Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the current ratio, debt to assets ratio, and return on assets on financial distress conditions in transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018-2022. The method used in this research is quantitative, using secondary data collection. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling based on certain criteria, resulting in 18 companies as the research sample. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. The results of the study indicate that liquidity (current ratio) has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, with a t-value of 11.596, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.98793 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.050. Solvency (debt to assets ratio) has a negative and significant effect on financial distress, with a t-value of -17.516, which is greater than the t-table value of -1.98793 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.050. Profitability (return on assets) also has a positive and significant effect on financial distress, with a t-value of 11.787, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.98793 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.050. Simultaneously, the variables of liquidity, solvency, and profitability have a positive and significant effect on financial distress, with an F-value of 466.098, which is greater than the F-table value of 1.98793 and an F significance level of 0.000 < 0.050..

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio, together, on the Return on Assets of retail electronics companies from 2013 to 2022, using a descriptive associative method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of retail electronics companies for the period 2013-2022 from the websites www.idx.co.id, www.corp.electronic-city.com, www.erajaya.com, and www.map.co.id. Data analysis involves descriptive testing, classical assumption tests including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) analysis, and hypothesis testing including partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test). Data processing uses Eviews version 13.The results show that the Current Ratio, when tested partially, does not have a significant effect on Return on Assets. This is evident from the test result where the t-value is 0.287898 < t-table 2.051831 and the probability value is 0.7758 > 0.05, meaning Ho1 and Ha2 are rejected. The results also show that the Debt to Equity Ratio, when tested partially, has a significant effect on Return on Assets. This is indicated by the absolute t-value of -3.683811 > t-table 2.051831 and the probability value of 0.0011 < 0.05, meaning Ho2 and Ha3 are accepted. Additionally, the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio together have a significant simultaneous effect on Return on Assets, as shown by the F-value of 5.100720 > F-table 3.35 and the probability value of 0.003814 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) for this study is 36.12%. There are other factors not considered in this regression model, accounting for 63.86%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the Liquidity Ratio and Profitability Ratio are and to find out the financial performance of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk and PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk 2011-2022 which is assessed using the Liquidity Ratio and Profitability Ratio. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method, namely research data in the form of numbers and the research results are then presented in writing by the author. The research results show that there is a significant difference in the Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio) in the financial performance of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk and PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk for the 2011-2022 period as measured using the Independent T-test. There is a significant difference in the Liquidity Ratio (Cash Ratio) in the financial performance of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk and PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk for the 2011-2022 period as measured using the Independent T-test. Profitability Ratio (Return On Assets) there is a significant difference in the financial performance of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk and PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk for the 2011-2022 period as measured using the Independent T-test. Profitability Ratio (Return On Equity) there is a significant difference in the financial performance of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk and PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk for the 2011-2022 period as measured using the Independent T-test.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang ditujukan untuk menganalisis mengenai pengaruh Return On Asset (ROA) Dan Current Ratio (CR) terhadap perubahan laba pada PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk . Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan yang di publikasikan di website PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk https://www.unilever.co.id. Populasi yang diteliti berupa laporan keuangan tahunan PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. selama 10 tahun mulai tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Variabel bebas yang diteliti adalah rasio keuangan yaitu Return On Asset (ROA) Dan Current Ratio (CR), sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah perubahan laba. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25 . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset (ROA) Dan Currtent Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan laba PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. Artinya, kinerja keuangan perusahaan tersebut tidak secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pengembalian aset dan rasio keuangan saat ini. Dengan demikian, faktor-faktor lain mungkin memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap perubahan laba perusahaan tersebut. Dan manajemen perusahaan memaksimalkan aset atau kekayaan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan dan meningkatkan laba.

Abstract

The importance of competitive advantage in business in today's global era is due to rapid economic growth and the need for high industrial expertise. Human resource management is a key element in achieving company goals, because quality human resources accelerate the achievement of goals. Discipline is also an important attitude in a company to maintain compliance with applicable guidelines. Quality human resources are very important for management effectiveness, so attention needs to be given to HR-related issues to maintain business continuity. Work discipline is important in manager and employee communication to increase individual awareness in complying with company regulations. Employee performance must focus on quality and quantity to achieve organizational goals. Employee performance assessments when serving customers are based on the level of discipline. Lack of discipline can hinder service and indicate suboptimal performance in tasks. Indicators of work discipline include attendance, compliance with regulations and work standards, level of alertness, and work ethics. This involves employee discipline in carrying out tasks responsibly.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and test the influence of promotions and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Kopi Kenangan Cabang Ruko Cilandak KKO South Jakarta. This reserach used quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling which used a sample 0f 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are instruments testing, classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the partial hypothesis test between promotion and purchasing decisions obtained a tcount value 8,813 > 1,660 with a significant level of 0,000 < 0,05. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the partial hypothesis test between service quality and purchasing decisions obtained a tcount value 1,998 > 1,660 with a significant level of 0,049 < 0,05. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test between promotion, service quality and purchasing decisions obtained a Fcount value 178,090 > Ftable 3,09 with a significant level of 0,000 < 0,05. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the coefficient of determination of promotion and service quality simultaneously contributed to the purchasing decisions variable 78,6% while the remaining 21,4% was caused by other variables.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze marketing strategies in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) Difiy Printing Kajen, to find out techniques and methods in marketing strategies and provide an overview of the results of implementing the marketing strategies that have been used. This research is descriptive qualitative research or describes something that is raised and researched. Using observation, interview and documentation methods. This research is field research which is reviewed and studied with the researcher going directly to look for primary and secondary data to be used as discussion in the research, then the research findings are presented and conclusions are drawn. The results of the research show that the marketing strategy for MSME Difiy Printing uses a marketing mix or 7P marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence) using STP techniques and methods (Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning) which results The implementation of this strategy had an impact on increasing Difiy Printing's printing business income and received a positive response from the surrounding community. Based on the SWOT analysis through the IFAS AND EFAS tables, if outlined in the SWOT analysis diagram, the business position is in the second quadrant (II), where the internal strengths possessed by the Difiy Printing printer are prioritizing good and friendly service to customers and applying competitive prices to products. Offered as well as having clear distribution channels and carrying out promotional activities via social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence leadership style and work motivation have on employee performance at the Housekeeping Division of PT Aeon Delight Indonesia South Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample obtained by the author in this study used the slovin formula, which is the formula used to find the sample size that is considered capable of representing the entire population. The sample used by the authors in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The data collection method used in this research is primary data. The primary data taken is the results of the questionnaire. The results showed that Leadership Style has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance where the t value is obtained> t table or 7.095> 2.001 and reinforced by the ρ value < Sig.0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05. Work Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance where the t value is obtained> t table or 9.999> 2.001. and strengthened by the ρ value < Sig.0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05. Leadership Style and Work Motivation have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance where the calculated F value> F table or 53.840> 3.16 is obtained, this is also reinforced by the ρ value < Sig.0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Employee Work Motivation both partially and simultaneously at PT Maya Muncar, Sunter Podomoro branch, North Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The collection methods used are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this study used the Saturated Sampling Technique of 60 respondents. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing. Partial hypothesis testing of the Organizational Culture variable (X1) obtained the t value> t table (4.178> 2.002) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Partial hypothesis testing of the Work Motivation variable (X2) obtained the value of t count> t table (4.178> 2.002) and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that Work Motivation (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained fcount> ftabel (41.276> 3.156) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that Organizational Culture and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Determination obtained Adjusted R Square of 0.577, meaning that the Organizational Culture and Work Motivation variables together have an influence contribution of 57,7% to Employee Performance. While the remaining 42,3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Dwindo Berlian Samjaya, South Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses a quantitative method with an associative method, data collection used is a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 29 with a sample size of 57 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficients, determination, partial hypothesis tests and simultaneous hypotheses to test and prove research hypotheses. The results obtained in the research were based on the t test on the Work Discipline variable tcount 3.055 > ttable 1.674 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that Work Discipline (X1) partially and significantly influences Employee Performance (Y) and the Work Environment variable (X2) tcount is 2.064 and ttable is 1.674 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the Work Environment (X2) partially and significantly influences employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, based on the results of the F test, it was found that the Fcount value was 58.824 > Ftable 3.168 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) simultaneously and significantly influence Employee Performance (Y) at PT . Dwindo Berlian Samajaya South Tangerang City. With a coefficient of determination value of 68.5%.
