Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kosentrasi asap cair sekam padi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil lobak putih pada tanah podzolik merah kuning dan tanah grumosol. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di greenhouse UPTD Balai Benih Pertanian Bantul dijalan Mindi, Dusun Ngentak, Desa Sumberagung, Kecamatan Jetis, Kabupaten Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta mulai pada bulan Oktober - Desember 2022. Penelitian dilakukan dengan percobaan faktorial 2 x 3, yang disusun dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 kali ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah jenis tanah, T1 = tanah grumosol, T2 = tanah podzolik merah kuning. Faktor kedua adalah kosentrasi asap cair, K1 = kosentrasi 1%, K2 = kosentrasi 2%, K3 = kosentrasi 3%. Variabel pengamatan meliputi jumlah daun, panjang umbi, saat pembentukan umbi, diameter umbi, berat segar umbi, jumlah klorofil, ahoot root rasio. Analisis variabel pengamatan menggunakan sidik ragam pada taraf 5%, dilanjutkan dengan menggunkan Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf α = 5%. Hasil pengamatan menunjukan bahwa tidak ada interaksi terhadap semua variable pengamatan antar kosentrasi asap cair sekam padi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil lobak putih pada tanah podzolik merah kuning dan tanah grumosol. Perlakuan jenis tanah podzolik merah kuning menunjukkan beda nyata terhadap variabel pengamatan berat segar umbi dan jumlah klorofil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the source of organic fertilizer and the correct dose of NPK fertilizer that can increase the growth and yield of sweet corn, and to determine the interaction between the source of organic fertilizer and dose of NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of sweet corn. This research was conducted in June – December 2022, located in Giwangan, Yogyakarta. This research was arranged using RCBD with 2 factors. First factor is the source of organic fertilizer consisting of chicken manure, cow manure, and household waste compost. Second factor was the dose of NPK fertilizer which consisted of 100 kg/ha, 150 kg/ha, and 200 kg/ha. The variables obeserved include growth variables consisting of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, and chlorophyll content and yield variables consisting of plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, cob weight, cob diameter, yield per hectare, number of rows of seeds on the cob, and fruit sweetness level. Data analysis used was a 5% level of variance followed by a 5% DMRT test. The result showed that there was no interaction with all variables, except for the level of sweetness of the fruit. Organic fertilizer sources have no effect on all variables. NPK fertilizer dose treatment didn’t affect all variables. The combination of treatments with organic fertilizer sources (chicken manure, cow manure, compost) and NPK fertilizer doses (100, 150, 200) kg/hashowed no effect on the control of growth variables, but had an effect on yield variables. Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of the right number of seeds and doses on NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of sweet corn plants and to determine the interaction between the number of seed and to the dose of compound fertilizer on the growth and yield of sweet corn plants. The research was conducted from June to December 2022 in Giwangan, Umbulharjo, Yogyakarta. The research is arranged in RAKL with two factors. The first factor is the number of seeds per planting hole, namely on seed per planting hole (D₁), and two seeds per planting hole (D₂). the second factor is the dose of compound fertilizer, namely the dose of NPK fertilizer 100 kg/ha (N₁), 150 kg/ha (N₂), and 200 kg/ha (N₃). The variables observed consisted of growth variables, such as average plant heigh, number of leaves per plant, leaf area of the plantation, chorophyll content, fresh weight per plant, dry weight per plant and yield variables such as fresh weight per plant, dry weight per plant, weight brown cobs, weight of brown cobs per hectare, number of leaves per plant, cob diameter, number of rows of seeds on cob, sweetness level. Observational data were analyzed using variance at the 5% level followed by the DMRT test at a = 5% level. The results of the analysis showed that there was no interaction between the number of seeds per planting hole and the dose of compound ferlizer on the growth and yield of sweet corn plants. The treatment of the number of seeds per planting hole showed an effect on growth, the number of two seeds per hole gave lower yields than the number of one seed per planting hole. Doses of 100 kg, 150 kg, 200 kg NPK fertilizer had no effect on the growth and yield of cob weight and fresh weight of sweet corn plants. The treatment of the number of seeds per planting hole and the application of NPK fertilizer showed a significant and higher difference with the control on growth and yield. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of doses of cassava and NPK fertilizers on the growth and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L) of Mentik Wangi variety. This research was carried out in September - February 2022 at the Makmur Sustainable Village Agricultural Training Center. This research was conducted with a factorial complete randomized block design (RAKL) experiment with 3 x 3 replications. It was designed using a factorial complete randomized design (RAKL) with 3 replications. The first factor was (F), which consisted of 3 replicates, namely KI: cassava at a dose of 0 t/ha, K2: cassava at a dose of 1.5 t/ha, K3: cassava at a dose of 2.5 t/ha. The second factor was the type of NPK fertilizer which consisted of 3 replicates, namely P1: phonksa dose of 300 kg/ha, P2: phonksa dose of 400 kg/ha, P3: phonksa dose of 500 kg/ha. Observations made included plant height, number of tillers, number of productive tillers, fresh weight, stalk dry weight, panicle length and number of grain per panicle, 1000 grain weight, weight per hectare. Treatment of cassava and NPK fertilizer doses showed no interaction on growth variables (plant height, number of tillers and number of productive tillers) and yield variables (fresh body weight and number of grain per panicle). The results of the study showed an interaction between the doses of cashew fertilizer and NPK fertilizer on plant height, number of tillers, number of productive tillers, fresh weight of chestnut and number of grain per panicle. The dosage treatment of cassava fertilizer was significantly different on the dry weight of approximation but not significantly different on the weight of 1000 grains, the weight of grain per hectare. The dosage treatment of Phonska NPK fertilizer had a significantly different effect on the approximation dry weight and 1000 grain weight, but not significantly different on panicle length and grain weight per hectare. Abstract

This research aims to obtain the right number of seeds per planting hole and the right dose of NPK fertilizer so that it can increase the growth and yield of sweet corn plants, and test whether there is an interaction between the number of seeds per planting hole and the dose of NPK fertilizer which can increase plant growth and yield. sweet corn. The research was carried out on the land of the Pelangi Mendungan Adult Farmers Group, Giwangan, Umbulharjo, Yogyakarta and at the Integrated Laboratory, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta. The research will start from June – December 2022, arranged in a Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) with 4 replications. The first factor is the number of seeds (D) one and two seeds per planting hole. The second factor is the dose of NPK (N) fertilizer (100, 150, and 200) kg/ha. The research results were analyzed using variance at the 5% level, then continued with the Duncan'S Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the a = 5% level. There was no interaction between the number of seeds per planting hole and the treatment dose of NPK fertilizer on all growth and yield variables. The number of seeds per planting hole influence the analysis of growth and yield of cob weight, the number of 1 seed per planting hole increases the weight per husked ear, while the number of 2 seeds per planting hole increases the wight of the ear per ha. The NPK fertilizer dose (100, 150, 200) kg/ha had no effect on growth and weight of sweet corn cobs per ha. Key words: sweet corn, weight of husked cobs, fresh weight per plant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interaction between various inorganic fertilizer treatments and varieties on the growth and yield of green beans. The research was conducted in September - December 2022 in Bungkus Hamlet, Parangtritis Village, Kretek District, Bantul Regency, Special Province of Yogyakarta. The study was arranged in Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL) which consisted of 2 factors, namely types of inorganic fertilizers with 4 levels (N, P and K) and varieties with 2 levels (Vima 3 and Local Parangtritis). Analysis of the results using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5% level. The results showed that there was no interaction between the types of inorganic fertilizers and varieties on the growth and yield of green bean plants. Treatment of various inorganic fertilizers did not show a significant difference to the growth of green beans, except for the variable number of leaves, number of pods per plant, and yield per hectare. Treatment of mixed inorganic fertilizers N, P, K gave the highest green bean yields. The treatment of mungbean varieties showed significantly different results on the growth of mungbeans, except for the variable plant height, number of pods and seed weight. The green bean variety Vima 3 gave higher yields than the local variety Parangtritis. Keyword: Inorganic fertilizers, growth and yield, green beans, varieties

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the interaction between the administration of various types of fertilizer bokashi and NPK ponska fertilizer doses on the growth of red rice of the red sembada variety. Sedayu, Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The agro-climate of the land in the Sedayu area is a lowland area with an elevation of 88 meters above sea level (masl), the soil type is regosol, with a PH of 5.5-6.7. The maximum temperature in Sedayu District is 32.40°C and a minimum temperature of 24.50°C, rainfall is 1.654 mm/year.This study used a Completely Randomized Block Design (RAKL) with two treatment factors, namely: Facto I Giving different types of bokashi fertilizer, J1 Bokashi Straw 2.500 kg /ha ,J2 Bokashi Mushroom Waste 2.500 kg/ha, J3 Without Bokashi 2.500 kg/ha Factor II Dosage of NPK phonska fertilizer, P1 200 kg/ha P2 250 kg/ha, P3 300 kg/ha variable growth and yield variable. Growth variables include plant height, number of tillers, plant fresh weight and plant dry weight. Yield variables include the number of productive tillers, panicle length, 1000 grain weight and grain yield per hectare. Data were analyzed using variance at the 5% level followed by using Ducan's Multiple Test (DMRT) at a = 5% level. The results of the analysis of variance showed that there was no interaction between the type of bokashi fertilizer and the dosage of ponskar NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of red rice plants. The treatment of giving various types of bokashi fertilizer with doses of ponskar NPK fertilizer did not significantly affect the growth and yield of red rice plants. Abstract

Efforts to reduce the dependence on rice consumption among the Indonesian population are being made by developing alternative food sources, such as analog rice, which resembles rice but is not purely made from rice. Sorghum is highly suitable for development as a functional food because it contains complex carbohydrates that are digested more slowly, potentially reducing the glycemic response. The research site is located at the Universitas Sarjana Tamansiswa Integrated Laboratory. The research period runs from October to November 2023. The study includes the production of sorghum flour, the creation of analog rice, chemical testing of the sorghum flour, and organoleptic testing of the analog rice. fixed experimental design used in this study is a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with one factor. fixed chemical analysis results of Bioguma sorghum flour show that it contains 65.73% starch, 6.83% protein, 4.327% fat, 2.144% ash, and 7.672% moisture. fixed analysis of variance results shows that the F1 treatment of analog rice is the most preferred by the panelists. Similar treatments using a 60% sorghum flour formulation resulted in the best treatment concentration. The best substitution for mocaf flour and taro flour is with a concentration of 13.75% mocaf flour and 13.75% taro flour. There are significant differences between the formulations of sorghum flour, mocaf flour, and taro flour in terms of taste, color, aroma, and preference parameters. However, no significant differences were found in the texture parameter.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine the interaction between the dose of cow manure and soil origin on the growth of pagoda mustard greens. This research was carried out on the grounds of the Asmadewa Green House, Faculty of Agriculture, Bachelorwiyata Tamansiswa University, Jalan Celeban, Tahunan, Umbulharjo District, Yogyakarta City. The research was carried out from 25 December 2023 to 31 January 2024. This research used a 3x3 factorial experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), with 2 treatment factors, namely: concentration of cow manure and time of application of soil types. Data analysis using variance to determine the treatment of variables was then continued using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, dry weight and wet weight of pagoda mustard plants. The results of the research revealed that the treatment of giving doses of cow manure and soil type showed no interaction with the growth variables of pagoda mustard plants. Treatment with soil type did not show any significant difference in the growth of pagoda mustard greens. The treatment with doses of cow manure showed no significant difference to the growth of pagoda mustard greens

Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth response and yield of edamame soybean plantswith various doses of NPK Phonska fertilizer and different casgot which has been carriedout from October to December 2023, located in the "Tumuju Guyub" BlunyahrejoYogyakarta garden, Tegal Rejo District, Yogyakarta City, Special Region of Yogyakarta.This study was carried out using a Complete Group Random Design (RAKL) with twofactors of casgot fertilizer and NPK phonska, there were 9 treatment combinations eachcombination repeated 3 times so that 27 experimental units consisting of 6 plants and 3plants were used as samples so that a total of 162 plants were obtained. The first factorwith the dose of casgot fertilizer is: 25 g/plant (K1), 50 g/plant (K2), 75 g/plant (K3). Thesecond factor of NPK Phonska dosage is: (P1) 100 g/plant, (P2) 200 g/plant, (P3) 300g/plant. The observation variables included plant height, number of leaves, number of podsper plant, number of productive pods, weight of tuberous pods per sample, weight oftuberous pods, wet weight of roots, length of roots, fresh weight of plants, dry weight ofplants, dry weight of roots, weight of fresh pods per hectare. The data from the observationresults used diversity source analysis (ANOVA) and the analysis was carried out usingDuncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the level of α = 5%. Based on the results of theanalysis, there was no interaction in the treatment of kasgot fertilizer, in growth and yieldat a dose of 100 g/plant, and in the administration of NPK Phonska fertilizer dose, ingrowth and yield there was in the administration of NPK Phonska fertilizer dose of 25g/plant.
