Abstract

The study of leadership includes autnetic leadership. This focuses on the genuineness and authenticity of authentic leadership. Authentic leadership is about authentic leaders and their leadership, as described in this method. In order to understand what authentic leadership is, authentic approaches, authentic components, and authentic variables must first be identified. Although the information used in this study is secondary. Secondary data is information that researchers have gleaned from pre-existing sources or from the findings of studies and documents that have been preserved as research artifacts. The conduct of leaders and followers is positively impacted by authentic leadership style. Although it can happen, genuine development is difficult to construct

Abstract

This article is made to find out the description of the situational approach study regarding a person's personality that is influenced by conditions or situations that occur in a particular environment. This article is prepared based on a literature study by comparing books, journals and other literature, this writing uses literature study writing. This situational approach explains that a leader must be effective in a variety of organizational settings that relate to the tasks of the organization. There are four styles of situational leadership: S1 is high command-low support, S2 is high command-high support, S3 is low command-high support, and S4 is low command-low support. Situational leadership is related to the level of development of employees or subordinates. The leader's behavior must be able to adjust to the situation and conditions of subordinates who are different from one another and the indicators that influence it are the dimensions of telling, selling, participating, and delegation. The advantage of situational leadership compared to other leadership is that in this situational leadership depends on the level of maturity of the subordinates who will be influenced by the leader.

Abstract

Application of the database system using the Dikbud HR application in personnel information services within the Indonesian Cultural Arts Institute (ISBI) Tanah Papua. Dikbud HR is a special application designed to meet the needs of personnel administration in the fields of education and culture. The results of implementing the Dikbud HR application are to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel administration at ISBI Tanah Papua. In this study, data was collected through interviews with related parties and retention analysis related to the implementation of Education and Culture HR at ISBI Tanah Papua. The results of the study show that the application of the Education and Culture HR application brings significant benefits. First, the database system allows storing employee data in a structured manner, facilitating the management of personal information, work history, training and employee achievements. Second, attendance and leave management becomes more efficient with electronic attendance records and an automated process for applying for leave. Third, employee payroll can be done automatically based on the risk of salary data, benefits and deductions stored in the database, reducing calculation errors and speeding up the payroll process. Fourth, the management of employee training and development becomes more effective with well-documented training history data. Fifth, reports and analysis generated from the system database enable management to obtain accurate information and deeper insights into employee performance and the effectiveness of staffing programs.

Abstract

The scope of this study focuses on work motivation (X1) and non-physical work environment (X2) variables on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The population of employees of PT. Mitra Distribusi Mandiri Sungai Pareman Branch Makassar as many as 30 people. This research uses quantitative methods.The sampling technique uses a saturated side approach. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity and reliability test instruments, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. From the results of this study that the variable work motivation has a partially significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant t value of 0,000 < 0,05. The non-physical work environment has a partially significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant t value of 0,000 < 0,05. Simultaneously work motivation and non-physical work environment have a significant influence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the still not maximal local revenue in the city of Banjar. This is indicated by the low quality of human resources, lack of socialization, low innovation, weak level of supervision and low stakeholder support from various parties in collaborating. Research is focused on studies using the theoretical approach of Emerson, Nabatchi & Balogh (2011), namely the Collaborative Governance Regime (CGR) model through 1). System context dimension 2). Drivers dimensions include (leadership, incentive consequences and interdependence), and 3). The dynamics of collaboration (Principled Engagement, shared motivation, and capacity for joint action). With the aim of the research to examine and analyze the implementation and the constraints that have caused it to be ineffective, as well as an effective strategy for implementing collaborative governance in increasing Regional Original Income in the City of Banjar. The research method uses descriptive analysis with a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, literature studies and observation. The research results show: 1). The implementation of collaborative governance in increasing Local Own Revenue in the City of Banjar on the dynamics dimension of collaboration can be said to have not run optimally, more concrete efforts are still needed related to motivation, awareness, work systems and technical policy support while on the system context and drivers dimensions concerning the availability of resources resources, and budget constraints as well as the level of supervision has been carried out optimally. 2). Obstacle factors in the implementation of collaborative governance in increasing Local Revenue in the City of Banjar, namely the low level of communication and coordination; lack of human resources and budget, lack of technical regulatory support regarding the involvement of stakeholders (private parties and community leaders); as well as the low support and commitment of policy makers from members of the legislature, regional tax-producing apparatus organizations, and stakeholders (private parties and community leaders). 3). Collaborative governance strategies in increasing effective Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Banjar City are aggressive growth strategies by maintaining the previous strategy and optimizing the strengthening of the second availability of human resources, budget and infrastructure; maximizing the clarity of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), regarding tax collection, support from the private sector and other OPDs, as well as optimizing the involvement of cross-sectoral collaboration (government, private parties and community leaders) through Collaborative Governance in the City of Banjar.

Abstract

The database is a collection of data items related to each other and organized based on a certain system or structure. They are stored in computer hardware and software and are used to process data (updated, retrieved, processed by certain calculations and deleted) with a specific purpose. In a database company it is very useful, one of which is PT Arjuna Land City Group. For them the database is very useful for providing information to companies about consumers, marketing, availability of goods, prices, consumer payments, and many others. The purpose of this research is to provide information to readers on the role and use of databases in a company, one of which is PT Arjuna Land City Group, which is in charge of business in the developer sector. The results of this research are the results of my interview with one of the company's employees along with examples from the database they use.

Abstract

Logo rebranding training and mentoring as an effort to increase business competitiveness for MSMEs in Gebang Putih sub-district. Gebang Putih village is one of the villages in the Sukolilo sub-district. Gebang Putih sub-district has quite a number of MSMEs, some of which are quite large, but not a few are still pioneering. we identified one of the problems lies in the lack of branding on the products being marketed, one of which is the problem of rebranding the MSMEs logo. Some MSMEs in the Gebang Putih sub-district still have a logo design that tends to be simple and there are even a number of MSMEs in the Gebang Putih sub-district that do not yet have a logo. Branding is something that is in a product or service such as a name, sign, symbol, logo, or a combination of all that aims to identify a product or service. the purpose of branding is to introduce a product or to the wider community, build public trust in a product, and to shape public perception of a product being sold. Based on the above problems, a logo rebranding training and mentoring program was implemented for MSMEs in the Gebang Putih sub-district. The training and assistance is intended so that MSMEs can recognize the importance of branding and make their own logo designs more attractive.

Abstract

Financial institutions appear in the economy when money has become a medium of exchange for buying and selling. Initially, this institution only served as a connecting vessel for buying and selling transactions. Then came the usury system. This study aims to determine whether the influence of student knowledge about usury can affect the intention to save in conventional banks at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The researcher uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in which the researcher uses field research by interviewing 10 informants, namely students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra who have savings at conventional bank ATMs and Islamic banks. Because what we know is that students, especially UINSU students, must have learned about usury. However, in reality in the field, almost all student respondents definitely use conventional banks, which means they are indifferent to the law of usury. Therefore, the researchers concluded that students only need to learn more about usury and apply it to everyday life. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Corporate Image, and Customer Loyalty on Customer Satisfaction. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is VIP inpatient room customers at RSI Siti Hajar. by using purposive sampling technique and obtained 100 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that service quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) and corporate image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Another result, that together service quality and corporate image have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Management is always interpreted as the process of organizing, regulating, managing human resources, to controlling in order to achieve the objectives of an activity. In everyday life, of course, we cannot avoid management science (POAC). The concept of management is a particular process consisting of planning, organizing, transferring and directing, which is carried out with the help of people and other resources to establish and achieve certain goals. IT infrastructure is a long-term asset which is often referred to as an asset that creates value for an organization. This article thoroughly examines the theory of information technology infrastructure management, by writing this article using the literature research method, it is expected that we can better understand and apply it properly related to information technology infrastructure management.
