Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of service quality and location on customer loyalty at The Laundrys in Tangerang. The research method used is quantitative. The population of the study consists of 2,572 individuals. The sample used includes 96 respondents, obtained using Slovin's formula. Data collection was conducted using quantitative methods. The analysis methods used in this study include validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, classical assumption testing, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient testing, coefficient of determination testing, t-tests, and F-tests, with the aid of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) for Windows version 27. The results of the study show that, partially, service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a t-value of 4,531> t-table value of 1.986 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Location also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with a t-value of 9.433 > t-table value of 1.986 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both service quality and location have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with an F-value of 115.925 > F-table value of 3,09 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the effect of recruitment on employee performance, the effect of training on employee performance. As well as to determine the effect of recruitment and training together on the employee performance of PT Ziben Indonesia Bogor. The population and sample in this research were employees at PT Ziben Indonesia Bogor, totaling 102 samples using a saturated sampling technique. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, collecting data by distributing questionnaires which are then processed using regression analysis. The tests used to test research instruments are validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, namely: Normality test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing consists of: correlation test, determination test, regression test, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) with the help of SPSS 24 for Windows software. The results of the t statistical test analysis for the Recruitment variable have a calculated t value of 3.886 > t table 1.664 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the Training variable has a calculated t value of 3.147 > t table 1.664 with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05. The correlation value is 0.881 or with a very strong interpretation and the determination value is 77.6%. From the results of the F statistical test (simultaneous), it can be seen that the F-count value is 171.008 > F-table 3.09 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Recruitment and Training have an influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Aligned Cipta Bersatu either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with a comparative causal approach, namely identifying the influence of one variable on another variable. The sampling technique used was the census method or saturated sample method using a sample of 110 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The significance value of the influence of Motivation (X₁) on employee performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 t value > t table or (7,663 > 1.993). Thus, H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a partially significant influence between the influence of motivation (X₁) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Selaras CiptaSatu. The significant value for the influence of discipline (X₂) on employee performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value > t table or (5.945 > 1.993). Thus, H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a partially significant influence between the work environment (X₂) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Selaras CiptaSatu. The significance value for the influence of Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on employee employee performance (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of Fcount > Ftable or (35.345 > 2.730). Thus and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the influence of motivation (X₁) and discipline (X₂) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Aligned to United Creation.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. The research uses 2 (two) independent variables, namely Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and 1 (one) dependent variable, namely Return on Equity (ROE). The research methodology uses the SPSS Version 26 application. Apart from that, the tests used in this research are the Classic Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Test, and Hypothesis Test. Based on test results on variables with 11 years of data. The Multiple Linear Regression Test Equation is Y = -21.521 + 0.170X1 + 0.025X2. Based on the results of the t test, it was obtained that tcount for CR was 1.114 < ttable 2.365 and the value of Sig. 0.298 > 0.05 means there is no partial significant influence between CR and ROE. and tcount of DER is 0.245 < ttable 2.365 and the Sig value. 0.245 > 0.05, which means there is no partial significant influence between DER and ROE, in the simultaneous test the CR and DER variables do not have a significant influence on ROE with Fcount greater than Ftable (0.714 < 4.74).

Abstract

The aimofthisre search istodetermine thei nfluence of work motivation andwork environment on the performance of Starbucks District 42 employees in Jakarta. The methoduse disquantitative. The sampling techniqueusedsaturated sampling, namely 80 respondents. Data analysis uses validitytests, reliabilitytests, classicalassumptiontests, regressionanalysis, correlationcoefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of thisresearch are that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination valueof 51.5% and the hypothesist estobtained t count> t tableor (9.094 > 1.991). The workenvironment has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 40.8% and the hypothesist estobtained t count> t tableor (7.338 > 1.991). Work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance witht here gressionequation Y = 9.275 + 0.463X1 + 0.299X2. The coefficient of determination valueis 57.3% while the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value> F tableor (51.608 > 2.720).

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) on Company Value (Price Earning Ratio) partially, whether there is an influence of Profitability (Net Profit Margin) on Company Value (Price Earning Ratio) partially, whether there is an influence Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) and Profitability (Net Profit Margin) on Company Value (Price Earning Ratio) simultaneously in the pharmaceutical company PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2010-2022 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis techniques. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk, the data was tested using the Statistical Product Service and Solution (SPSS) application program version 27.0. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, f test. Based on the results of the model suitability test, it shows that partially the capital structure (Dear to Equity Ratio) does not have a significant effect on company value (Price Earning Ratio) where the calculated T is 0.407 < T table 2.262 with a significant level of 0.069 > 0.05 and partially Profitability ( Net Profit Margin) does not have a significant effect on Company Value (Price Earning ratio) where T calculated is -1.735 < T table 2.262 with a significance level of 0.111 > 0.05. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous F Test, Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) and Profitability (Net Profit Margin) have no significant effect on Company Value (Price Earning Ratio) where F count is 2.138 > F table 4.10 with a significance value of 0.169 > 0, 05. Then the R Square value was obtained at 29.9% while the remaining 70.1% was influenced by other factors that were not explained by other variables in the research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Scuti Coffee cafe in Ciganjur, South Jakarta. This research method uses associative research with a quantitative approach.. The sampling technique used the rao purba formula and obtained a sample of 96 respondents. Data processing and analysis techniques use instrument tests, classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on research conducted that the results of Product Quality (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) with the regression equation value Y = 7.081 + 0.643 X1 + 0.159 X2 + a. The coefficient of determination simultaneously affects 45%. Partial hypothesis testing the product quality number is t count> t table or (8.502> 1.660) this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <.0.05. Thus, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. This means that partially there is a positive and significant influence between the Product Quality variable (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Service quality is tcount> t table or (3.400> 1.660) this is also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Thus, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant influence between the Service Quality variable (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Hypothesis testing obtained the value Fhitung> Ftabel or (38.019> 3.09), thus Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between the variables of Product Quality (X1) and Service Quality (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of pricing on profitability in the culinary partnership business of fried chicken PT Evalinda Berkah Mandiri South Jakarta. The sampling technique used the Non-Probability Sampling technique, namely Saturated Sampling. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software program version 27.0. The research method uses a quantitative method research type with a descriptive approach. While the analysis technique uses classical assumption test analysis (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test), simple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis test (t test). The results of the study showed that there was no impact of pricing on profitability in the culinary partnership business of fried chicken PT Evalinda Berkah Mandiri South Jakarta. Based on the results of the hypothesis test (t-test) the pricing variable on profitability showed that the calculated t value <t table and significant> 0.05, namely; 1.228 <2.080 and significant 0.233> 0.05. Based on the results of the determination coefficient test, the R square value is 0.067 or 6.7%. This means that the Pricing variable (X1) on Company Profitability (Y) is 6.7% while the remaining 93.3% is influenced by the variable. Judging from the results of the correlation coefficient test, the R value is 0.259. This shows that the correlation between pricing and profitability is considered "Quite Strong". The results of the simple linear regression test show a constant value of Y = 678000500.0 - 64765.983X which means there is a negative change or a non-directional change.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which service quality (X1) and promotion (X2) influence consumer purchasing decisions (Y) at the Mujahidin Mart minimarket in Pamulang. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. Sampling technique using Slovin theory. Data analysis uses regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that Service Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) by showing the results of f count > f table, namely f count = 150.394 which is greater than f table of 3.09 and a significant value of 0.001. Partially, the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the value obtained is (t count > t table), t count of 4.857 is greater than 1.985 and is significant 0.001. Simultaneously the Promotion variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions where the value obtained is (t count > t table) with a calculated f result of 7.503 which is greater than 1.985 with a significance of 0.001. So it can be said that Service Quality and Promotion have a significant simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions. Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that Service Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) together have a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Management Information Systems, Discipline and archives manajement on crew performance on ship crew employees at PT. Tavia Digital Solutions South Jakarta. This research is a quantitative research with a sample size of 47 respondents. The sampling method uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which has been processed using Microsoft Excel 2019 software and SPSS software version 26. Data analysis used is validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that the Management Information System and Discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on Crew Performance. Meanwhile, the Records Management variable does not have a significant effect on Crew Performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide a managerial contribution to efforts to improve crew performance at PT. Tavia Digital Solutions
