Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

One of the important factors in the field of human resources is to create an Organizational Culture and motivation in the company which is the right of employees and the obligation of the company to support the contribution of workers in order to achieve predetermined goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Motivation as an Intervening Variable in PT. Bnak Negara Indonesia. The population in this study were permanent employees of PT. State Bank of Indonesia. The sampling method is determined by a saturated system. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in the study using structural equation model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, showed that Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Motivation, Organizational Culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, Organizational Culture has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance through motivation.

Abstract

Information system sales and purchases of goods is a system that provides information services in the form of transaction data sales and purchases of goods. The existence of this information system is important. in this case the Mayang Store is used as a place of research, because the shop still does not use an accounting information system, resulting in errors in existing reports, such as processing sales data and purchasing data. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience when processing sales and purchase transaction data. This research resulted in several uses consisting of practical and academic uses. The type of research used by researchers is qualitative research and the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. This information system was built in order to provide convenience in processing sales and purchase data, as well as processing sales and purchase reports more accurately.

Abstract

Property and Real Estate Company is one type of business that is growing rapidly in Indonesia. Property and Real Estate Company is one of the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and is considered more productive and can provide wide-ranging effects so as to increase the added value of Property and Real Estate, increase workforce, generate foreign exchange sources, and contribute to taxes and customs. biggest. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital on Company Value with Financial Distress as an intervening variable in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. The population of this study is all property and real estate companies listed on the 2018-2020 period (IDX) as many as 73 companies. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that intellectual capital has a negative but not significant effect on financial distress, intellectual capital has a significant negative effect on firm value, financial distress has a positive but not significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that intellectual capital has a positive but not significant effect on firm value through financial distress.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of facilities and brandimage on purchasing decisions at the Barokah Mlandingan Grocery Store withConsumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The sampling technique usedin this study was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula with a tolerableerror rate of 10% as many as 95 people. Data analysis and hypothesis testing inthis study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM)The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0application, indicate that facilities have a positive and significant effect onconsumer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect onconsumer satisfaction, facilities have a positive and significant effect onpurchasing decisions, brand image has a negative and insignificant effect ondecisions purchase, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect onpurchasing decisions, facilities have a positive but not significant effect onpurchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction, brand image has a positiveand significant effect on purchasing decisions through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Memangun merek yang dapat bertahan di pasar adalah tujuan dari setiap perusahaan atau pengusaha, dengan merek yang baik maka dapat memberikan keuntungan yang tinggi bagi perusahaan. Dengan demikian, produk dengan merek yang kuat akan bertahan dan mendominasi di pasar. Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan adalah ekuitas merek. Oleh karena itu, sering menjadi subjek penelitian yang luas. Perusahaan Garuda Indonesia adalah salah satu perusahaan industri penerbangan Indonesia yang menghadapi sebuah persaingan yang cukup ketat dengan maskapai lain. Garuda Indonesia aktif di kelas menengah ke atas, dan strategi perusahaan Garuda Indonesia memperkuat brand maskapainya di ingatan penumpang, hal tersebut menjadi faktor penting yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pemilihan maskapai penerbangannya yang selama ini menjadi kendala bagi Garuda Indonesia hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekuitas merek terhadap pengambilan keputusan konsumen Garuda Indonesia di Bandara Internasional Adi Soemarmo Boyolali. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuantitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh ekuitas merek terhadap keputusan pengguna jasa maskapai Garuda Indonesia. Penumpang yang menggunakan Pesawat Garuda Indonesia di Bandar Udara Adi Soemarmo Boyolali merupakan objek pada penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan sebuah kuesioner. Pengisian kuesioner dilakukan oleh para penumpang maskapai Garuda Indonesia untuk selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data. Pengukuran atau Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS for windows v.16.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa nilai F-hitung sebesar 35,471 dengan signifikan sebesar 0,000. Apabila dibandingkan dengan tingkat signifikan yang diharapkan yaitu 5% berarti signifikan F- hitung lebih kecil dari tingkat signifikan yang diharapkan (35,471 > 0,05), serta nilai R2 dengan 42.2%. Dengan demikian Kesan Kualitas dan Loyalitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna jasa maskapai Garuda Indonesia.

Abstract

Students are one of the next generation who will build Indonesia in the future. They need to be prepared to build the Indonesian nation, especially in the economic field. To achieve this, it requires the development and character development of the nation's children who are diligent, disciplined, and of course thrifty and careful in their lives. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the Effect of Financial Efficacy on Investment Decisions of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdurachman Saleh University Situbondo with Investment Interest as an Intervening Variable. The population of this study was 172 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Force 2018. The sample selection technique used is Probability Sampling, which is simple random so as to obtain a sample of 63 students. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that financial efficacy has a significant positive effect on investment interest, financial efficacy has a significant positive effect on investment decisions, investment interest has a significant positive effect on investment decisions, financial efficacy has a significant positive effect on investment decisions through investment interest.

Abstract

Marketing is an important part of company management and also a very important factor, because marketing directly affects the company’s success in achieving its goals. It is important for companies to know the right and appropriate marketing strategy for the products to be sold in the market. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Product quality in determining Repurchase interest with Consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are UD Lancar jaya consumers in Situbondo District. Sampling method was determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the structural equation model – partial least square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Product quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer satisfaction, Product quality has a positive but not significant effect on Repurchase intention, Consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on Repurchase interest, Product quality on Repurchase interest through Customer satisfaction has asignificant positive effect.

Abstract

Investment is a commitment to invest a number of funds or other resources that are carried out at this time with the aim of obtaining a number of benefits in the future. Development in the capital market shows that progress in line with the increase in the Index shown in the LQ45 Index. LQ45 Index based the company with high liquidity and a large market capitalization which consists of 45 companies. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the influence of Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock returns with dividend policy as an intervening variable. This research uses descriptive and quantitative research methods. The population in this research are companies listed in the LQ45 Index with a sample of 7 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Stuctural Equation Model – Partil Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the analysis using the smart partial least square (PLS) 3.0 software, show Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant negative effect on Dividen policy, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant positive effect on Stock returns, Dividend policy is not proven to have a significant effect on stock return. The results of influential hypothesis that are not immediately pointed to the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable against Stock return with Dividend policy as a variable of intervening has a positive but insignificant effect.

Abstract

Perkembangan di Indonesia dalam bidang perekonomian sangat pesat seperti bidang properti rumah tangga yang juga mengalami perkembangan sangat pesat. apalagi persaingan di dalam perusahaan yang sangat ketat dan tinggi, memungkinkan para pengusaha membuat terobosan terbaru agar bisa laku di pasaran. Melihat perkembangan mebel alumunium di Jember sangat meningkat banyak produsen mebel alumunium di antaranya UD Mebel Alumunium Kasiyan Kecamatan Puger. Namun disisi lain UD Mebel Alumunium memiliki permasalahan mengenai harga, keberagaman produk dan brand image ini menyebabkan konsumen masih berpikir kembali untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 112 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner langsung di lapangan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan uji-t dan uji-f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Variabel keberagaman produk dan brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Serta harga, keberagaman produk dan brand image secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya untuk menambah variabel independen lainnya selain harga, keberagaman produk, dan brand image yang tentunya dapat mempengaruhi variabel dependen keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variable influence of work discipline and work environment on the performance of ASN through work motivation as an intervening variable at the Situbondo Police Office. By using the structural equation model of Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application Work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on work motivation (H1 is rejected), the work environment has a significant positive effect on work motivation (H2 is accepted), Work discipline has a significant positive effect on ASN performance (H3 is accepted), The Work environment has a positive but not significant effect on ASN Performance (H4 rejected), Work discipline has a positive significant effect on ASN Performance (H5 accepted), Work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on ASN Performance through work motivation (H6 rejected), and the work environment has a significant positiveefeect on the performance of ASN through work motivation (H7 is accepted).
