Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Marketing management can be defined as the analysis, planning, implementation and control of programs designed to create, build and maintain profitable exchanges with target markets with a view to achieving organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of product diversity on consumer buying interest at Cafe Amirah in Situbondo with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are consumers of Cafe Amirah, Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique was determined by the simple random sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that product diversity has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product diversity has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Product diversity has a significant effect on consumer buying interest through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Automotive companies are one type of business that is growing rapidly in Indonesia. Automotive companies are one of the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and are considered more productive and can provide a wide chain effect so as to increase the added value of raw materials, increase labor, produce foreign exchange sources, and the largest contributors to taxes and customs. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Capital intensity and Thin capitalization on the Company's Value with Tax avoidance as an intervening variable in Automotive Companies listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2020. The population of this study is many as 13 companies. Sampling techniques are determined by Purposive Sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structural-Partial Least Square Equation Method (PLS-SEM). The results of the test hypothesis of direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, showed that Capital intensity has a significant positive effect on Tax avoidance, Thin capitalization has a positive but insignificant effect on Tax avoidance, Capital intensity has a negative effect on company value, Thin capitalization has a significant negative effect on company value, and Tax avoidance has a positive but insignificant effect on the value of the company. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis test show capital intensity has a positive but insignificant effect on the value of the company and thin capitalization has a positive but insignificant effect on the company's value.

Abstract

Profit management is an activity carried out by the company's management to manipulate profit figures in the company's financial statements. Profit management is a system that managers logically do to change the value of profits and is designed using evaluation methods. The purpose of changing accounting techniques and accounting procedures is to benefit from different parties. Profit is one of the important elements in financial statements used to measure management performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the influence of Good corporate governance on profit management through Tax planning. The population in this study is manufacturing companies of the Textile and Garment sub-sector. The semple retrieval technique was determined by puposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the hypothesis test of direct influence using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, showed that Good corporate governance has a significant effect on Tax planning, Good corporate governance does not have a significant effect on profit management, Tax planning has a positive but not significant effect on profit management. . The results of the hypothesis test of indirect influence show that the variable Good corporate governance on profit management through Tax planning has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, experience, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Nor Coffee Indonesia. The type of research used is quantitative research and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires to 50 respondents with census techniques. The analytical tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and R2 test. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) show that the motivation variable is 0.173 which is greater than 0.05, which means that the motivation variable has no effect on employee performance. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H2) show that the experience variable is 0.610 where the value is greater than 0.05, it can be concluded that the experience variable has no effect on employee performance. The results of testing the first hypothesis (H3) show that the work discipline variable is 0.00 where the value is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that the work discipline variable has a variable on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variable Influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on ASN Performance With Schagai Work Motivation Intervening Variable at the Cooperative, Industry and Trade Office of Situbondo Regency by using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square 3.0 (PLS). The result of the influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Leadership style has a significant positive effect on work motivation, (H1 is accepted), Work environment has a significant positive effect on work motivation (H2 is accepted), Leadership style has a significant positive effect on ASN performance (H3 accepted), Work environment has a significant positive effect on ASN performance (H4 accepted), Work motivation has a positive significant effect on ASN performance, (H5 is accepted), Leadership style has a positif but not significant effect on ASN performance through work motivation (H6 is rejected), and the work environmnet has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of ASN through work motivation (H7 rejected).

Abstract

In the business world, customers are an important factor to develop and maintain a business. When customers get satisfaction, it can lead to a high sense of loyalty and always make repeat purchases so that they do not affect other parties. The tight competition is marked by the increasing number of noodle stalls in Bondondowoso, one of the businesses that is also experiencing intense competition today is Waroeng Mie Mak Tur. The rise and fall of the number of consumers when making purchases is a problem at Waroeng Mie Mak Tur Bondowoso, causing consumer satisfaction which is expected to increase sales. This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, place, promotion, people/employees, physical evidence and process on consumer satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative with 80 samples used with purposive sampling technique. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that product, place, promotion, people/employees, physical evidence and processes have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while price has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

At this time the company is no longer focused on seeking profit and prioritizing profits and assets in growing the company but on valuation. Changes in technology have made small companies global. Companies big or small can no longer be separated. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of Firm size and Growth opportunity on Firm value through Cash holding as an intervening variable in the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies on the IDX. The population in this study are all property and real estate companies that have gone public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period as many as 80 companies. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Firm size has a positive but not significant effect on Cash holding, Growth opportunity has a positive significant effect on Cash holding, Firm size has a negative but not significant effect on Firm value, Growth opportunity has a positive but not significant effect significant effect on Firm value, Cash holding has a significant positive effect on Firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Firm size variable has a positive but not significant effect on Firm value through Cash holding, Growth opportunity has a significant positive effect on Firm value through Cash holding.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of research and development intensity and business risk on firm value with financial performance as the intervening variable. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study are LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that the intensity of research and development has a positive but not significant effect on financial performance, Business risk has a significant positive effect on financial performance, the intensity of research and development has a significant negative effect on firm value, Business risk has a positive effect but not significant to firm value, financial performance has a negative but not significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the intensity of research and development and business risk on firm value through financial performance has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

The value of the company can provide maximum shareholder prosperity if the company's share price increases. The higher the stock price in a company, the income and prosperity of investors will also increase and have a good impact on increasing the value of the company. This research is a causality research. The population in this study are pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy, profitability has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, dividend policy has a negative but significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the profitability variable on firm value through dividend policy has a negative and insignificant effect.
