Abstract

Operational vehicle usage reporting is an important part of corporate administration, particularly for companies that provide operational vehicle services to clients and require supporting documents for authorization and billing purposes. PT Wahanakarsa Swandiri has implemented the Daily Light Vehicle Report (R1) as a standard daily reporting format for light operational vehicle usage, compiled from trip detail data monitored by the Operation Control System (OCS) division. This community service activity was carried out through the Impactful Internship Program, focusing on mentorship in the preparation and verification of the R1 report, whose format was already established and had been in use prior to the activity. The activity followed the existing workflow, which included receiving vehicle trip detail data from the OCS division via email, printing the data according to vehicle unit codes, inputting trip information into the R1 format along with operational status coding (code 1 for working/on-location status, codes 2 and 3 for standby status, and code 4 for rest status), and submitting the report to the driver for the approval signature process from relevant parties. Once approved, the R1 report was forwarded to the Project Control division to serve as the basis for vehicle usage billing. The results show that the student's role in this process contributed to the accuracy and consistency of daily data entry, while also serving as a direct learning experience on how an administrative document functions as an authorization instrument and billing basis within the company's operational cycle. This activity strengthened students' understanding of applying Management Information System concepts and internal control, particularly transaction authorization, in real business administration practice.

Abstract

The Community Service Learning (KKN) activity of Group 66, Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, was conducted in Buni Bakti Village, Babelan District, Bekasi Regency for 30 days during May–June 2026. Preliminary observations identified key issues including low public awareness of waste management, insufficient green space, and limited understanding among children regarding positive behavior and discipline. Three work programs were designed: (1) Waste Bank Socialization and Community Cleanup attended by residents of RT 09, (2) Children's Environmental Education involving 25 elementary school-aged children, and (3) Greening and Waste Decomposition Education through seedling planting and installation of educational boards. A participatory and educational approach was applied, actively engaging Buni Bakti Village residents. Results showed the establishment of a waste bank unit, expansion of green zones in the village, and improved awareness and understanding among children regarding environmental stewardship and positive conduct. This KKN program contributed to strengthening village community capacity through sustained knowledge transfer and direct practice.

Abstract

The global economic crisis, coupled with fluctuations in fuel prices, has placed immense pressure on archipelagic and border regions such as Morotai Island Regency. As a designated Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Morotai reliance on external logistics supplies renders it highly vulnerable to inflation. This community service initiative aims to provide education, policy advocacy, and the formulation of integrative strategies based on four key perspectives: accounting, politics, fiscal policy, and regional development planning. The implementation method utilized public dialogue. The results indicate an improved understanding among students regarding budget efficiency, the strengthening of local-scale fuel distribution oversight regulations, and the reformulation of central-to-regional transfer funds for social safety nets.

Abstract

Athletic achievement is determined not only by physical and technical ability but also by psychological factors that support the training and competition process, such as pressure to win, intense competition, injury, and failure to reach targets. One psychological factor that plays an important role in helping athletes persist and grow when facing such obstacles is growth mindset, the belief that ability can continually be developed through effort, consistent practice, and appropriate strategies. This positive psychology intervention aimed to help athletes understand the concept of growth mindset, shift negative thinking about failure into an opportunity to learn, and increase motivation, persistence, self-reflection, self-confidence, and optimism during training. The program was conducted over four consecutive days with a 45-minute session each day, involving five athletes aged 15-25 years from school, university, and sports club backgrounds. The methods used included psychoeducation, group reflection and discussion, writing about failure experiences, learning from inspiring athletes' stories, setting training targets, and formulating personal commitments to apply growth mindset. Evaluation results showed that participants experienced improved understanding of growth mindset, a shift in perspective on failure from an obstacle to a learning opportunity, increased motivation and persistence in training, as well as increased self-confidence and optimism in facing challenges.

Abstract

In addition to serving as a source of nutrition, breastfeeding also enhances infant intelligence and strengthens the emotional bond between mother and baby. The benefits of breastfeeding increase when exclusive breastfeeding is maintained for the first six months of life, as recommended in Indonesia's National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2015–2019. The duration of breastfeeding varies depending on the infant's sucking pattern. If breastfeeding lasts too long (more than 30 minutes) or too briefly (less than 4 minutes), it may indicate problems with the baby's latch onto the mother's nipple. The frequency of breastfeeding greatly influences the infant's physical and emotional health. Appropriate breastfeeding frequency and duration can improve the baby's comfort and support healthy weight gain. One strategy to enhance infant comfort and promote weight gain is through infant massage. This community service program (PKM) was conducted in Bandar Khalipah Village, Percut Sei Tuan, and included educational sessions, question-and-answer discussions, and hands-on infant massage training. The results of the program demonstrated positive benefits, as reflected in the mothers' improved understanding and favorable responses to the educational materials presented. It can therefore be concluded that this community service activity successfully increased mothers' knowledge regarding efforts to optimize infant growth and development through the practice of infant massage, which may influence breastfeeding duration. It is expected that, following this program, breastfeeding mothers will be able to perform infant massage independently at home as part of their efforts to support their babies' optimal growth and development.

Abstract

This article is intended to serve as a model for drama analysis using a pragmatik approach, applying the relevance theory proposed by Sperber and Wilson. The play used as an example is Arthur Miller's "Death of a Salesman." The author presents dialogue between the play's characters as material for analyzing meaning. This meaning lies at the level of explicature, high-level explicature, and implicature. It is hoped that students will be able to apply this analysis model in their final assignments.

Abstract

Jelly candies available on the market generally contain synthetic food additives, such as preservatives, artificial sweeteners, and artificial colorings, which may pose health risks, particularly to children, when consumed excessively. This community service program aimed to increase participants' knowledge about the potential hazards of synthetic food additives, provide practical training on producing healthy jelly candies using natural ingredients, and encourage the development of safe, home-based food products with economic value. The program targeted 22 members of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) group in North Alalak Village. The implementation consisted of preparation, educational counseling, demonstrations and hands-on practice in making jelly candies from oranges and butterfly pea flowers (Clitoria ternatea L.), followed by evaluation using pre-test and post-test assessments. Oranges were selected for their natural flavor and high vitamin C content, while butterfly pea flowers were chosen for their anthocyanin content, which functions as a natural antioxidant. The results showed a high level of participant enthusiasm and a significant improvement in knowledge, as evidenced by the comparison of pre-test and post-test results. Participants were also able to independently prepare healthy jelly candies using natural ingredients. This program successfully enhanced the knowledge and skills of PKK members in processing natural food products while creating opportunities to develop healthy jelly candies as safe snacks for children and as potential home-based business products.

Abstract

Digital transformation and the rapid development of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) present significant opportunities for community organizations, including the Family Welfare and Empowerment Movement (Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga—PKK), to improve the effectiveness of organizational administration and activity promotion. However, PKK members continue to face challenges in manually preparing administrative documents, have limited skills in creating engaging digital promotional content, and possess insufficient understanding of the ethical and responsible use of AI. This community service program aims to enhance the digital literacy and capacity of PKK members in utilizing AI to support organizational administration, including the preparation of official correspondence, proposals, reports, and meeting minutes, as well as the promotion of organizational activities and products from the Family Income Improvement Program (Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga—UP2K). The program employs a Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach consisting of four stages: preparation, training, practice and mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. Data are analyzed using descriptive statistics for the pre-test, post-test, and participant satisfaction questionnaire, while qualitative descriptive analysis is applied to observational and interview data. The program is expected to increase participants' understanding by at least 30% compared with their pre-training level, enable at least 80% of participants to independently prepare administrative documents and promotional content using AI, and achieve a partner satisfaction rate of at least 85%. The program outputs include a training module, an AI prompt guide, tutorial videos, AI-assisted administrative and promotional templates, and a sustainable digital mentoring community to support the long-term digital transformation of PKK organizations.
