Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

LQ45 is a type of index used to measure the price performance of stocks that have high liquidity and large market capitalization and are supported by good company fundamentals. There are 45 preferred stocks in the LQ45 stock index which are selected every 6 months. The stocks that occupy the LQ45 index are stocks that have high liquidity and market capitalization from the total number of shares on the IDX. This study aims to test whether liquidity has an effect on dividend policy by using profitability as an intervening variable. The sample in this study is LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2016-2020 period, as many as 30 companies. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Liquidity has a positive but significant effect on Profitability, Liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on Dividend Policy, Profitability has a positive but significant effect on Dividend Policy, Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on Dividend Policy through Profitability.

Abstract

Tax is a very potential alternative. As one of the potential sources of state revenue, the tax sector is a very appropriate choice, apart from the relatively stable amount that is also a reflection of the active participation of the community in financing development. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Leverage and Institutional Ownership on Firm Value through Tax Avoidance. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The population in this study is the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, Leverage has a positive but not significant effect on Tax avoidance., Institutional ownership has a positive but not significant effect on Tax avoidance, Leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value, Institutional ownership has a positive but significant effect on firm value , Tax avoidance has a positive but not significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that Leverage on Company Value through Tax Avoidance is positive but not significant. Institutional Ownership on Company Value through Tax Avoidance is posiyive but not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational, transactional and work discipline leadership styles on the performance of Bondowoso Agricultural Service employees. This type of research. causality research, namely research that explains the relationship that influences each other between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population in this study were Bondowoso Agriculture Office employees, the sample used was 100 respondents. The analysis tool uses multiple linear analysis. The results of the study prove that transformational, transactional and work discipline leadership styles have a significant effect on the performance of Bondowoso Agricultural Service employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variable influence of Competence and Work Experience on Employee Perfomance Through Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable (Study at PT. Abstract

Location refers to various marketing activities that have facilitated and facilitated the delivery or distribution of goods and services from producers to consumers. Service quality is something intangible provided by the service provider to its customers who are then compared the differences between the reality and the expectations they receive from the service. A consumer is said to be loyal or loyal if the consumer shows buying behavior on a regular basis or there is a condition where it requires consumers to buy at least twice in a certain time interval. In general, customer expectations are estimates or customer beliefs about what will be received when they use services with good or satisfactory service. Satisfaction or dissatisfaction of consumers is part of the consumer experience of a product or service offered. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of Location and Service Quality on Consumer Loyalty at the Gathering Point Cafe, Capore Situbondo with Consumer Satisfaction.. This study uses a probability sampling technique with random sampling (simple random sampling). Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that location has a positive but not significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, location has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, service quality has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty, Consumer satisfaction has a positive significant effect on consumer loyalty, location on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction has a positive but not significant effect, service quality on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Human resource management is part of organizational management that focuses on the elements of human resources. Employees as implementers in activities are required to have a good mental attitude, are dedicated, disciplined, and have good work performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of work discipline on performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study were temporary employees (PTT) of SMK Negeri 1 Prajekan. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS.3.0 application, show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a positive effect on performance but is not significant, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance, work discipline has an effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to help sun osing cafes to survive in the long term by using a servicescape marketing strategy which includes Ambient Dimension, Design Dimension and Social Dimension. In this study using quantitative methods, purposive sampling technique involving 95 respondents. The results of multiple regression testing on the influence of the Ambient Dimension on consumers showed a significant positive effect. This proves that a good Ambient Dimension will increase the Consumers of Sun Osing Cafe Banyuwangi. The results of multiple regression testing on the influence of the De- sign Dimension on consumers show a significant positive effect. This proves that a quality Design Dimension will increase the Consumers of Sun Osing Cafe Banyuwangi. The results of multiple regression testing on the influence of Social Dimensions show that the effect on consumers is significantly positive. This proves that a high Social Dimension will increase the purpose of the Sun Osing Cafe Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Marketing is an important activity carried out by companies in any field, in order to earn a profit in accordance with the company's goals, marketing is a way of producing goods or services for companies so that they can market their products as much as possible. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Brand image and Trust have on repurchase intention through purchasing decisions. The data collection technique used is probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM).The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Brand image has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, Trust has a significantly positive effect on purchasing decisions, Brand image has a significantly positive effect on repurchase intention, Trust has a significant positive effect on repurchase intentions, Decisions Purchasing has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test indicate that Brand image on repurchase interest through purchase decisions has a significant positive effect, Trust on repurchase interest through purchase decisions has a positive but significant effect.

Abstract

Establishing a company must have a goal, one of which is to improve the welfare of shareholders or company owners. Shareholders want the company to maximize profits so that their welfare is higher, but in the process the profits of a company will not always increase. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the performance of a company to assess and find out the company's performance, one of which is looking at the company's financial statements. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices with firm value as an intervening variable. The population in this study were all companies that joined the LQ45 index in 2018-2020, totaling 45 companies. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were 12 companies. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant positive effect on firm value, Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant positive effect on stock prices, firm value has a significant positive effect on stock prices. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis show that the Return On Equity (ROE) variable on stock prices through firm value has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of two variables, namely product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction. The hypothesis in this study is that product quality and service quality affect customer satisfaction partially. The object of this research is the consumer of Mie Galak Bondowoso which has a total of 110 respondents using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The analysis used includes the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multi-core test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test, determinant coefficient). The results of the study prove that product quality and service quality affect consumer satisfaction at Mie Galak Bondowoso.
