Abstract

Financial performance serves as a key indicator for assessing a company's overall health, the effectiveness of asset management, and its ability to increase revenue and generate profits. Evaluating financial performance is crucial for understanding the extent to which a company can achieve its financial objectives. This study aims to examine the influence of Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance, and Corporate Social Responsibility on financial performance, with firm size acting as a moderating variable. The research sample consists of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019–2023, with 31 companies observed each year. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 137 observations based on predetermined criteria. The analysis method employed in this study is descriptive statistical analysis with a quantitative approach. Research data were obtained from official reports available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, and data processing was carried out using SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that Intellectual Capital does not have a significant effect on financial performance. In contrast, Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility both show a positive influence on financial performance. Meanwhile, firm size does not moderate the relationship between Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance, or Corporate Social Responsibility and financial performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of the use of augmented reality, perceived risk, and trust through perceived enjoyment on online shopping behavior on local cosmetics on Shopee. The sampling in this research was purposive sampling of 157 respondents. The research employs quantitative data, with primary data collected through an online questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability. The analysis tool used in this study had Structural Modelling-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Hypothesis testing was conducted though path analysis. The R-square value for the Perceived Enjoyment variable obtained an R-square value of 0.533 and a customized R-square value of 0.524. Meanwhile, the Online Shopping Behavior variable obtained an R-square value of 0.593 and a customized R-square value of 0.585. The p-value results showed <0.05 so that the data analysis showed that augmented reality had a positive and significant effect on online shopping behavior, perceived risk had a positive and significant effect on online shopping behavior, trust had a positive and significant effect on online shopping behavior, augmented reality had a positive and significant effect on perceived enjoyment, perceived risk had a positive and significant effect on perceived enjoyment, trust had a positive and significant effect on Perceived enjoyment, perceived enjoyment had a positive and significant effect on online shopping behavior. Augmented reality had a positive and significant effect on online shopping behavior through perceived enjoyment, and perceived risk had a positive and significant effect on online shopping behavior through perceived enjoyment. The results of this research can be useful for online business people, especially local cosmetics, to be able to improve the customer shopping experience. Local e-commerce players need to integrate engaging AR technology, build trust with product guarantees and transparent reviews, and leverage risk perception as an element that adds excitement to the online shopping experience to drive consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of brand super-recovery effort, online brand community engagement, and empathy on repurchase intention among Generation Z consumers who actively shop for local fashion online through the Shopee platform, with consumer forgiveness as a mediating variable. The sampling in this research was purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 153 respondents. The research employs quantitative data, with primary data collected through an online questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability. The analysis tool used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hypothesis testing was conducted through path analysis. The result of the study indicated that brand super-recovery effort had a positive and significant influence on consumer forgiveness, online brand community engagement had a positive and significant influence on consumer forgiveness, empathy had a positive and significant influence on consumer forgiveness, brand super-recovery effort had a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, online brand community engagement had a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, empathy had a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, consumer forgiveness had a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention, consumer forgiveness mediated the relationship between brand super-recovery effort and repurchase intention, consumer forgiveness mediated the relationship between online brand community engagement and repurchase intention, consumer forgiveness mediated the relationship between empathy and repurchase intention.

Abstract

Program Keluarga Harapan atau PKH adalah Program yang dibuat Pemerintah sebagai upaya percepatan penanggulangan kemiskinan. Melalui program PKH, Pemerintah berharap bisa meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia terutama di bidang pendidikan dan kesehatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetaui dampak Program keluarga harapan dan pola konsumsi masyarakat di Desa Leling Barat Kecamatan Tommo Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 12 orang. Fokus dari penelitian ini berdasarkan pedoman pelaksanaan PKH tahun 2021-2024. Setelah melakukan analisis dalam penelitian ini penulis menyimpulkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Leling barat memberikan Dampak Positif terhadap pola konsumsi masyarakat, terutama di kalangan keluarga penerima manfaat. 2) Dan pola konsumsi masyarakat penerima manfaat dalam Pengalokasian bantuan tersebut digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari hari, namun ketika kebutuhan dalam rumah tangganya tercukupi dan perolehan pendapatan dalam rumah tangga lebih tinggi dari pendapatan yang diperoleh biasanya, maka rumah tangga penerima PKH akan menggunakan uang bantuan tersebut untuk kepentingan lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “ Analisis Hubungan Stres Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kinerja Karyawan” Stres kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat memengaruhi produktivitas kinerja karyawan, baik secara positif maupun negatif. Stres yang dikelola dengan baik dapat menjadi pendorong motivasi, sedangkan stres berlebih dapat menghambat kinerja dan menurunkan produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara stres kerja dengan produktivitas kinerja karyawan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap karyawan Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited di berbagai sektor pekerjaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan kelelahan, penurunan konsentrasi, serta menurunkan kualitas dan efisiensi kerja. Namun, dengan adanya strategi coping yang efektif, seperti dukungan sosial, pengelolaan beban kerja, dan keseimbangan antara kehidupan kerja dan pribadi, dampak negatif stres dapat diminimalkan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan faktor penyebab stres serta menyediakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung agar produktivitas karyawan tetap optimal

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan akan peningkatan kualitas kinerja aparatur sipil negara yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor motivasi, lingkungan kerja, serta kepuasan kerja yang menjadi dasar untuk menilai efektivitas birokrasi pemerintahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei terhadap 52 pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Teori yang digunakan mengacu pada konsep motivasi dari Berelson dan Steiner, teori kepuasan kerja dari Robbins dan As’ad, serta konsep kinerja pegawai menurut Mangkunegara. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja serta kinerja pegawai. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi, baik berupa dorongan moral maupun insentif materi, maka tingkat kepuasan dan kinerja pegawai juga meningkat. Sebaliknya, lingkungan kerja hanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Dengan demikian, suasana kerja yang kondusif dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja meskipun tidak serta-merta membuat pegawai merasa puas. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi yang memperkuat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja, tetapi tidak memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja. Oleh karena itu, instansi disarankan untuk lebih memfokuskan perhatian pada peningkatan motivasi kerja pegawai melalui pemberian penghargaan, pengakuan, serta fasilitas kerja yang mendukung pencapaian kinerja optimal.

Abstract

The increasing use of artificial intelligence (AI) in digital marketing has revolutionized how e-commerce businesses interact with consumers. AI enables content personalization, predictive analysis of consumer needs, and automation of various aspects of marketing. However, the extent to which this technology influences consumer behaviour still needs further research. This study examines the impact of AI-based marketing on consumer behaviour, specifically in purchasing decisions, customer loyalty, and brand engagement on e-commerce platforms. Using AI-based personalization techniques and AI-powered chatbots, e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia offer customized experiences to increase consumer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. The analysis was conducted to determine how AI-based marketing strategies consisting of content personalization and chatbot interactions can influence consumer behaviour and contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies in the e-commerce industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh persepsi keamanan, kemudahan bertransaksi, kepercayaan konsumen, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada marketplace Tokopedia. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Akuntansi Universitas Sebelas Maret dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuisioner kepada 169 responden. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara individu, faktor persepsi keamanan, kepercayaan konsumen, kualitas produk, dan harga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara kemudahan bertransaksi tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen mampu menjelaskan sebesar 57,4% variasi keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengelola marketplace untuk meningkatkan aspek keamanan, membangun kepercayaan konsumen, menjaga kualitas produk, serta menetapkan harga yang kompetitif.

Abstract

The micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector has an important role in economic growth in Indonesia. MSMEs have a great influence on the country's economic growth because MSMEs can reduce the unemployment rate by growing new businesses which will later open job vacancies for the community and improve social welfare (Nadhiroh & Hermawan, 2024). This is also supported by a positive and enthusiastic public response to the existence of MSMEs. Competition between various businesses cannot be prevented in the business world. This type of research is a type of quantitative research, this study is also an explanatory research with a sample of 160 respondents. With results of 1) Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior (The first hypothesis is accepted). 2) Financial Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior (The second hypothesis is accepted). 3) Financial Attitudes have a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behavior (The third hypothesis is accepted). 4) Financial Literacy, Financial Knowledge, and Financial Attitudes affect Financial Management Behavior together. 5) Financial Literacy, Financial Knowledge, and Financial Attitudes affect Financial Management Behavior by 24.2%.

Abstract

This study examines the RGEC-based bank soundness level, Exchange Rate, and Interest Rate in predicting potential banking bankruptcy. The sample in this study consists of 152 data obtained from 38 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2023 period. The results of this study show that Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Self-Assessment Good Corporate Governance (GCG) have a significant positive effect on the potential for bankruptcy, on the other Return on Asset (ROA) have a negative and significant impact on the potential for bankruptcy. Furthermore, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Exchange Rate, and Interest Rate have no effect on the potential for bankruptcy. The study results show that four indicators, out of the five indicators of RGEC banks' soundness level, are effective in predicting potential bankruptcy. These results show that if bank management wants to predict and anticipate bankruptcy based on its health level, it can be considered to see and maintain NPL, LDR, GCG self-assessments, and ROA.
