Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of government policies on financial performance at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia during the period January to September 2020. The sample used in this study is Islamic Commercial Banks that have been registered in Indonesia with a research population of a number of 5 Sharia Bank. The author uses descriptive quantitative research methods with the variable Financing Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that the financing deposit ratio in Islamic commercial banks in the first and second quarters had an average increase, meaning that financial health declined along with government policy from implementing PSBB to New Normal. Meanwhile, in the third quarter it has experienced a decrease of close to 75% so that it can be concluded that financial health is more stable. The results show that non-performing financing at Islamic commercial banks tends to be more stable, so it can be said that Islamic Commercial Banks in the COVID-19 pandemic era tend to be healthy.

Abstract

The positive economic development of East Java was also followed by the development of the Islamic business industry. Various areas in East Java have established Islamic industries, such as Islamic hotels, halal culinary arts, halal tourism, and Islamic banks as Islamic financial service industries. Islamic banks as financial institutions that provide financing to the public, in their operations have not fully reached the micro-business sector in the lower East Java community. Small and micro customers who do not have collateral are paid less attention. Therefore, microfinance institutions such as Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) are needed to provide financing for micro-customers for the lower community in East Java. BMT itself has a dual role as a social institution managing ZISWAF funds and managing commercial and customer deposits. However, in its journey, BMT experienced several problems such as human resources and public perception of BMT which was still negative. So it takes a strategy to optimize the role of BMT in building the economy. This study aims to formulate a strategy to optimize the role of BMT by using SOAR analysis (strength, opportunity, aspiration, and result). Some of the strategies obtained from the discussion of this research are improving the quality of management and operations, strengthening the business structure and infrastructure of BMT, improving the quality of sharia supervision and compliance, empowering the community, and improving the people's economy.

Abstract

The change in the ‘aqad (contract) that occurs in the wadi’ah contract includes the contract that fulfills the nature of the built which is not binding so that one of the parties can cancel the first contract and can make a new contract again. The reasons for the cancellation of the wadi’ah contract are one of the parties who felt disappointed. This change in the wadi’ah contract is also called the nafidz gair lazim contract. it is called that because it can be implemented as a result of the law in the sense that each party or one of them has khiyar rights or indeed because the original nature of the contract is not binding full (gair lazim) so that the contract can change when there is a problem in carrying out the contract.

Abstract

Retail Sukuk and Savings Sukuk are relevant funding alternatives used to raise funds from the public with low risk. Another advantage of Retail Sukuk and Savings Sukuk is that these investment products are specifically for Indonesian Citizens, thereby reducing Indonesia's dependence on foreign loans and reducing the risk of fluctuations in foreign exchange. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from a literature review related to the theme of retail sukuk and others. The data validity technique used in this study was triangulation of data sources. Data analysis techniques start from the process of collecting data, then compiling, categorizing data, looking for themes so that they can be interpreted. So that from this study the results of the analysis of retail sukuk SR 017 at BSI KC Rungkut 1 Surabaya, that the benefits of retail sukuk, investment guaranteed by the state (Safe), a period that fits the needs of financial planning, help build the country, halal, profitable and tax lower (10%), and affordable, with only IDR 1 million you can already invest in retail sukuk. And every risk in retail sukuk every year, has liquidity risk mitigation to overcome it. Retail Sukuk can be traded on the secondary market after three coupon payments. Retail Sukuk at BSI is in accordance with the legal basis stated in the fatwa of the National Sharia Council, so that it is in accordance with the background of  Bank BSI which runs according to Islamic sharia.

Abstract

The necessity of easy-to-use financial services applications emerges as people's needs and mobility in the recent digital era become more complex than before. Users expect Islamic-based electronic money (e-money) applications to provide convenience in their transactions. But the development of these apps has some shortcomings. Among them is that users must connect to a good and stable internet network to run the application properly. In addition, the potential threats of cybercrimes often worry the public, which may reduce their interest in Islamic e-money applications. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. It aims to determine the problems in non-cash transactions within Islamic e-money applications by using SWOT analysis. This research obtains data through a combination of observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Thus, this study recommends that Islamic e-money publishers improve application security systems to keep users secure and safe. It also suggests that Islamic financial institutions should expand the education of non-cash transactions and strengthen the promotion of the apps to reach a wider audience from the public and MSMEs businesspeople.

Abstract

In financial institutions, especially in BMT Sahara Kauman, there is a financing agreement that is often used by members for financing, namely the murabahah contract. The members choose the murabahah financing contract because it is considered to have low risk. The objectives of this study are (1) how to implement a murabahah financing agreement at BMT Sahara Kauman, (2) the mechanism for implementing a murabahah financing agreement at BMT Sahara Kauman. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. From the author's observations, there are two conclusions, namely first, the application of Murabahah financing at BMT Sahara Kauman, is engaged in micro- economics, and of course in a halal business. Second, the mechanism for the application of Murabahah financing at BMT Sahara Kauman, in general, in accordance with the existing rules in the principles of Sharia Economics.

Abstract

Money is one of the pillars of the economy. Money facilitates the process of exchanging commodities and services. Every process of production and distribution must use money. Money has the main function as a medium of exchange, and is derived from other functions such as standard of value, store of value, unit of account. According to Taqiyuddin an-Nabhani, Islam has determined a fixed and standard unit of money in a distinctive form, namely gold and silver. Taqiyuddin normatively proves that money in Islam is gold and silver, or the monetary standard is gold and silver. Historically, it has been proven in history that the gold system is the longest-used currency in human history, and its application is always relevant under any circumstances. Meanwhile, politically, Taqiyuddin argued that the switch to the paper money system was a hoax for the purpose of imperialization.

Abstract

he Full Costing method which is applied in accordance with cost accounting rules in calculating a product is sufficient to help reduce the occurrence of overcasting or undercoating caused by distortions of costing. The calculation of the cost of production using the Full Costing method should be carried out by a factory in determining the cost of production and determining the amount of the selling price. Production costs are cost elements that must be controlled as one of the bases in determining the selling price that is considered reasonable by consumers. In this study, the Pabrik Tahu Sumberejo has calculated production costs, but the calculations are not correct because they still use calculations with very simple methods. Calculations have not been carried out in detail, still not including some elements of the costs incurred during the production process. This study aims to determine the difference between the calculation of the cost of production carried out by the Pabrik Tahu Sumberejo so far with the calculation using the Full Costing method and its effect on the selling price. The results of the calculations in this study indicate that the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured using the Full Costing method compared to the cost of goods manufactured using the simple method gives different results. The calculation of the cost of production using the full costing method results in higher costs. This is because the calculations made by the factory are not correct in charging factory overhead costs for each product.

Abstract

Baitul Qur'an Social Fund Institution is one of the social fund institutions in Ponorogo which is located in Gontor, Mlarak, Ponorogo. This institution was established in 2015 and under the management of the Baitul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Sholeh Children's. the unique features of this institution is that in raising funds uses the ZISCO system strategy, ZISWAF pickup which was adopted from the YDSF Al-Fatah Surabaya system. This system is carried out by visiting several donors in order to pick up the donations that will be distributed. This has improved the good relationship between muzakki and institutions, thus strengthening the friendship and sense of kinship between the two parties. The funds that have been collected will be distributed to ashnaf who really need the funds through several programs at the Baitul Qur'an Social Fund Institution.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the values, tastes and lifestyles that must be fulfilled by consumers, namely the need for clothing because it is the primary need of an individual. Design products that are described in a middle and upper market certainly have their own value in terms of buying and selling which makes a product have wartość in increasing consumer satisfaction. A good brand image will greatly affect the continuity of a company as well as its products so that they can survive and be loved in the market. Consumers are aware of their needs and desires that consumers want to fulfill, they will seek information by conducting product research to meet their needs. This study used 100 respondents. as a research sample and the sample determination technique uses the przypadkowego pobieerania próbek method, the analytical method used is the quantitative analysis method which includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t-test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination (test R2). Data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test were processed using SPSS software version 23, resulting in the following regression equation: Y = 16.065 + 0.224 X1 + 0.377 X2. Where are the purchasing decision variables (Y), product projects (X1), marki wizerunek (X2). Hypothesis testing t-test and F-test show that the wizerunek marki and wiedza o product have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination test (R2) seen in R Square of 0.329 indicates that 32.9% of purchasing decisions using Hijab Ayu Lestari products can be explained by product design and brand image variables, the remaining 67.1% can be explained by variables that are not initiator penlicki.
