Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

Marketing is an activity to fulfill needs and desires by influencing consumers to be willing to buy products or use services offered by the company in order to obtain a profit or profit. The need for the right strategy, especially to increase the means in promoting WO. Favorite Decoration in Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this study was to examine and examine the effect of promotion and service quality in determining consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. The population in this study uses the entire consumer WO. Favorite Decoration according to the data that the researcher asked the owner of the research place. The sampling method uses probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a negative but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, decisions purchases have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis show that the promotion variable on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect, service quality on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

Marketing is a social and managerial process by which individuals or groups get what they need and what they want through the creation, offering, and exchange of everything of value with another person or society.Whether Location has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Population This study used a simple random sampling method by distributing questionnaires to customers or consumers at the Biru Daun Restaurant. The purpose of this study is to determine data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Based on hypothesis tests using the SMART PLS 3.0 application, it shows that Location has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The quality of service has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Location has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive but insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Location to Consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect. The quality of service to customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work experience and work facilities on employee performance through work motivation as an Intervening Variable at KSP Pekali 99 Situbondo Regency. The sample in this study were 50 employees of KSP Pekali 99 Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique was determined with a saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work experience has a positive but not significant effect on work motivation, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the indirect hypothesis test show that work experience has no positive but not significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation

Abstract

The purpose of this study wa to analyze the effect of the variable the influence of leadership and motivation on employee performance througt work discipline as an intervening variables at Elizabeth Situbondo Hospital. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis variable non bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian pada usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) (Studi Kasus Pada Suwar-Suwir Indah Jaya Balung Jember). Bauran pemasaran adalah perangkat pemasaran yang baik yang meliputi produk, penentuan harga, promosi, distribusi, digabungkan untuk menghasilkan respon yang di inginkan pasar sasaran, perusahaan atau organisasi yang bergerak di bidang jasa menggunakan bauran pemasaran jasa. Namun fenomena yang ada pada pemasaran UMKM Suwar-Suwir Indah Jaya Ini penelitian lebih cenderung mengambil non bauran dikarenakan pemasaran pada UMKM Suwar-Suwir Indah Jaya Ini kurang mengenal dan memahami perilaku konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen dari Suwar-Suwir Indah Jaya. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa budaya, social dan psikologis berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial sedangkan pribadi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian UMKM Suwar-Suwir Indah Jaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of Financial literay on Financial behavior of Student o the Faculty of Economics and Business Abdurahman Saleh Situbondo with Finacial inclusion as an InterveningVariabel. The population in this study were all students of Faculty of Economics and Business. Data analysis and hypothesis testing inthis study used the Structura Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 86 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, location has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction , Purchase decisions have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions, location has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10% as many as 95 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that service has a positive and significant effect on product quality, price has a positive and significant effect on product quality. Abstract

Air transportation at this time has become a mode of transportation that is in great demand by most people, including the lower middle class, this is because the ticket prices are relatively cheap and the travel time is very short. The problems that occur at El Tari Kupang International Airport are that the air conditioner is not cold enough and the lack of reading materials such as magazines and newspapers which result in passengers being uncomfortable with the facilities at El Tari Kupang airport. This study aims to: 1) To determine the effect of facilities on passenger satisfaction at El Tari International Airport Kupang. 2) To find out how much influence the facilities have on passenger satisfaction at El Tari Kupang International Airport. This study uses a quantitative method in which the data obtained in the form of numbers that will be calculated using SPSS. The variables in this study are waiting room facilities as the independent variable (X) and passenger satisfaction as the dependent variable (Y). The total sample used in this study was 50 respondents, of which the respondents in this study were users of the waiting room at El Tari Airport Kupang. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of waiting room facilities (X) on passenger satisfaction (Y) at El Tari Kupang International Airport, which can be seen from the tcount 7,871 > ttable 2,010. (X) has an effect on Passenger Satisfaction (Y) at El Tari Kupang International Airport by 56.3%. This shows that the waiting room facility is an important aspect that needs to be considered and 43.7% is influenced by other variables outside of the waiting room facility.

Abstract

The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Service quality has a significant positive effect on Customer satisfaction, Price perception has a significant positive effect on Consumer satisfaction, Service quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer loyalty, Price perception has a significant positive effect on Consumer loyalty, Consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Consumer loyalty. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis show that the Service quality variable on Consumer loyalty through Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect, Price perception on Consumer loyalty through Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect.
