In global competition, the presence of qualified human resources has a role that is more than other resources. Today many organizations or companies that have a setting for human resources, known as Human Resource Management (HRM). Management is very important to the organization or company to manage and organize their employees to be able to work productively to achieve the goals of the organization or company, as an organization in general, then in Employees Cooperative PT “X” Madiun also required an increase to employee performance. An employee or the employee will feel pride and satisfaction with the performance achieved. The variables used in this research is financial compensation (X1), non-financial compensation (X2), employee performance (Z) and job satisfaction (Y). Measurement of variables using Likert scale, with a total sample of 108 people. The model used to analyze the data in this study is path analysis. Based on the results of research found that financial and non financial compensation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, as well as financial and non financial compensation have positive and significant impact on employee performance and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

This Study is aimed to examine the effect of computer anxiety and big five personality on the performance of accounting educators. This model is tested on 73accounting educators at universities in Surabaya. Primary data were obtained directly, through the distribution of questionnaires. Testing is done in two steps, first is multiple linear regression analysis and the second is hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis of the data from this study show that: (1) Computer anxiety had not effect on the performance of accounting educators. (2) Big five personality is influential on the performance of accounting educators

Recent organization must realize that “change” as an ongoing prosess provides unpredictable opportunities as well as some confronting challenges. However,the need to change not depends solely to organisasi to organization‟s capacity to change. Moreover, it is also determined by the organizational environment besides the concepts of organizational climate and corporate culture. Both were regarded as valuable concepts if implemented properly in order to reach organizations‟ peak performance. This article described the development of organizational climate and corporate culture as time goes by and the type of recent organization‟s culture in modern organization. Therefore, the companies that delelop and maintain a fit and flexible corporate culture as well as organizational climate are more likely to be successful and profitable in encountering the challenges of the new millennium.

Bojonegoro’s economic growth within 3 years (2010, 2011, and 2102) is the highest as the province of East Java categorized as Fast Growing Regions (TypologyKlassen). This means that the economic growth rate Bojonegoro greater than the achievement of economic growth in East Java province. However, the achievement of the highest economic growth progressively decreased. In this study, researchers tried to analyze the influence of demographic factors on the rate of economic growth. Factors studied population is the total population and the population dependency ratio of the load. Researchers will analyze the influence of the number of population and ratio of load dependence of the rate of population growth is declining. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis.

This research is descriptive research. The population and`sample of this research is financial and non financial data of Pondok pesantren As-sakinah Bojonegoro 20011 and 2012. The sampling technique was not used in this research because this is population research. The data analysis technique that used is interview and documentation. This koperasi healthy analysis is based on regulation of kementrian UMKM RI no: 35.3/per/m.kukm/x/2007. There are eight aspects in scoring system: modal, productive activa quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, autonomy and growth, identity and obedience in syariah principle. From the total score gained can be identified based on healthy predicate. And the result showed that the score of Koperasi pondok pesantren As-sakinah Bojonegoro in 2011 is 69,25 and in 2012 is 76,17. From those findings it can be concluded that Koperasi Pondok pesantren As-sakinah Bojonegoro is quite healthy

This study examined the relationship of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and intention to leave. We use correlational research methods andregression analysis. The technique of collecting data through questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The results showed job satisfaction only have a relationship with affective commitment. Affective commitment has relationship with intention to leave. The negative relationship of job satisfaction and affective commitment, it’s means that the higher the job satisfaction and affective commitment of employees, hence the smaller intention to leave organizations.

China has succeeded in reducing the birth rate from 2.63 children per woman to 1.61 children per woman in 2009. It turns out that factors affecting the decline in birth rate (TFR) is not only due to government policy, economic factors and the number of women's participation also have a major effect on the decrease of TFR. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of economic growth and the participation of working women on the birth rate (TFR). The results of this study are economic growth and the participation of working women has no effect on the birth rate. This is because the factors of working women who affect the birth rate occurs only in big cities or metropolis whereas Bojonegoro regency is categorized as an agricultural area that has not become a metropolis.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training factors, which consist of training materials, training institutions, training instructors and trainees on the performance of employees of Probolinggo City Health Office and know the dominant training factors affect the performance of employees of Probolinggo City Health Office. The population in this study is all employees of Probolinggo City Health Office. The implementing officer and the head of the field or sub-field are asked to answer the questionnaire about the training factors, while the employee's performance is judged based on the perception of the superior on the performance and performance of his subordinate employees on a day-to-day basis. In addition to the data obtained from the questionnaires, this study also uses personal data information of each respondent, education history, training, employment and employee grade, information obtained from the organization's archives and interviews and direct observation to the research object. The sampling technique used is the sampling with a disproportionate strafikasi, meaning that researchers can set their own number of sample members to be taken from each part with respect to uniformity of the characteristics of the population.

This study aims to describe how the concept of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) can be used as the basis of performance appraisal services at puskesmas in Probolinggo. The specialty of the QF) method is that the primary focus is the requirements of the customer. Processes are driven by what the customers want, not by innovation in technology. Consequently, more effort must be made in obtaining the information necessary to determine what customers really want. This research uses qualitative approach with case study design. The location of this research is at Puskesmas Probolinggo. Data sources were obtained from patients undergoing treatment at Puskesmas Probolinggo. Variable in this research is characteristic of desire and expectation of customer or society to service quality, characteristics of service quality aspect and organizational characteristic based on customer perception. The result of the research shows that order to improve the quality of service at puskesmas especially in Probolinggo city needs a method of measuring and identification of the quality of service and one of method of measuring quality of service is QFD.

The aim of this research is to find out the effectivenes of CEC (Cendekia English Club) Program in developing the students English ability in STIEKIA. This research is descriptive qualitative. Questionnaire, observation and students english score are used to get the data. The resulth of the research shows that 70% students said that CEC program is very usefull. 80 % students said that their ability in speaking is developed very well. 75% stated taht their speaking ability is developed very well. 90% of the students said that their reading abilty is also developed well and for writing ability they stated that 70% developed well. The result of the students english score shows that 90% of the students which follow the CEC program get A score, while only 15% of non CEC students get A score. Those result show that CEC program in STIEKIA is efective to develop students english ability.
