Abstract

The objectives of this study are: a) To determine the effectiveness of Cirebon City Regional Regulation No. 4 of 2013 concerning the prohibition of the circulation and sale of alcoholic beverages in Cirebon City; b) To investigate the efforts of the Cirebon City government in tackling the circulation of liquor following the issuance of the Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 20/M-DAG/PER/4/2014. This study uses a qualitative method. The population includes the Cirebon City Government and the Cirebon City DKUKMPP Office, where alcoholic beverages are sold. The sampling technique used allows the researcher to select information sources based on their relevance and ability to provide necessary data. The data analysis is conducted qualitatively, involving the following steps: 1) Completing any missing data to ensure it is comprehensive and accurate; 2) Reducing and summarizing collected data to focus on key points, which are then systematically organized. The research findings indicate that the circulation of alcoholic beverages in Cirebon City has many adverse effects and negatively influences its development as a City of Guardians. This prompted the local government to prohibit liquor circulation. However, the enforcement of this prohibition has been hindered by the issuance of the Minister of Trade Regulation No. 20/M-DAG/PER/4/2014, complicating efforts by Satpol PP to regulate liquor in certain areas of Cirebon City.

Abstract

Shearwalls are an important structural element used in high-rise buildings to withstand lateral forces due to earthquakes, serving as a building reinforcement and stabilizer. This study aims to understand the stages of shear wall implementation and quality control processes in the field, especially in the Podomoro Golf View Apartment project on Dahoma Tower, 15th floor, zone D4, with SW3 shear wall type. Data is collected through field reviews, interviews, and documentation, as well as additional data from the project. The results of the study show that the implementation of SW3 shear wall is in accordance with the schedule and standards, using BJTD 40 threaded steel that has been tensile tested according to the requirements. The casting and dismantling method of formwork speeds up the binding time of concrete. Although some defects were found on the side of the shear wall, repairs were made immediately, and concrete treatment was carried out to ensure quality. The quality of concrete on the shear wall reaches Fc 30 with a slump test value of 12 ± 2 cm, in accordance with the provisions of PBI 1971. The entire construction project of Podomoro Golf View Apartment is going according to the plan and requirements, although there are some minor issues that can be tolerated and overcome.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Implementasi Perda No. 15 Tahun 2012 tentang RencanaTata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Magetan Tahun 2012-2032 terhadapPerkembangan Kepariwisataan Di Kabupaten Magetan. Permasalahan daripenelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan Perda No. 15 Tahun 2012 tentangRencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Magetan Tahun 2012-2032 terhadapperkembangan kepariwisataan di Telaga Sarangan yang melanggar fungsional dari kawasan sempedan danau dan Bagaimana proses penegakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan terhadap pelanggar Perda No. 15 Tahun 2012 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Magetan Tahun 2012-2032 yang dapat menghambat perkembangan pariwisata Telaga Sarangan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum yuridis-empiris, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara memadukan bahan-bahan hukum yang merupakan data sekunder dengan data primer yang diperoleh di lapangan. Teknik Pengumpulan Data yang digunakan melalaui data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara wawancara interview guide dan observasi serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan cara studi dokumen atau literatur dengan memilih dan memilah yang relevan dengan obyek penelitian. Adapan hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penegakan Perda Nomor 15 Tahun 2012 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Magetan Tahun 2012-2032 belum dapat dilaksanakan dengan maksimal karena terkendala beberapa faktor. Namun Pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan terus mengupayakan memberikan win win solution. Beberapa upaya yang sedang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan revitalisasi Telaga Sarangan dengan master plan Telaga Wahyu, melakukan pengkodingan para pedagang yang bekerjasama dengan Paguyuban Pedangang Wisata Sarangan (PPWS), dan mengupayakan mencapai kesepakatan dengan beberapa pihak dalam pembelian beberapa bangunan hotel disekitar Telaga Sarangan yang sudah tidak berfungsi. Sedangkan prosespenegakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Magetan adalahdengan pendekatan Persuasif yang dinilai lebih mampu berbaur dengan keadaansosiologis masyarakat setempat meskipun hal tersebut belum sesuai dengan apayang telah ditentukan dalam Perda No.15 Tahun 2012 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Magetan Tahun 2012-2032

Abstract

This research can be a reference for other project management who want to implement supply chain management. Supply chain management is one of the important things in a construction project where the application of supply chain management will affect the success of a construction project both material management, type of work, and time schedule. Therefore, this study aims to reduce the risk of time losses and the effect of productivity performance on a project. By using a quantitative method that reviews the s-curve and distributes questionnaires, this study shows that the total deviation is 171.62 which results in an average deviation of 3.502 per week. Stating that the deviation results in a deviation of sure + and after conducting validity, reliability and satisfaction tests, the results show that supply chain management can accelerate and streamline time on building construction projects.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the results of the calculation of irrigation water requirements between the KP-01 method and Cropwat 8.0 software in the Range Irrigation Area, Majalengka Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a comparative method. The data used includes climate and rainfall data for the last 10 years (2014 - 2023) from Kertajati Meteorological Station, Jatiwangi Meteorological Station, and Ciwaringin Rain Station. The results showed that the irrigation water requirement calculated by the KP-01 method was higher than Cropwat 8.0. In the KP-01 method, the average irrigation requirement reached 0.85 lt/second/ha, with the highest requirement of 2.01 lt/second/ha (November I) and the lowest of 0.00 lt/second/ha. Meanwhile, the Cropwat 8.0 method shows an average water requirement of 0.36 lt/sec/ha, with the highest requirement of 1.14 lt/sec/ha (November) and the lowest of 0.05 lt/sec/ha (July). This difference is due to variations in the calculation methods in both methods.

Abstract

A phenomenon known as liquefaction occurs when soil loses strength and turns to mud due to earthquake shaking, which can cause damage to infrastructure such as underpass boxes. Based on data from the National Center for Earthquake Studies, Semarang City has a history of earthquakes dating back to 1856 with varying degrees of infrastructure damage. Currently, the phenomenon poses a threat to the people of Semarang City caused by an active fault that runs along the north coast of Central Java. So, this research aims to analyze the soil resistance to liquefaction in the Preliminary Project of Capacity Improvement of Pedestrian Box Underpass Karangingas II Semarang using the Standard Penetration Test (SPT). The data obtained were analyzed using the simplified method proposed by Seed & Idriss (1971). The results show that the soil resistance to liquefaction at a depth of 0 - 4 meters at point BH-02 is quite high, with a safety factor (SF) value greater than 1, so no liquefaction occurs. However, at a depth of 4 - 8 meters, the SF value is less than 1, indicating the liquefaction potential. At points BH-01 and BH-03, the analysis shows the potential for liquefaction at all depths tested. Based on the analysis results, two of the three locations of the box underpass capacity enhancement project have the potential to experience liquefaction, with point two only experiencing liquefaction at a certain depth. Therefore, liquefaction prevention measures are required in these areas.

Abstract

In this study, the effect of adding latitude stone as a substitute for cement on the compressive strength of mortar in the manufacture of construction materials was analyzed to produce building materials with better quality. One of the ingredients in the manufacture of mortar is cement with the main formers is calcium. The addition of laterstone is an effort to increase the calcium element needed in the pozzolanic reaction when mixed with SIO2 in laterstone. The purpose of this study was to increase the compressive strength of mortar by adding laterstone as a substitute for cement. The research method used is a quantitative experimental method with data collection from laboratory research and using laterstone powder that passes the 200 sieve, in mortar mixes with percentage variations of 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9% and 10%. The proportion of mortar mixture in this study used a ratio of 1: 3 (Cement: Sand) with a cement water factor (FAS) of 0.5 and was carried out using a compressive strength tool on a 5cm x 5cm x 5cm cube-shaped mortar at a time (age) of 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. Various tests were conducted on the materials and specimens to analyze the compressive strength and mass density of the mortar. The results of this study showed that the mortar achieved the highest compressive strength of 20.33 MPa with 3% laterstone mix variation at the age of 28 days. Mortar with more than 3% laterstone mixture variation will result in a decrease in compressive strength, thus reducing the compressive strength. This can be one solution to reduce the use of cement while reducing the exploitation of limestone mountains in Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah menghasilkan ledakan data dalam skala besar, yang menciptakan peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi sektor perbankan dalam mengoptimalkan pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Big Data Analytics (BDA) muncul sebagai solusi strategis untuk menganalisis data kompleks dan menghasilkan insight yang relevan bagi pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana BDA dimanfaatkan oleh institusi perbankan di Indonesia dalam mendukung kualitas dan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan manajerial, khususnya pada aspek risiko kredit, perencanaan strategis, dan retensi nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara mendalam kepada 12 informan dari tiga bank nasional yang telah mengimplementasikan BDA. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan BDA mampu mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan, meningkatkan akurasi analisis risiko, serta mendukung strategi pemasaran berbasis personalisasi. Pemanfaatan BDA dalam risiko kredit mampu menurunkan tingkat NPL dan mempercepat proses persetujuan pinjaman. Dalam perencanaan strategis, BDA digunakan untuk simulasi skenario makroekonomi dan prediksi perilaku pasar. Kendati demikian, tantangan utama dalam implementasi BDA terletak pada kesiapan sumber daya manusia dan integrasi sistem data yang masih terbatas.

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan gigi seperti gingivitis, karang gigi, dan karies masih menjadi permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang umum terjadi baik secara global maupun nasional, dan sering kali tidak terdeteksi hingga kondisinya menjadi parah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem deteksi masalah gigi berbasis web dengan menggunakan algoritma YOLOv11 guna mendeteksi tiga kondisi gigi, yaitu gingivitis, karang gigi, dan karies. Sistem ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengunggah gambar atau melakukan deteksi langsung dengan memanfaatkan kamera, serta melihat dashboard dan menyimpan riwayat deteksi guna mempermudah pemantauan kondisi gigi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah waterfall, dengan Pengujian dilakukan dengan pendekatan black-box testing untuk menguji fungsionalitas fitur dari sisi pengguna tanpa melihat struktur internal program, serta white-box testing untuk memverifikasi logika program dan alur eksekusi kode secara menyeluruh. YOLOv11 dilatih dengan teknik augmentasi dan tuning berbasis mutation untuk meningkatkan performa deteksi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mencapai akurasi 81.47%, dengan precision 0.935 dan recall 0.871. Secara keseluruhan, sistem ini menunjukkan potensi besar dalam memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk melakukan deteksi dini terhadap masalah gigi.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, penggunaan material alami sebagai agregat kasar sangat masif digunakan sehingga menimbulkan pencarian dan penambangan besar-besaran pada lingkungan yang mengganggu kesinambungan siklus alam di sekitarnya. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan pemanfaatan material limbah B3 tidak terbarukan sejenis slag berupa Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GBFS) yang dimanfaatkan sebagai substitusi agregat sedang (Medium Aggregate) sebesar 75% yang terbukti meningkatkan ketahanan campuran beraspal terhadap air, stabilitas campuran beraspal,kekesatan (skid resistance), serta ketahanan terhadap deformasi. Pada penelitian lanjutan ini, dilakukan analisis pengaruh penggunaan material GBFS yang diterapkan pada campuran beraspal AC-WC pada perancanaan lapis tambah, Penelitian beracuan pada hasil pengujian karakteristik marshall, pengujian kinerja struktural, analisis data sekunder, serta analisis kerusakan dan evaluasi penanganan kerusakan jalan. Hasil analisis terhadap penelitian menunjukkan, Campuran beraspal AC-WC GBFS MA 75% yang diterapkan pada tebal lapis tambah (Overlay) memiliki keunggulan di Tebal Lapis Tambah yang lebih ekonomis, (Berbeda 4 cm dibandingkan AC-WC Normal).
