect on Y (Performance) with a t count of 10.751> t table 1.98827. X1 (motivation) and X2 (discipline) have a positive and significant effect on y (performance) with an F count of 104.757> F table 3.10. Both variables have a determination strength of 70.5% and the rest is influenced by other variables that are not studied.

Abstract

This research aims to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of dividend policy and debt policy on financial distress. This research uses a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2013-2022. The sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling, 24 companies were obtained as research samples. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this research is secondary data originating from annual financial reports obtained via the BEI website, namely www.idx.co.id. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, panel data regression model analysis, panel data regression model selection test, classical assumption test, panel data regression test and hypothesis testing using the e-views 12 program. The results of this study indicate that the dividend policy has not it could be said to have an effect on financial distress. This is proven by the probability value level of 0.2025<0.05. Debt policy influences financial distress. This is proven by the probability value level of 0.0000<0.05.

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT Almega Nata Sarana Balaraja using a quantitative associative method. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the nonphysical work environment (X1) and work stress (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Almega Nata Sarana Balaraja. The population of this study consisted of 79 employees, and the sampling method used was a saturated sample (census), meaning the entire population was used as the sample, totaling 79 employees. The results showed that the variables of non-physical work environment and work stress had an effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 24,206 + 0,443X1 – 0,124X2. Partially, the nonphysical work environment (X1) obtained a t-value (9,695) > t-table (1,992) with Sig. 0,000 < 0,05, meaning the hypothesis is accepted, and there is a positive and significant effect between the nonphysical work environment and employee performance. The work stress variable (X2) obtained a t-value (-9,486) > t-table (1,992) with Sig. 0,000 < 0,05, meaning the hypothesis is accepted, and there is a negative and significant effect between work stress and employee performance. Simultaneously, the F-value is 71,622 > F-table 3,117. With a determination coefficient of 0,653, this indicates that the variables of nonphysical work environment and work stress together contribute 65,3% to the employee performance at PT Almega Nata Sarana Balaraja, while the remaining 34,7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Asset Turnover and Debt to Assets Ratio on Return on Assets at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Mayora Indah Tbk, and PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the financial reports of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, PT Mayora Indah Tbk, and PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis, classical assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests. Significant tests include the t statistical test and the f statistical test, as well as coefficient of determination. The data was processed and analyzed using the Eviews 12 program. The results of this research show that partially Total Asset Turnover has a significant effect on Return on Assets, with a significant value of 0.0003. Partially the Debt to Asset Ratio has no effect on Return on Assets, with a significant value of 0.5928. Simultaneously Total Asset Turnover and Debt to Asset Ratio have a significant effect on Return on Assets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Working Capital Turnover and Quick Ratio on Return on Assets at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk for the period 2012-2023. The type of research used is quantitative research using descriptive methods. The population in this study were all financial statements of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk listed on the IDX. While the sample used is the Balance Sheet and Income Statement at PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk from 2012 - 2023. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression tests, the coefficient of determination, partial t tests and simultaneous F tests. The results showed no partial positive effect of Working Capital Turnover on Return on Assets where the t-count value of 2.075470 < t-table 2.262 with a Prob. value of 0.0678> 0.05. Quick Ratio has no partial positive effect on Return on Assets where the t-count value is 2.048754 < t-table 2.262 with a Prob. value of 0.0708 > 0.05. Simultaneously Working Capital Turnover and Quick Ratio do not have a positive effect on Return on Assets where the F-count value is 2,408669 < F-table 4,256 with a Prob. (F-statistic) value of 0.145272 > 0.05. while the coefficient of determination (R²) value is 21.97%, the remaining 78.03% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Leadership Style on Employee Turnover Intention at Gebang Medika Tangerang Mother and Child Hospital". The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the leadership style at the Gebang Medika Tangerang Mother and Child Hospital. In this research, researchers used qualitative methods. This research was carried out using interview techniques, observation, documentation and theoretical studies based on bibliography and other references. Researchers conducted interviews with 6 sources consisting of Medical Services & Support Manager, General Manager, Casemix Coordinator, Environmental Health, Finance and Registration Staff. So, the result of the leadership style applied by the Gebang Medika Tangerang Mother and Child Hospital is to apply an autocratic leadership style. This leadership style has criteria or characteristics that always consider the organization as personal property, are arrogant, identify personal goals with organizational goals, consider subordinates as tools. simply, does not want to accept criticism and suggestions, and is too dependent on power. An autocratic leadership style has a significant effect on employee turnover, because employees feel uncomfortable with the nature of leaders who tend to be moody, cannot control their emotions and do not involve employees when making decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT Penjuru Wisata Negeri. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 32 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that Leadership Style (X1) influences employee performance (Y) with a coefficient of determination value of 0.160 or 0.16% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable (2.391 > 2.045). Work Discipline (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a coefficient of determination value of 0.653 or 65.3% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable (7.516 > 2.045). Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a coefficient of determination value of 0.656 or 65.6% and the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable (27.594 > 3.330).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job training and career development on employee performance at PT. Wahanatri Tata Wicaksana both partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses the sampling method. The total population was 106 with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires, and the sample obtained in this study was 82 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that job training has a significant effect on employee performance. By hypothesis testing, it is obtained that tcount > t table or tcount > ttable or (14.456 > 1.989) thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, the regression equation Y = 6.486 + 0.850X1, the correlation value is 0.850 This means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship and the coefficient of determination is 85.0%. Career development has a significant effect on employee work productivity. By hypothesis testing, tcount > t table or (11,321 > 1.989), thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. The regression equation Y = 141.321 + 0.710X2, the correlation value is 0.785, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 78.5%. Job training and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. By hypothesis testing, the calculated F value > F table or (115.822 > 3.108) is obtained, thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. The regression equation Y = 8.418 + 0.099X1 + 0.704X2, the correlation value is 0.785, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 78.5% while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Depok City Transportation Service. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population is all employees totaling 50 respondents. Sampling uses quantitative techniques. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, quantitative analysis tests, and hypothesis tests. The t test results show that the physical work environment has a calculated t value of 3.736 > t table 2.011 with a value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05, this means that the physical work environment partially influences employee performance. Work discipline has a calculated t value of 0.366 < t table 2.011 with a value of Sig. 0.716 > 0.05, this means that work discipline partially has no effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the results of research using the f test show that the calculated f value > f table or 6.858 > 3.18 with a sig value. 0.002 < 0.05. This means that the physical work environment and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination test result or R Square is 0.226, meaning that there is an influence between the physical work environment and work discipline which influences employee performance by 22.6% while the remainder (100% - 22.6% = 77.4%) is influenced by other variables that are not researched.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant effect between Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Equity at PT.Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. The method used in this study is a quantitative method by taking data from the financial statements of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the period 2013-2022. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of this research partially show that the Current Ratio variable has a significant effect on Return on Equity, and the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has a significant effect on Return on Equity. Simultaneously the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Equity have an influence, Where Fcount is 11,956 while Ftable is 4.46 and significance is 0.006 <0.05. Based on the Coefficient of Determination Test, the results show 0.774 or a percentage of 77.4%. This shows that the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Equity is 77.4%, which means that the influence of these two ratios is quite large and around 22.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
