The test tools used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, determination coefficient, t-test and F test. From the results of data processing, a calculated value for service quality (X1) was obtained of 3.920 > 1.984 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, price (X2) of 3.128 > 1.984 with a significant value of 0.002 < 0.05, and facility (X3) of 3.309 > 1.984 with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that the quality of service, price, and facilities have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction. From the F test, a Fcal value of 13.777 > Ftable 2.70 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the quality of service, price, and facilities simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the result of multiple linear regression was obtained with the equation Y = 5.270 + 0.202X1 + 0.142X2 + 0.215X3 + e

Abstract

This research was initiated in response to numerous grievances from regular bus who feel victim to intermediaries and were charged double the standard fare. Typically passengers would remit theri bus fares directly to the conductor upon boarding the bus. A study on redBus bus e-ticket services found that e-service quality, e-trust, e-satisfaction strongly affect customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. However, e-trust doesn’t have a significant impact on repurchase intention. Conducted through online questionnnaires via Google Formulirs, the research utilized Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The research, based on 115 purposively sampled respondents., sheds light on enhancing the online bus ticketing experience and underscores the importance of e-service quality and satisfaction in fostering customer loyalty

The output of SPSS shows that the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.219. Based on the calculation of the t-table, the calculated t-value for the variable X1 is 2.730, and for the variable X2 is 3.420, exceeding the t-table value by 1.985, suggesting that the two have a partial or stand-alone influence. In addition, the result of the calculation f calculation was 13.289, exceeding the f-value of the table by 3.090, indicating that there was a simultaneous or joint influence of the two variables. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that the resulting formula was Y = 7.372 + 0.393 X1 + 0.012 X2.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of company size and company risk on audit fees in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2022 period. The total sample used in this study consisted of 224 observations. The dependent variable in this study is audit fees, while the independent variables are company size and company risk. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that company size has a significant effect on audit fees because larger companies generally have more complex operational activities, which require more extensive audit procedures and longer audit completion times, thereby increasing audit fees. In addition, company risk also has a significant effect on audit fees because companies with higher levels of risk require auditors to perform more comprehensive audit procedures, resulting in higher audit fees.
