Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of workload and compensation on work productivity in PR. Makmur. Respondents in this study were PR. Makmur production employees. In this study using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from PR.Makmur companies. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that workload has a significant effect on employee work productivity, compensation has a significant effect on work productivity and workload and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee produktivity. This means that when the workload and compensation is high, the work produktivity of employees will increases

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and giving of incentives on work discipline in Tasco Minimarket Tasikmalaya employees. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 45 respondents, who are all employees at Tasco Minimarket Tasikmalaya. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this test prove that competence and giving of incentives have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the work discipline of Tasco Minimarket Tasikmalaya employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work  experience and digital literacy on employee work productivity at the Tasikmalaya AN Sport Convection The population in this research is the special sewing and cutting production department with 42 employess. The sampling technique was carried out by means of saturated sampling. The research method used is quantitative which in this analysis uses multiple linear regression equations. Data were processes using SPSS version 25. The resuts of this study indicate that work experience and digital literacy have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Tasikmalaya AN Sport Convection.

Abstract

Employee performance is crucial to the success of an organization. To improve and optimize performance, factors such as work motivation and work environment play a crucial role. The study used a total sampling technique or a saturated sample, with a total sample of 38 people from a total population of 60 people. These data were analyzed by the authors using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) application program, Version 22. Based on the results of the research, it is partially and simultaneously known that motivation and working environment have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Branch Margonda Depok.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the willingness to pay visitors to the Pematangsiantar City Animal Park and the factors that influence the WTP of the Pematangsiantar City Animal Park. For the research, a sample of 100 people was taken, the sampling was carried out with purposive sampling technique. Sampling of 100 people is considered sufficient considering the population which is the object of research is considered homogeneous. The method used in this study using the TCM model, then continued with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the average value of the wellingness to pay (WTP) of tourists at the Pematang Siantar Animal Park Tourism Object was Rp. 10,185, -. And the factors that can affect the willingness to pay (WTP) of the Pematang Siantar Animal Park Tourism Object are income, education, travel time, and travel costs have a positive and significant value on the willingness to pay (WTP) of the Pematang Siantar Animal Park Tourism Object.

Abstract

Competition in the laptop industry today is getting tougher. Each of these laptop manufacturers creates laptop products that have good quality, to be able to have a competitive advantage in the laptop industry. This study aims to explain the influence of brand image, price, and product quality in influencing purchasing decisions from ASUS brand laptops and which ones have the greatest influence on purchasing decisions on ASUS brand laptops. Brand image is a requirement of a strong brand. So if the manufacturer creates a brand image, that image will be difficult to erase from the memory of consumers. In creating a brand image, manufacturers must slowly and carefully so that the brand image they create can attract and make consumers always remember the brand.

Abstract

.This study aims to see the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Experience on the Quality of Teacher Work at Smkn 1 Bukit Sundi. the type of research used is correlative descriptive research. Descriptive correlatives are a research method that aims to see the relationship between two or more variables. The influencing variable is an independent variable (X), while the variable affected by the independent variable is called the dependent variable (Y). Based on the results of the study obtained the double linear regression equation is Y = 45.312 -0.057X1 +0.100X2 +e The value of the constant is 45.312. The results of the study determined by Rsquare were 0.012 or 1.2%. H1 was received with a calculated value of -0.267 <2,051 and a signification value greater than 0.05 (0.791 > 0.05), H2 was received with a calculated value of 0.525 < a table of 2.051 and a signification value greater than 0.05 (0.604 > 0.05). H3 did not have a significant and simultaneous influence together on the teacher work quality with a calculated F value of 0.160 < Ftabel of 3.34 and a signification value of 0.853 > 0.05.

Abstract

The development of the business world is currently experiencing quite high development, not only in the manufacturing industry but many are entering the world of service markets, by presenting similar or even the same service products, thus making service businesses compete to provide service quality and satisfaction in order to gain customer loyalty. . This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of consumers who had ordered more than 3 times which resulted in a sample of 90 people, the method of data collection was through distributing google form questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5 as a measuring tool. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple linear analysis and partial regression test (t test). Data processing was carried out using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicated that service quality had a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction was proven to mediate the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of interest rates on the number of customers at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pangli Unit. The information used in this examination includes savings rates and number of customers for the last three years, from 2019 to 2021. The analytical method applied in this exploration is comparative descriptive with primary data by utilizing important information obtained directly from the object of the examination. The consequences of this research show that there is a relationship between deposit interest rates and the number of customers at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pangli Unit.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to determine the following: (1) Tangible influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, (2) Reliability influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, (3) Responsiveness influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, (4) Assurance influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction, and (5) Empathy influence on Kolaka RSBG customer satisfaction. The sample in this research has 122 respondens, which used the sampling technique known as incidental sampling. Instrumen in this research used validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. Research data analysis techniques used the Structural Equation Method Modeling (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of the research, it could be conculed that while Tangible variables had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, as shown by their T-Statistic value of 3.667 and P-Values of 0.000, the Reliability variable’s impact on customer satisfaction has both positive and significant.This is shown by their T-Statistic value of 0,079 and P-Value of 0,469. With a T-Statistic value of 2.695 and P-Value of 0.004, the variable Responsiveness had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, whereas the variable assurance had a negative and negligible impact. The Empathy variable had a positive and substantial impact on Customer Satisfaction , as shown by a T-Statistic value of 1.647 and P-Values of 0.050. Customer are indicated by a T-Statistic value of 0.867 and P-Values of 0,185.
