Petty cash is a fund used by companies to finance operational activities that are relatively small and routine. In this study to understand the implementation of recording petty cash funds at PT Cahaya Benteng Mas Makassar, information acquisition is carried out through observation, interviews, and archives with a qualitative descriptive approach. Research findings show that the implementation of recording petty cash funds at PT Cahaya Benteng Mas Makassar is carried out by determining the total money that is always constant (imprest method) in each period, adding or refilling petty cash funds is done at the end of the period or when the amount of petty cash funds has decreased. In its operations, there are procedures for implementation and various records that are applied, such as the establishment of petty cash funds and top-ups of petty cash funds when all procedures have been carried out and approved by the head of finance, although there are still some weaknesses in its internal control caused by the lack of order in the implementation of recording petty cash funds.

This research aims to examine the influence of product knowledge and financial literacy on customers' decisions to save at Bank BJB Makassar branch. The respondents in this study were 60 respondents who were customers who had savings at the Makassar branch of Bank BJB. By determining the sample size using the Roscoe formula. Furthermore, to measure the size of the research, a Likert scale was used with a test using the SPSS Version 26 program. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, hypotheses, ANOVA tests and coefficient determination. The research results show that product knowledge and financial literacy have a significant effect on customers' decisions to save 30% at Bank BJB Makassar branch, with a value obtained of 0.306.

The more technology develops in the business world, the more competition in the business world increases. Problems regarding inventory such as excess or lack of stock. Therefore, the company must have good internal control to minimize the risk of major losses for the company. Because there are quite a lot of types of products and mobility of goods in and out, the problem that is feared will occur is the physical difference between the inventory in the warehouse and the amount recorded in the inventory book, loss or theft of stock. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Overall, PT Anugerah Karya has not fully implemented the five components of COSO. There are still a number of fundamental problems that need to be addressed. The results of this study indicate that internal control at PT Anugerah Karya Magantha is less effective with the internal inventory control standards according to COSO

This study evaluates the impact of access to Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) on the development of women-owned micro-enterprises in Salatiga City. Using a quantitative approach and multiple regression analysis, the study involved 90 female micro-entrepreneurs. The variables examined include education level, business competition, ownership status, business age, and MFI access in relation to business revenue. The findings reveal that education level significantly influences revenue, while other variables show no significant impact. Most entrepreneurs rely on self-funding (61%), with only 28% utilizing MFI loans, influenced by high borrowing costs and complex procedures. This study highlights the need for more inclusive financial access and empowerment strategies for female entrepreneurs to support the sustainable growth of micro-enterprises.

This study aims to examine how various factors can affect the Price Earning Ratio in agricultural food product industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period. The factors analyzed include Firm Size, Operating Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio. The sample of this study consisted of 28 listed companies, out of a total of 53 companies listed in the five-year period. The method used is an associative quantitative approach, which aims to identify relationships between variables and significant patterns. The results showed that Firm Size and OPM have a positive impact on PER, which means that the larger the company and the higher the OPM, the company's PER value tends to increase. Meanwhile, DER has no significant effect on PER. Overall, although some variables do not have a large effect, the three factors analyzed still affect the price-to-earnings ratio (PER) of the companies studied.

This study aims to investigate the impact of Age, Education, and Income on Financial Literacy at PT. Niaga Makmur. Data was collected through a questionnaire completed by 50 employee respondents from PT. Niaga Makmur, as well as secondary data from relevant literature and journals. Data analysis employed reliability testing, validity testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Age, Education, and Income have a significant simultaneous impact on Financial Literacy.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan sebagai penguji pada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PT. KAI kelas eksekutif pada kota Palembang. metode penelitian pada penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif pada pendekatan purposive sampling, melibatkan 400 responden yang telah menggunakan layanan lebih dari satu kali. Uji hipotesis yang pada cara regresi linear berganda yang memakai SPSS 26. Hasil pengujian parsial memberi petunjuk jika kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan akan bersignifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, yang mana kenyamanan, fasilitas, dan keramahan staf menjadi faktor utama. Faktor harga juga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan akan bersignifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, yang mana tarif yang kompetitif serta sepadan dengan manfaat yang diterima meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. secara keseluruhan, baik kualitas layanan maupun harga berkontribusi secara simultan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, sehingga perbaikan layanan dan strategi penetapan harga yang tepat sangat diperlukan.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the fraud diamond model affects financial statement fraud. Jones modified model discretionary accruals as a proxy for financial statement fraud. The fraud diamond model consists of financial pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and ability. IDX80 companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period as the research population. The sampling used by the research was purposive sampling method so that 265 samples were obtained from 53 IDX80 companies. The E-Views 12 Student Version program is used to estimate panel data regression. The results showed that financial pressure, opportunity, and rationalization had an effect on financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, ability has no effect on financial statement fraud.

This study aims to examine the influence of the Tangible and Assurance variables on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Sumsel Babel Capem Sako Kenten. The method used is quantitative, utilizing questionnaires and direct observation, involving 60 respondents who have used the services for more than 6 months. The results indicate that all variables have a positiive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction.
