Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the resources contained in the organization, including all people who carry out activities. An employee who gets job satisfaction from his job will maintain high work performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of the work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervention variable. The population in this study were employees of PT. Matahari Cipta Sentosa. The sampling technique was determined by saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a significant positive effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the work environment variable on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Lifestyle phenomena, especially young people who tend to like to hangout or hang out together in cafes which is a form of globalization demands that have a significant impact on people's way of life. Not only to be used as a place to hangout or hang out, café is also a place or a place to express aspirations and ideas. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine of Price and Store Atmosphere on Consumer Satisfaction at the Coffee shop Titik Kumpul Capore Situbondo through Consumer Trust. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study were consumers at the Coffee shop Of Capore Situbondo Titik Kumpul. The sampling technique is determined by probability sampling by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The result of the analysis using the smart partial least square (PLS) 3.0 software, show that price has a significant positive effect on Consumer Confidence. Store Atmosphere has a significant negative effect on Consumer Confidence. Price and Store Atmosphere have a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Consumer Trust has a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Price for Consumer Satisfaction through Consumer Trust has a significant positive effect. Store Atmosphere on Consumer Satisfaction through Consumer Trust has a positive but insignificant effect.

Abstract

HW bakery Situbondo shop is a business engaged in the food business. Until now, HW bakery Situbondo continues to grow. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Brand Image and Location in determining Purchase Decisions at the HW Bakery Situbondo Store with Consumer Trust as an Intervening Variable. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study was HW Bakery Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by quata sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Brand Image has a significant effect on consumer trust, Location has a significant effect on consumer trust, Brand Image has a negative but not significant effect on purchasing decisions Location has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, consumer trust has a significant effect on Buyer's decision. Abstract

Human resource management is a very important element in an organization in achieving competitive advantage, so it is necessary to develop the quality of human resources with various efforts. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of reward and punishment, and work culture on the performance of state civil servants through organizational commitment. The population in this study were civil servants with the category of civil servants in the Districts of Mangaran, Panji, and Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Reward and Punishment has a significant effect on organizational commitment, Reward and Punishment has a positive but not significant effect on performance, Work culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment, Work culture has a significant effect on performance, organizational commitment significant effect on performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Reward and Punishment variable on Performance through Organizational Commitment has a significant effect, Work Culture on Performance through Organizational Commitment has a significant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation and work environment variables on teacher performance through work discipline as an intervening variable at SMK Negeri 1 Kendit. By using the Structural equation model of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, namely work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline, work environment has a significant effect on work discipline, work motivation has a significant effect on teacher performance, work environment has a significant effect on teacher performance, work discipline has a significant effect on teacher performance , Work motivation has a negative but not significant effect on teacher performance through work discipline, and the work environment has a negative but not significant effect on teacher performance through work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the existing forms of financial reporting and also to determine the application of financial reporting at the Sunan Ampel Mosque, Kec. Gumukmas Kab. Jember based on ISAK No. 35. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data using primary and secondary data collected by researchers using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. In this study, researchers conducted data analysis by collecting data, explaining financial management procedures, reconstructing, presenting to be able to draw a conclusion. The results of the study show that the financial records of the Sunan Ampel Mosque still use a simple method. Financial recording is only done if there is cash in and cash out (cash basis). Then the amount of cash in, cash out, and total cash is reported every Friday by conveying it using the mosque's microphone. Then the preparation of the financial reports of the Sunan Ampel Mosque which was prepared based on ISAK No. 35 produce financial reports that are more structured and more detailed, not only related to cash in and cash out.

Abstract

The more rapid and growing tourism in Pasir Putih, Situbondo Regency, allows many visitors, especially tourists who need a resting place. Moreover, supported by various tourist attractions that are quite good, this has become the basis for business development in the lodging service sector in Situbondo. Hotel Rengganis is one of the lodging service businesses in Pasir Putih, Situbondo Regency that offers a resting place, by providing bedroom facilities, food, and drinks for people who are doing business or recreation, in order to provide a peaceful, comfortable, healthy and friendly atmosphere that required by consumers or guests. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of promotions and facilities on loyalty through visitor satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Promotion has a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction, Facilities have a significant positive effect on visitor satisfaction, Promotion has a positive but not significant effect on Loyalty, Facilities have a significant positive effect on Loyalty, Visitor satisfaction has a significant positive effect to Loyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Promotion variable on Loyalty through Visitor Satisfaction has a significant positive effect, Facilities on Loyalty through Visitor Satisfaction have a significant positive effect

Abstract

Awal masa pandemi Covid-19 Tahun 2020 silam memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap perekonomian keuangan negara khusunya terhadap menurunnya pendapatan daerah. Di masa pandemi saat ini pemerintah dapat lebih efektif dalam menggali dan memanfaatkan sumber pendapatan seperti pajak dan restibusi daerah yang dapat membantu menyelenggarakan pembangunan daerah serta mengurangi ketergantungan bantuan dari pemerintah pusat dengan seminimal mungkin. Kabupaten Jember termasuk kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang mempunyai tempat pariwisata yang cukup baik, namun selama masa pandemi pajak dalam sektor hotel mengalami imbas akibat adanya pandemi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna mengetahui tingkat efektifitas dan laju pertumbuhan pajak hotel pada Kabupaten Jember sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan asli daerah. Serta guna mengetahui upaya yang dapat dilaksanakan pemerintah untuk rangka meningkatkan penerimaan pajak hotel sebagai upaya peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Jember. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Hail dari penelitian ini dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun terakhir yakni 2019-2021 tepatnya pada masa pandemi target pajak meningkat. analisis efektifitas penerimaan pajak hotel Kabupaten Jember antara tahun 2019-2020 pajak hotel sebesar 21%, kemudian dari tahun 2020-2021 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 9%. Dibutuhkan upaya untuk mengoptimalkan pajak hotel yakni dengan menyarakankan kewajiban penggunaan Tapping box sehingga jumlah pengunjung hotel bisa diketahui secara pasti atau lebih transparan, maka dapat diketahui pasti nilai wajib pajak yang harus dibayarkan pihak hotel.

Abstract

Situbondo Regency, which is located in Situbondo City at the easternmost tip of East Java Province, was established in 1972 and adopted the motto "Bumi Sholawat Nariyah" (Land of the Living Gods) as its official slogan. Awards such as the Top Leader on Digital Implementation award, Top Digital Implementation Level Stars 4, and Top CIO on Digital Implementation at the 2021 Top Digital Awards show that Situbondo Regency is able to spread its wings and fly so far. Information technology is a major factor affecting government efficiency. Information technology refers to the practice of using technological resources effectively. When properly planned and implemented, IT- supported information systems can increase firm value (Nasir and Oktari, 2011). The government's efforts to establish a statewide tertiary information management system and network linking institutions with similar IT infrastructure are mandated by Section 79 of the Rhode Island Act No. 12 of 2012 concerning the Development of Higher Education. There can be no growth, accountability or transparency in government without the use of information technology to facilitate the generation and processing of data with greater speed and efficiency. The second thing that influences organizational performance is internal control.

Abstract

Marketing is an activity that must be carried out by a company, both goods and services companies in an effort to gain profits and maintain the viability of the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of Price and Product Diversity in Determining Consumer Trust with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at the Syafa-Syafi Asembagus Grocery Store. The sampling technique was determined by the simple random sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that price (X1) has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y1), thus Hypothesis 1 is accepted. Product diversity (X2) has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction (Y1), thus Hypothesis 2 is accepted. Price (X1) has a significant positive effect on consumer confidence (Y2), thus Hypothesis 3 is accepted. Product diversity (X2) has a negative but not significant effect on Trust (Y2), thus Hypothesis 4 is rejected. Consumer satisfaction (Y1) has a significant positive effect on consumer confidence (Y2), thus Hypothesis 5 is accepted. Price (X1) on consumer confidence (Y2) through consumer satisfaction (Y1) has a significant positive effect, thus Hypothesis 6 is accepted. Product diversity (X2) on consumer confidence (Y2) through consumer satisfaction (Y1), has a significant positive effect, thus Hypothesis 7 is accepted.
