Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pembelajaran literasi siswa pada GLS di SD Inpres Boyaoge, penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriftif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa SD Inpres Boyaoge. Dari hasil pengamatan di temukan bahwa di SD Inpres Boyaoge telah memiliki kegiatan program literasi melalui 3 tahap yaitu; fase pembiasaan, fase pengembangan dan fase pembelajaran hal ini dapat di terpkan kepada seluruh siswa gar mampu mengembangkan pelajaran yang tepat sehingga dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan juga meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan potensi siswa sutuhnya.

Abstract

Strategi pemasaran adalah progam menyeluruh dari sebuah usaha atau perusahaan dalam menentukan target pemasaran dalam mencapai tujuan yaitu keuntungan. Dalam hal ini strategi pemasaran untuk home industri kacandipa yang berada di sunju dilakukan dengan bantuan metode alat–alat digital, khususnya internet berupa aplikasi seperti facebook, instagram dan whattsapp dalam hal jual beli produk. Bagi warga desa sunju, yang terkenal dengan industri rumahan kacandipa sangat penting untuk menguasai strategi markteing berbasis digital untuk mendongkrak pemasarannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah turun langsung ke lapangan atau tempat yang dimaksud, melakukan wawancara langsung dengan pelaku industri rumahan kacandipa di sunju, serta memberikan pemahaman mengenai strategi pemasaran kepada pelaku industri rumahan kacandipa. Hasil pengabdian berupa data – data informasi dan hasil wawacara kepada pelaku indstri rumahan yang difokuskan pada strategi pemasaran kacandipa. Pentingnya hasil pengabdian ini yaitu pemerataan edukasi mengenai strategi pemasaran secara digital, dan meningkatkan potensi UMKM yang ada di Desa Sunju

Abstract

Administrasi yang diperlukan setiap guru untuk kegiatan mengajar pasti akan membantu guru dalam mengelola kegiatan mengajar agar tujuan dari kegiatan mengajar tersebut dapat tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapkan teknologi administrasi dalam knowledge transfer guru yang akan dijadikan tindak lanjut untuk menerapkan teknologi administrasi dan juga untuk mengetahui perkembangan para guru dalam melengkapi administrasi menggunakan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan tersebut yaitu observasi dengan melakukakan pengamatan langsung dilapangan untuk mengetahui kondisi yang terjadi apa yang butuhkan oleh sekolah dan apa kendala yang terjadi. Melalui knowledge transfer beberapa guru yang sebelumnya kesulitan menggunakan teknologi khususnya laptop perlahan mulai bisa, mereka mulai menyusun administrasi menggunakan teknologi dan menyimpan arsip-arsip di laptop. Dalam program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat langsung kepada para guru, khususnya guru SD Inpres Boyaoge dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dalam pelengkapan administrasi menggunakan teknologi.

Abstract

Kemampuan untuk memberikan pelayanan prima, konsep suasana yang nyaman dan menarik serta upayamenciptakan kepuasan absolut dari pengunjung adalah bagian penting yang harus direalisasikan dalam bisnis hotel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kesenjangan antara kepentingan dan kinerja dari atribut-atribut kualitas layanan, kepuasan pengunjung pada Wing Hotel Kualanamu. Responden dalam penelitian ini 98 orang karyawan Wing Hotel Kualanamu. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data berupa importance performance analysis. Pada analisis IPA untuk penilaian berdasarkan kualitas pelayanan, penilaian harapan dilakukan oleh tamu yang menginap di Wing Hotel Kualanamu sedangkan penilaian kinerja karyawan dilakukan oleh General Manager Wing Hotel Kualanamu dengan merujuk pada 8 indikator, yaitu attitude, dicipline, loyalitas, inisiatif, speedity, work quality, responsible, dan skill and knowledge. Untuk penilaian berdasarkan posisi jabatan, penilaian harapan dilakukan oleh General Manager Wing Hotel Kualanamu sedangkan penilaian kinerja karyawan dilakukan oleh Head of Department. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Karyawan yang memerlukan penanganan yang perlu diprioritaskan oleh pihak Wing Hotel Kualanamu dalam hal peningkatan kualitas pelayanan di tahun 2020 ada 6 profesi dan pada tahun 2021 ada 9 profesi; (2) Karyawan yang perlu mempertahankan kinerjanya pada tahun 2020 ada 9 profesi Executive Chef, Steward, Security Crew, Chief Accounting, IT, HRD, HRGA, General Adm, Leader Gardener dan pada tahun 2021 ada 11 profesi; (3)Karyawan dengan kinerja rendah dan tingkat prioritas pekerjaan rendah pada tahun 2020 ada 7 profesi dan pada tahun 2021 ada 6 profesi; (4) Karyawan dengan tingkat kepentingan yang rendah, namun tingkat kinerja tinggi pada tahun 2020 ada 9 profesi dan pada tahun 2021 ada 10 profesi.

Abstract

Sigapiton Village is one of the villages designated as a tourist village in Toba Regency based on the decision of the Toba Regent Number 665 of 2020, Sigapiton Village is designated as a Tourism Village. Sigapiton Tourism Village has the potential of a tourist attraction, but has not been developed to its full potential. This study aims to identify and describe the profile of potential tourist attractions owned by Sigapiton Tourism Village, identify and analyze internal and external factors that influence the development of Sigapiton Tourism Village, and develop tourism development strategies in Selulung Tourism Village. This study uses a qualitative method with the analysis of IFE, EFE, IE. Data collection was done by observation, interviews, Focus Group Discussion, giving questionnaires, examining documents and literature studies. The tourism potential of the Sigapiton Tourism Village is the potential for natural, cultural and man-made tourist attractions. Internal factors that influence the development of the Sigapiton Tourism Village are its natural and cultural attractions, tourism facilities, human resources and commitment to building a tourist village. External factors that influence are market trends (alternative tourism), well-known tourist destinations (Situmurun waterfall), Sister Village has been established between Silima Lombu and Sigapiton Tourism Village, and support from the government. The development strategy that can be applied in the Sigapiton Tourism Village is to develop tour packages that prioritize culture, art, local traditions, and agro-tourism, create interesting content marketing and carry out promotions, and build synergy with the surrounding tourist villages in Ajibata sub-district, Kabupaten Sigapiton. Toba.

Abstract

Digital media is growing rapidly in modern times like today, including the development of social media such as Instagram which is now popular social media. Marked by an increase in active users of Instagram social media every year in Indonesia, it creates new opportunities such as the Instagram account @barkas.jogjakarta. Until now the Instagram account @barkas.jogjakarta has 210.000 followers and 64.300 uploads. The @barkas.jogjakarta account is an account that provides the first and largest service for uploading used goods in Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Instagram @barkas.jogjakarta content on followers' satisfaction. This study uses the Uses and Gratifications theory where social media users actively seek media that can meet their needs and get satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires online. The population used in this study were Instagram followers @barkas.jogjakarta and obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The data testing technique in this study was assisted by using SPSS software version 27. The results of this study and also the variable Y (Followers Satisfaction). It is also strengthened by the results of the hypothesis test that there is an influence on Instagram @barkas.jogjakarta content on followers' satisfaction. The results of the coefficient of determination show that 51.6% of followers' satisfaction is influenced by Instagram content and the rest is influenced by other factors. Abstract

The research on internal environmental analysis was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero), a public company that focuses on plantation business in Medan, Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the internal environment in achieving goals and developing company strategies. This research employed a qualitative approach. The conclusion of this study is that the company has not been able to manage its strengths to achieve its goals, but has been successful in managing its human resources, resulting in increased business revenue.

Abstract

Business development in the world has entered the era of free competition not only in a small scope but a large scope, this creates fierce competition between companies. Efforts made by a company to win a market by providing advantages in competition, analyzing competing companies, and implementing effective marketing strategies. This study uses Literature Review research with the results of research that management strategies are oriented towards developing macro strategies such as product strategy development, pricing implementation strategies, acquisition strategies, market development strategies, financial and other strategies. The steps of strategy management include: internal and external environment scanning (Internal &; External Scanning), Strategy Formulation, Implementation, Function Control and Evaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, facilities and ease of access on customer satisfaction at Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. The population is all customers who travel through Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. The sample in this study used probability sampling, with a total sample of 100 respondents.The results showed that service quality had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (t count = 5.201 > t table = 1.658 and a significance number = 0.000 <  = 0.05). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) is that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Facilities have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (t count = 2.653 > t table = 1.658 and a significance number = 0.009 <  = 0.05). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) is that facilities have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Ease of access has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (t count = 3.206 > t table = 1.658 and a significance number = 0.002 <  = 0.05). Thus, the hypothesis (H3) is that ease of access has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.The regression coefficient β1 = 0.432, (signed positive) means that the better the service quality, the higher the customer satisfaction. The regression coefficient β2 = 0.222, (signed positive) means that the better the facilities provided, the higher the customer satisfaction. The regression coefficient β3 = 0.264 (signed positive) means that if the ease of access is good, the customer satisfaction will be higher at Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang.

Abstract

This research on teacher performance aims to analyze the effect of achievement motivation and career development on teacher performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all public elementary school teachers in the Education Coordination Unit, Mlonggo District, Jepara Regency, amounting to 298 people. Determination of the number of samples in this study based on Isaac's table and with an error rate of 5%, obtained 158, and the data processed were 125. The method of analysis used path analysis with multiple regression models. The results of hypothesis testing show that achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, so it can be interpreted that the higher the achievement motivation, the higher the organizational commitment. Career development has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, so it can be interpreted that the better the career development, the higher the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the organizational commitment, the better the teacher's performance. Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so it can be interpreted that the higher the achievement motivation, the better the teacher's performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance so that it can be interpreted that the better the career development carried out, the better the teacher's performance. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that organizational commitment can mediate the effect of achievement motivation on teacher performance. This proves that organizational commitment as a mediating variable of the influence of achievement motivation on teacher performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of career development on teacher performance. This proves that organizational commitment as a mediating variable of the influence of career development on teacher performance.
