Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of MSME products in the new normal Covid 19 era in Luwu Regency. The results showed that the marketing strategy of MSME products in the new normal Covid 19 era in Luwu Regency, namely: increasing the variety of products offered to consumers, utilizing technology in marketing products, providing fast and good service to consumers, and conducting effective promotions.

Abstract

The government officially increased the price of fuel oil as a result of the increase in world oil prices and made the state budget funds swell. This research was conducted with the aim of examining various considerations made by the government when raising fuel prices in Indonesia. This research uses a literature study research method with a qualitative descriptive method. The data sources used are secondary data obtained through journal articles, books, news, and websites. The results of this study found that the government felt a dilemma so that it was forced to increase fuel prices due to the swelling of state budget funds for fuel oil consumption, but on the other hand, the impact if fuel prices increased, the prices of goods and services would increase so that inflation occurred. On the other hand, there is an alternative solution to buy oil from Russia which is below the market price, however, if that happens, it can offend western countries and hurt Indonesia's foreign policy with non-aligned movements. An alternative that the government can take is to increase fuel prices while still providing assistance to ensure that the community does not experience the impact too deeply. In addition the government invite people to switch to using electric vehicles to reduce fuel consumption and reduce the impact of carbon emissions produced, as electric vehicles are considered more economical and environmentally friendly

Abstract

Covid-19 is an unpredictable event that impacts the economic sector. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a major role in the Indonesian economy. However, of the 59.9 million MSMEs in Indonesia, the success rate of selling products through digital platforms is only 4%. The obstacles commonly encountered by MSMEs are the lack of knowledge of running an online business as much as and the unpreparedness of workers to use the internet as much. Whereas online media provides a promising market. Therefore, the application "BUSION: Business Solution" which helps MSMEs to find digitization services according to their budget in order to present attractive product visuals and a good social media management system. The method used in this research is the latest literature study so that it can produce accurate and solution outcomes. Then the various features for MSMEs contained in this application are looking for photographers, social media management, and product design. This application also has regional features so that MSMEs can find the best services closest to their current location. In addition to maximizing digitalization and expanding the market, this application can also support the government's 'Go Digital' program to restore the national economy after the co-19 pandemic. The conclusion of this research is that it is proven that the BUSION application is a platform that is feasible to develop in Indonesia in order to revive the national economy after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationships between the external environment, human resource competencies, knowledge management, and organizational performance with innovation as a mediating variable. Data were collected through direct distribution of questionnaires to 60 respondents who are stakeholders of Kalurahan Pagerharjo, Kulon Progo Regency, registered under the Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). The analysis method used was SEM-PLS. The study found that the external environment has a non-significant direct influence on organizational performance, but it significantly affects organizational performance when innovation is considered as a mediating variable. This might be due to the industry where the organization operates not being strongly influenced by external environmental factors. Human resource competencies have a significant direct influence on organizational performance, but their influence on organizational performance with innovation as a mediating variable is not significant. The research revealed that despite high levels of human resource competencies and innovation, they are not sufficient to enhance organizational performance. Knowledge management significantly influences organizational performance, both directly and with innovation as a mediating variable. These findings diverge from previous research and suggest that other factors may impact the external environment and organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the moderating effect of gender on the intention to use the Seabank application among Yogyakarta university students using the Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model. The research method used is a quantitative survey by distributing questionnaires to 110 university students. The data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques, while the analysis tool used was SmartPLS. The results showed that gender moderation was not significant in influencing the relationship between facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value and habit on behavioral intention to use the Seabank application. This finding suggests that these factors influence usage intention independently of gender. The implication of this study is that digital financial application marketing strategies can be focused on increasing performance expectations and effort without the need to consider gender differences.

Abstract

In order to achieve high productivity, especially for people-owned oil palm plantations, farmers need to have knowledge and skills through learning or guidance from oil palm experts. The objectives to be achieved from this study include: designing the Belajar Sawit application that makes it easier for farmers and prospective oil palm farmers to get updated information from oil palm experts, analyzing usability engineering and analyzing the responses of farmers and prospective oil palm farmers to the benefits of the Belajar Sawit application. The method used to analyze the technical aspects (usability) consists of field observation (direct observation), questionnaire and thinking aloud. Referring to the functional readiness of the Belajar Palm application, it is necessary to test several aspects, in the form of aspects: learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and (satisfaction) which are used to assess Belajar Sawit from user responses through questionnaires. This research has succeeded in designing the Belajar Palm website and application, with the main menu: Independent Learning, Training, Expertise, Counseling and Certification. The Palm Oil Learning Menu on: Certification and Training is the fastest menu found by respondents. Based on the evaluation of the usability of the Palm Oil Learning, Expertise, and Extension menus are the menus that take the longest time. The cause of errors in Expertise and Extension is due to the position of the menu that is difficult to see.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the Telaga Biru Desert, Bintan Regency, Riau Archipelago. The purpose of this research is to explore the tourism potential of the Telaga Biru Desert ecotourism destination and collaborative management that can be applied as an effort to develop a sustainable tourism area. Gurun Pasir Telaga Biru is part of an industrial area owned by PT Surya Bangun Pertiwi (SBP) with a land reserve of 4,000 hectares. Telaga Biru Desert has an area of 50 hectares which is planned as an industrial area green belt because of its location close to the Bintan airport. This research uses mixed methods, namely analysis from observations and interviews supported by quantitative data using Maple 2017 to understand the economic value and willingness of tourists to pay when visiting the tourist destination of the Telaga Biru Desert Desert. PT Surya Bangun Pertiwi (SBP) can use the Total Economic Value results as a data review to decide whether to keep the area as idle land or develop it as a nature-based tourism destination. The total economic value of the Telaga Biru Desert is IDR 493,950,214,550 per year, which means the economic value is IDR 862,290 per meter2. This figure is relatively high when compared to small businesses in providing a place with adequate facilities. Tourists can explore tourist areas with various interesting spots and try various kinds of rides provided. This destination will be more valuable if it carries out good collaborative management with more adequate infrastructure and can encourage the growth of MSMEs, education and the social community of the local community.

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan Price to Book Value yang tentunya berhubungan dengan harga saham yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Fenomena naik turunnya nilai perusahaan ini menarik untuk diteliti lebih lanjut. Karena disaat harga komoditas dan laba perusahaan menurun saat pandemi Covid-19, hal yang berbeda justru terjadi pada nilai perusahaan. Sehingga calon investor harus dapat menganalisis dengan tepat terkait kondisi perusahaan sebelum melakukan investasi agar ekspektasi investor terhadap tingkat pengembalian investasi dapat terpenuhi. Perusahaan dapat berkembang salah satunya karena adanya investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan dengan proksi profitabiltas dan leverage, kepemilikan asing, serta ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2017-2021. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 200 perusahaan. Metode sampling yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan sampel adalah metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan leverage, kepemilikan asing, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

AbstrakDalam lingkup perusahaan, anggaran memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mengendalikan dan mengalokasikan sumber daya finansial. Senjangan anggaran merupakan bagian yang krusial dari penganggaran karena dapat memengaruhi kinerja perusahaan dan niat manajer. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi hubungan yang ada antara narsisma dan senjangan anggaran dalam konteks institusi pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. Selain mempertimbangkan variabel narsisma, penelitian ini juga menganalisis peran gender sebagai variabel pemoderasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Pendekatan yang diambil oleh penelitian ini cukup unik, karena fokus pada konteks Indonesia dan menggunakan metode survei online dalam pengumpulan data. Analisis data dilakukan melalui metode Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan temuan menarik. Salah satu temuan utamanya adalah bahwa faktor jenis kelamin ternyata memiliki pengaruh terhadap hubungan antara tingkat narsisma dan senjangan anggaran. Meskipun dihipotesiskan bahwa narsisma dapat berkontribusi pada senjangan anggaran, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengaruh narsisma terhadap senjangan anggaran tidak dapat terkonfirmasi dalam konteks institusi pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. Ini menunjukkan adanya kompleksitas dalam hubungan antara narsisma dan senjangan anggaran yang mungkin dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang dalam penelitian ini faktor gender ternyata memengaruhi. Budgetary slack is a crucial part of budgeting because it can affect company performance and managers' intentions. This research investigates the relationship that exists between narcissism and budgetary slack in the context of higher education institutions in Indonesia. In addition to considering the variable narcissism, this study also analyzes the role of gender as a moderating variable in this relationship. The approach taken by this study is quite unique, as it focuses on the Indonesian context and uses online survey methods in data collection. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of this study provide interesting findings. One of the main findings is that the gender factor has an influence on the relationship between the level of narcissism and budgetary slack. Although it is hypothesized that narcissism can contribute to budgetary slack, this research finds that the influence of narcissism on budgetary slack cannot be confirmed in the context of higher education institutions in Indonesia. This shows the existence of complexity in the relationship between narcissism and budgetary slack which may be influenced by other factors that in the research gender factor turns out to influence.Keywords: personality traits, narcissism, budgetary slack, gender, age

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level and relationship of entrepreneur self-efficacy and hardiness. In line with the objectives of this research, this research uses quantitative research methods. The research subjects were 150 youths. The method of data collection is by distributing questionnaires. With the data management method using descriptive analysis and correlation test. The results of this study that youth have a high level of entrepreneurial self-efficacy or entrepreneurial self-efficacy. This is obtained from the data, namely youth with a high category of self-efficacy in entrepreneurship as many as 74 people. The data obtained shows relevance to the factor, namely the pressure obtained due to the pandemic period causing youth to have self-initiation against the conditions experienced. Therefore, the entrepreneurial attitude dimensions of self-efficacy and hardiness are needed for the formation of strong and confident entrepreneurs, especially during a pandemic which requires taking risks when economic growth declines.
