Abstract

Financial institutions appear in the economy when money has become a medium of exchange for buying and selling. Initially, this institution only served as a connecting vessel for buying and selling transactions. Then came the usury system. This study aims to determine whether the influence of student knowledge about usury can affect the intention to save in conventional banks at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The researcher uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach in which the researcher uses field research by interviewing 10 informants, namely students at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra who have savings at conventional bank ATMs and Islamic banks. Because what we know is that students, especially UINSU students, must have learned about usury. However, in reality in the field, almost all student respondents definitely use conventional banks, which means they are indifferent to the law of usury. Therefore, the researchers concluded that students only need to learn more about usury and apply it to everyday life. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Corporate Image, and Customer Loyalty on Customer Satisfaction. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is VIP inpatient room customers at RSI Siti Hajar. by using purposive sampling technique and obtained 100 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that service quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) and corporate image (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). Another result, that together service quality and corporate image have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Management is always interpreted as the process of organizing, regulating, managing human resources, to controlling in order to achieve the objectives of an activity. In everyday life, of course, we cannot avoid management science (POAC). The concept of management is a particular process consisting of planning, organizing, transferring and directing, which is carried out with the help of people and other resources to establish and achieve certain goals. IT infrastructure is a long-term asset which is often referred to as an asset that creates value for an organization. This article thoroughly examines the theory of information technology infrastructure management, by writing this article using the literature research method, it is expected that we can better understand and apply it properly related to information technology infrastructure management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and explain whether there is an influence between the variables of intrinsic motivation, work discipline, work facilities, and financial compensation on the performance of employees of CV. Alrava Albasia. The population used in this research is all employees of CV. Alrava Albasia, numbering 80 people. A sample of 80 people and using saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, hetoroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous). From the results of the study it was obtained that partially there is a significant influence between intrinsic motivation on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value t of 0.012 <0.05 work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05 work facilities has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.010 <0.05 financial compensation has a significant influence on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Intrinsic motivation, work discipline, work facilities and financial compensation simultaneously affect the performance of CV employees. Alrava Albasia with a significant F value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

The development of the times and technology demands that many people be able to balance in the realm of work, such as UMKM. In its development, it is required to introduce and market its products more easily and modernly. This is what gave rise to the term "Digital Marketing", product marketing that utilizes the internet and other interactive technologies to connect dialogue between producers and consumers. The writer who does community service in Nglebak Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency helps several UMKM in introducing what Digital Marketing is and how to get started. With the method of implementing UMKM socialization which invites a resource person in his field. Followed by assistance in creating brand identity and E-Commerce. It ends with the physical delivery of brand identity such as business cards, business stickers, etc to UMKM. It was concluded that UMKM in Nglebak Village, who previously did not know the importance of brand identity and Digital Marketing, can now understand the importance of a brand identity and Digital Marketing after following the stages of the community service implementation method carried out by the author.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether MSME actors have implemented the right financial resilience so they are ready to face unexpected increases in production costs. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method, namely a method that aims to find out the phenomenon of what is experienced by the research subject and describe it in the form of words. The results of this study are that MSME actors have not implemented financial security properly.

Abstract

This research examines change management in an Islamic perspective. The research method used is a qualitative approach using literature studies and theoretical analysis. Through an in-depth understanding of related literature, concepts and principles of change management that are appropriate to the context of Islamic education are identified. In this study, data will be collected through literature studies which include books, journals, articles, and other reliable sources related to change management from an Islamic perspective. Change management is an effort made by a leader or manager in subordinating a plan, coordination, direction, control/supervision to achieve goals or objectives that can make an organization or institution better than yesterday to achieve goals. Change Management in Islamic perspective consists of phases namely human, development.

Abstract

Tourism has a goal of helping the country's economy. Therefore it is necessary to develop tourism that can help local people by creating jobs and increasing regional income. Tourism development can be carried out in areas that have tourism potential, such as in Wonosalam Village, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency. One of them is the Kebon Kopi tourist attraction located in Sumber Gogor, Mangirejo Hamlet, Wonosalam Village, where there is a program to develop coffee gardens as camping ground locations to increase its natural tourism potential. The research method uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature review. The results of the discussion show that the development of the camping ground in Wonosalam Village, Dusun Mangirejo requires a coffee plantation development strategy with the concept of attracting tourists or visitors and opening up the tourism economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work involvement and morale on employee performance at the Sorong DAMRI Office. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods and correlations. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews with all employees of the Sorong DAMRI Office as many as 30 respondents using the Saturated Sampling Technique. This study uses the SPSS Version 25 application program for windows, the results of this study indicate that the variables of work involvement and morale on employee performance have a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of reward, punishment and employee discipline at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, the data obtained directly through questionnaires to 45 respondents taken from employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tasikmalaya. Sampling used saturated sampling technique and the analytical method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The test results showed that rewards partially had a significant effect on work discipline and punishment partially had a significant effect on work discipline. Simultaneously reward and punishment have a significant effect on employee discipline at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tasikmalaya.
