Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital DER, ROA and company size on firm value. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The data source used in this study is the financial statements of the company PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk for the period 2013-2022. The population in this study amounted to 1 company. The sampling technique in this study used the financial statements of PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (T test, F test), and coefficient of determination. DER significance value is 0.01, meaning the value is smaller than 0.05, while the t-test results are greater than the table value, namely 6.260 > 2.365, so it can be said that H1 is accepted. that the ROA significance value is 0.679, meaning the value is greater than 0.05 while the t-test results are smaller than the table value -0.435 < 2.365 so it can be said that H2 is rejected. The significance value of company size is 0.000, meaning the value is smaller than 0.05, while the t-test results are greater than the table value -8.814 > 2.365, so the hypothesis is accepted. The Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value, namely 69.497 > 4.76, so it can be said that H4 is accepted and has a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level, namely 0.000 < 0.05, so the hypothesis is accepted. The results of this study indicate that capital structure partially has significant effect on firm value, profitability partially has no significant effect on firm value, company size partially hassignificant effect on firm value and DER, ROA and company size simultaneously affect firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and promotion on sales volume of PT. TOTAL 8+ packaging products. Tirtamas Lestari in Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique uses probability sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each member of the population to be selected as a member of the sample and a total of 100 respondents are obtained. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Calculations use the SPSS version 27 program. The results of this study are that price has a significant effect on sales volume of PT. TOTAL 8+ packaging products. Tirtamas Lestari in Tangerang City with the results of the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable or (4,532 > 1,984). Promotion has a significant effect on sales volume of TOTAL 8+ PT packaging products. Tirtamas Lestari in Tangerang City and with the results of the hypothesis test obtained tcount > ttable or (6,6401 > 1,984). Price and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on sales volume of TOTAL 8+ PT Tirtamas Lestari in Tangerang City with the regression equation Y = 4,838 + 0.364 X1 + 0.525 X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.852, meaning that the dependent and independent variables simultaneously have a strong level of strength. The coefficient of determination is 0,726 or 72,6% while the remaining 0.274 or 27,4% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained fcount > ftable or (128,775 > 3,090), meaning that there is a significant simultaneous effect between price and promotion on sales volume on packaging products TOTAL 8+ PT Tirtamas Lestari in Tangerang City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of incentives and competencies on employee performance at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk Depok Branch either partially or simultaneously. The population of this research is employees of PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk Depok Branch, while the sample for this research is employees of PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk Depok Branch, totaling 80 people. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The data analysis used in this research is the classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and F test. The results of this research are that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance with the Y regression equation. = 35.869 + 0.146X1, a correlation value of 0.270, meaning that the two variables have a low level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > from t table (2.478 > 1.991). Competence has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 31.134 + 0.257X2, a correlation value of 0.436, meaning the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > from t table (4.279 > 1.991). Incentives and Competencies simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 30.600 + 0.033X1 + 0.238X2. The coefficient of determination value is 38.1% while the remaining 61.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table (9.199 > 2.723).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which communication and career development influence employee performance at PT. Alfamart, Pamulang Region, South Tangerang, both partially, and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative, with data collection techniques including field research such as observation, and questionnaires, literature study, and data analysis. The population in this study consists of all employees at PT. Alfamart, Pamulang Region, South Tangerang, totaling 129 people. Using a saturated sampling technique, the sample size for this study is 129 respondents. The results of this study are: 1) There is an influence of communication on employee performance at PT. Alfamart, Pamulang Region, South Tangerang. This is evidenced by the partial t-test results showing that the t-value > t-table (19.919 > 1.978), and significance is less than 5% (0.000 < 0.050), reinforced by a Determination Coefficient value contributing 75.8%. 2) There is an influence of career development on employee performance at PT. Alfamart, Pamulang Region, South Tangerang. This is evidenced by the partial t-test results showing that the t-value > t-table (13.415 > 1.978), and significance is less than 5% (0.000 < 0.050), reinforced by a Determination Coefficient value contributing 58.6%. 3) There is an influence of communication and career development on employee performance at PT. Alfamart, Pamulang Region, South Tangerang. This is evidenced by the simultaneous F-test results showing that the F-value > F-table (206.273 > 2.68), with a significance level of (0.000 < 0.050), reinforced by a Determination Coefficient value contributing 76.6%. To improve employee performance, the company is advised to enhance internal communication by providing communication skills training, and assessing the physical conditions of the workplace. Additionally, the company should develop a clearer and more structured career plan and consider a mentorship program to guide less experienced employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) as a measure of Financial Distress in pharmaceutical sub-sector consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The research population is all pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the IDX, with a sample of 5 companies selected using purposive sampling technique. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports. The results showed that NPM proved effective in measuring the potential for Financial Distress, with companies that have stable or increasing NPM showing a low risk of Financial Distress. PER provides insight into the market's valuation of the company, but its interpretation in the context of Financial Distress must consider other factors. The combined analysis of NPM and PER indicates that KLBF and TSPC have the lowest risk of Financial Distress, while INAF shows the clearest signs of potential Financial Distress. This study concludes that NPM and PER can be used as an initial measurement tool to detect potential Financial Distress, but a more comprehensive analysis is needed for a more accurate assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between Return On Asset (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Company Value Empirical Study of Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the IDX in 2014-2021, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method, using secondary data from financial statements and annual reports of the food and beverage sub-sector for the 2014-2021 period. The population of this study was 26 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2021 period and the sample of this study was 5 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2021 period, using the purposive judgment sampling method. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with Eviews 12 software. Based on the results of the study, ROA partially had no significant effect on the Company Value variable. This is evidenced by the results of the calculated t value which is smaller than the t table (-1.169915 <1.66298) and the significance is greater than 5% (0.050). DER partially has a positive and significant effect on the Firm Value variable. This can be evidenced by the results of the calculated t value which is greater than the t table (25.27707>1.66298) and the significance is less than 5% (0.050). ROA and DER together have an effect on the Firm Value variable. This can be evidenced by the results of the F statistic value of 0.000000 <F table 3.10 with a significant value less than 0.05. The R Square value is 94.11% and the remaining 5.89% by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Return on Asset, and Capital Structure on stock prices at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the period 2014-2023. The method used is quantitative method. The sample used is data from notes on the statement of financial position, income statement, and stock price information of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the period 2014-2023. The data collection method uses the documentation method through the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id. The results of the study based on the t test Current Ratio partially has a negative effect on stock prices with a significant value of 0.026 <0.05 and a tcount value of -2.732> t table 2.447. Return on Asset partially has no effect on stock prices with a significant value of 0.958> 0.05 and a tcount value of -0.054 < t table 2.447. Capital Structure has no partial influence on stock prices with a significant value of 0.208> 0.05 and a tcount value of -1.371 < t table 2.447. Based on the F test Current Ratio, Return On Asset and Capital Structure there is no simultaneous influence on stock prices, it can be seen the results of Fcount 3.976 < Ftable 4.74 with a significant level of 0.071 > 0.05. Based on the coefficient of determination test, the R Square value is 0.665 or 66.5%, meaning that Current Ratio, Return on Asset and Capital Structure contribute to stock prices by 66.5%, while 33.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of KAP Reputation, Audit Opinion and Financial Distress on Audit Delay with the object of coal sub-sector mining companies listed on the BEI in 2019-2023. This type of research uses quantitative, sampling techniques using purposive sampling techniques. The population used in this research was 26 companies with a selected sample of 21 companies with a total sample of 105 data. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression, assisted by using the E-views version 10 application. The research results are simultaneously Fcount > Ftable (6.535588 > 2.69), with a significant value of 0.000439 < 0.05, which means that KAP reputation, audit opinion and financial distress together influence audit delay. The partial research results show a t-count value of 3.402240 > t-table value of 1.98373, so it can be said that KAP reputation has an influence on audit delay. The partial research results show that the t-count value is 1.581269 < t-table value 1.98373, so it can be said that audit opinion has no effect on audit delay. The partial research results show that the calculated t value is 0.945913 <1.98373 t table value so it can be said that financial distress has no effect on audit delay.

Abstract

Employees are a very important human resource for the company because they have a role as drivers of all company activities. To achieve company goals, quality human resources are needed who can integrate the company's vision. To maintain employee work productivity, enthusiasm and motivation are needed as encouragement. Motivation is a force that results from a person's desire to satisfy their needs. Employees fulfill their desires by working. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this research were employees of the engineering division of PT Asuransi Central Asia KCU Duta Merlin. The data collection methods in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research are (1) employees in this division show high productivity and good quality work. The work motivation implemented, such as bonuses and overtime pay for certain achievements, has encouraged employees to work with high enthusiasm and discipline. Personal development programs also make a positive contribution to performance, by enabling employees to improve their technical abilities and professionalism. (2) One of the main obstacles is the lack of variety in the motivation programs offered by companies. While overtime pay and bonuses are appreciated, variations in rewards and incentives can further enrich an employee's motivational experience.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of several financial variables on stock returns for healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2018 to 2023. The variables examined include Inventory Turnover (ITO), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). A quantitative method is used to analyze data from the financial reports of these companies. The results indicate that ITO, DPR, and NPM significantly affect stock returns, with a combined contribution of 30.8%. This suggests a relationship between inventory management efficiency, dividend policy, and profitability with the company's stock performance. However, the remaining 69.2% of stock returns are influenced by other factors not covered in this study. The study concludes that while ITO, DPR, and NPM significantly contribute to stock returns, other factors should also be considered to fully understand stock performance in the healthcare sector. These findings provide valuable insights for investors and company managers in making decisions related to investments and company policies.
