Abstract

PT Energia Transmedia is a company that has been established since 2004, and is engaged in providing labor and supporting machines and vehicles. PT Energia Transmedia's customers consist of various sectors ranging from Government, BUMN and Private. Human Resources (HR) are a vital component in a company, because these individuals are able to carry out tasks, manage operations, and drive the company's progress. To maintain the quality of human resources, leadership style is an important factor in managing each employee to carry out their main tasks and functions in order to achieve company goals. The purpose of this research is to find out and how to analyze leadership styles in improving the effectiveness of performance and discipline of employees of PT Energia Transmedia, DPR RI branch. The type of research used in terms of the location of the data source includes case research and field research. This research approach uses descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at PT Energia Transmedia using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the leadership style applied by PT Energia Transmedia is an effective democratic leadership style involving clear and open communication. Leaders who are able to convey company goals, provide constructive feedback, and listen to input from employees can build mutual understanding and improve performance. So it can be concluded that the democratic leadership style has a positive impact on employee performance and discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Return On Asset (ROA) at PT XL Axiata Tbk for the period 2013-2023. The research employs a quantitative method. Several analyses were conducted, including: Descriptive Statistical Test, Classical Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test, Correlation Coefficient Test (R), and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2) using SPSS version 26 software.The analysis results show that the Current Ratio (CR) variable partially does not have a significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA) at PT XL Axiata Tbk for the period 2013-2023. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 1,049 < t-table 2,306 and a significance value of 0.325 > 0.05. The Total Asset Turnover (TATO) variable partially does not have a significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA) at PT XL. Axiata Tbk for the period 2013-2023, as evidenced by the t-count value of -0,751 < t-table and a significance value of 0.474 > 0.05.With an F-count value of 0,613 < F-table 4.26 and a significance value of 0,565 > 0.05, the Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) variables simultaneously do not have a significant effect on Return On Asset (ROA) at PT XL Axiata Tbk for the period 2013-2023.The result of the coefficient of determination test (R2) yielded an R Square value of 0,00, indicating that the influence of the Current Ratio (CR) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) variables on Return On Asset (ROA) is only 13,3%, while the remaining 86,7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

With the rapid development of the industry, business organizations must be able to compete for the sustainability of business operations. Quality human resources are indispensable in carrying out company activities. The purpose of this study is to find out the Influence of Compensation and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT Putra Sinar Gas. The method used was quantitative with a sampling technique using saturated sampling and a sample of 50 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that Compensation (X1) affects employee performance (Y) with a determination coefficient value of 0.581 or 58.1% and the hypothesis test is obtained by calculating t > t table (8,160 > 2,012). Leadership Style (X2) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a determination coefficient value of 0.384 or 38.4% and the hypothesis test was obtained by t calculation > t table (5,465 > 2,012). Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a determination coefficient value of 0.585 or 58.5% and the hypothesis test was obtained F count > F table (33,144 > 3,190).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio and Credit Risk both partially and simultaneously on Profitability at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for the period 2012-2022. This research method uses quantitative methods. The sample of this study is financial statement data in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk for the period 2012 to 2022. The data analysis used includes classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, partial test and simultaneous test. The results of this study based on the classical assumption test did not find variables that deviated from the classical assumptions. These results indicate that the available data has met the requirements for using multiple regression equation models. The t test results show that partially the Capital Adequacy Ratio has no significant effect on Profitability, this is evidenced by the tcount result is smaller than the t table (0.50412 < 2.26216) and the significance level (0.6278> 0.05). Credit Risk has a significant effect on Profitability, this is evidenced by the results of tcount bigger than ttable (2.454481 > 2.26216) and the level of significance (0.0397 < 0.05). And simultaneously the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Credit Risk have a significant effect on Profitability, this is evidenced by the results of Fcount greater than Ftable (8.385> 4.26) and the level of significance (0.011 <0.005), with a contribution of 59.6%, while the remaining 40.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Valbury Asia Futures (VAF) Kuningan, South Jakarta. To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Valbury Asia Futures (VAF) Kuningan, South Jakarta. To determine the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Valbury Asia Futures (VAF) Kuningan, South Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative. The data analysis techniques used in this research are instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing, correlation coefficient testing, coefficient of determination testing and hypothesis testing. The population in this study were employees at PT. Valbury Asia Futures (VAF) had 73 employees and the sample used was 73 respondents. The results of the research show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the tcount > ttable (8.002 > 1.994) and the sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, there is a positive influence and significant relationship between motivation and employee performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the value of t count > t table (5.229 > 1.994) and the sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. Motivation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by F count > F table (35.100 > 3.13) and sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. The coefficient of determination R Square of 0.501 states that the variables motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a contribution of 50.1% to employee performance (Y) and the remaining 49.9% influences other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Dana Mandiri Bogor. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 55 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 13.272 + 0.665X1, the correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.705, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The result of the determination or contribution of influence was 0.496 or 49.6%, while the remaining 50.4% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (7.228 > 2.006). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.831 + 0.767 The value of determination or contribution of influence is 0.594 or 59.4%, while the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other factors. The left side hypothesis test obtained a value of t count > t table or (8.800 > 2.006). This was strengthened by obtaining a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, thus H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted. Discipline and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the equation regression Y = 6.089 + 0.321X1 + 0.539X2. The correlation coefficient value or level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.657, meaning it has a strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination or contribution of influence simultaneously is 65.7% while the remaining 34.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > Ftable or (77.435 > 2.780). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance at the Tarbiyatu Wad Da'wah Al-Kautsar Bogor Tajur Halang Foundation, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 50 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that Work Discipline (X1) has a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This can be proven from the results of research carried out through the t test, the calculated t value was (6.959 > 2.012). This is also reinforced by the significance value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between work discipline and employee performance. Organizational Culture (X2) has a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This can be proven from the results of research that has been carried out through the t test, where a calculated t value of (5.864 > 2.012) was obtained. This is also reinforced by a significance value < 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance. Work Discipline (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) have a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable (Y). This can be proven from the results of the F test where the calculated F value is (32.818 > 2.800), this is also reinforced by the significance < 0.05 or (0.00 < 0.05). Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance at the Tarbiyatu Wad Da'wah Al-kautsar Bogor Tajur Halang Foundation.

Abstract

By using a quantitative approach, this study aims to test the effect of Recruitment and training on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, namely a saturated sample with a total of 60 respondents taken from all divisions in the company. The data analysis techniques used were: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression test, simultaneous correlation coefficient test, simultaneous determination coefficient test, t test and f test. Partial hypothesis testing of the Recruitment variable (X1) obtained the calculated value of the regression equation showing that recruitment (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The regression equation shows that Y = 37.642 + (-0.423X1) so it can be concluded that when recruitment is increased by 1 (unit) it will decrease performance by -0.423 and partial hypothesis testing shows that t count is greater than t table (-2.388) <1.672 with a significance level of 0.02 <0.05, so it can be said that recruitment has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study ains to determine the effect of leadership style and training on the performance of PT. ISS Indonesia west Jakarta, partially and simultaneously. The method used in this method is a quantitative approach,the population is 92  people by taking a saturated sample or the whole, with a sample of 92 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, detemnination analysis and hypotheisis testing. Based on the result of the analysis,obtained the value of F hitung > Ftabel (13.861> 3.10) this is also strengthened by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that it can be concluded that H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. It can be concluded that leadership style (X1) and training (X2) simultaneosly affect employee performance (Y) .

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of employee performance discipline at Cv. Baby Ministry Indonesia in South Tangerang City and know the SWOT form in disciplining employee performance at CV. Indonesian Baby Ministry in South Tangerang City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Apart from that, this research uses SWOT data analysis to analyze the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of the research are: there are strict sanctions and punishments, when employees arrive late or leave earlier than their usual leaving time and there are differences in performance hours between employees.
