Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneur
Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Food and beverage companies are one of the business sectors that continue to experience growth. Food and beverage companies are also in great demand by investors because they are a sector that can survive in the midst of Indonesia's economic conditions. Food and beverage companies have an important role, namely to meet consumer needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The population of this study were 33 companies. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that the asset structure has a positive but not significant effect on the capital structure, the asset structure has a significant negative effect on firm value, and the capital structure has a positive but not significant effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the asset structure variable has a positive but not significant effect on firm value through capital structure.

Earnings information in financial statements is an important focus in developing the company's ability or management accountability, for that companies need to pay attention to the quality of reported earnings so as not to mislead the users of the information. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Book Tax Differences and Managerial Ownership on Earning Quality through Earning Persistence. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study are all conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) Equation Model. The results of the direct influence test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that the difference in Book taxes has a negative but not significant effect on Earnings persistence, Managerial ownership has a positive but not significant effect on Earnings persistence, Book tax differences have a negative but not significant effect on Earnings quality, Managerial ownership has an effect significantly positive on Earnings quality, Earnings persistence has a significant positive effect on Earnings quality. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Book tax difference variable on Earnings quality through Earnings persistence has a negative but not significant effect, Managerial ownership on Earnings quality through Earnings persistence has a positive but not significant effect.

The existence of several government policies that have been mentioned above have an impact on some operational activities at Supadio International Airport becoming unstable. One of them is a decrease in passengers. This research is included in the quantitative research category because quantitative data is used to estimate the effect of Covid-19 on passenger interest at Supadio Pontiank Airport, and how much influence Covid-19 has on passenger interest at Pontianak Supadio Airport. Data collection techniques using Observation, Questionnaire and Documentation. This research method uses multiple linear regression using the T test, F test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the research conducted, it was concluded that there was a significant influence of government policies on passenger interest at Pontianak Supadio Airport. The magnitude of the influence seen from the large R Square shows the large influence of the variable (X) of government policy on the variable (Y) which is 0.373 = 37.3%. This means that the magnitude of the influence of the government policy variable on passenger interest is 37.3% while the rest is in other factors. The regression equation also shows the magnitude of Y = 24.127 + 0.785X. The coefficient b is called the coefficient of regression direction and represents the average change in the Y variable for each X variable.

Marketing is an activity that needs to be carried out by companies, both goods and services companies in an effort to maintain the viability of their business. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of Product Quality on Purchase Decisions through Consumer Trust as an Intervening Variable. The population of this research is the consumer of Nina Cemilan in Prajekan Bondowoso. The sampling technique was determined by simple random sampling. For data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, which shows that Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Consumer Confidence, Product Quality has a significantly positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Consumer Trust has a significantly positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Product Quality on Purchase Decisions through Consumer Trust positive significant effect.

Marketing is the process of identifying, creating and communicating value, and maintaining customer-satisfying relationships to maximize company profits. Along with economic growth and increasingly sophisticated technology, companies have emerged that create products and services that can meet the needs of the community. The price and quality of the products produced by the company are very important in determining consumer decisions to make purchases, so that consumers can be satisfied and interested in repurchasing the products produced by the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction in the prosperous industry through purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all consumers who bought tofu in the prosperous industry in the Besuki area. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significantly positive effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a significant negative effect on consumer satisfaction, and purchase decisions significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the price variable on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant positive effect and product quality on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions has a significant negative effect.

The Department of Education and Culture is a government agency that is responsible for all matters relating to education. In charge of carrying out the government affairs of Situbondo Regency in the field of education based on the principle of autonomy and assistance tasks, as well as carrying out other tasks related to education given by the Mayor / Regent in accordance with their field of duty. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of state civil servants through job satisfaction at the Education and Culture Office of Situbondo Regency. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant effect on performance, work motivation has no significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance . The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that work discipline on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect, work motivation on performance through job satisfaction has a significant positive effect.

Based on the phenomenon that occurred in "Waroeng Mie Lava Bondowoso" the researcher found that the ups and downs of consumers when making purchases became a problem in "Waroeng Mie Lava Bondowoso" resulting in consumer satisfaction which was expected to stabilize sales. This study aims to determine product quality, price and location, on consumer satisfaction at Waroeng Mie Lava. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. The population in this study are consumers who make purchases of Mie Lava at Waroeng Mie Lava Bondowoso. The sample used was 80 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that the results of the t-test of product quality are 5.668 and a significant level of 0.000, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Price variable with t count of 4.237 and a significant level of 0.000, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. Location variable with t count of 2.420 and a significant level of 0.018, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Stock return is the value obtained as a result of investment activities. The expected return is in the form of dividends for stock investments and interest income for investments in debt securities. The existence of a fairly high stock return will attract more investors to buy the stock. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity on stock returns through profitability as an intervening variable in technology companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2022. The method used in this study is a descriptive and quantitative method. The population of this study are technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on profitability, liquidity has a significant negative effect on stock returns, profitability has a positive significant effect on stock returns, liquidity has a positive but not significant effect on stock returns through profitability.

Taxes have an important role in supporting development in Indonesia. Tax revenue compared to other sources of revenue is one of the largest sources of revenue for the state. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the effect of capital intensity on tax avoidance with financial distress as an intervening variable. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the Textile and Garment Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that capital intensity has no significant effect on financial distress, capital intensity has no significant effect on tax avoidance, financial distress has a significant effect on tax avoidance, and capital intensity has no significant effect on tax avoidance. Tax avoidance through financial distress has a positive but not significant effect.

The restaurant is a business in the field of catering services that provides services for ordering food and drinks and provides a place to enjoy the dishes in the restaurant. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of product quality and word of mouth on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction at Sari Indah H.Komar Restaurant in Situbondo. This research is an explanatory research. The population in this study were consumers of Sari Indah H.Komar Restaurant. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, word of mouth has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a significant effect on consumer loyalty, word of mouth has a significant effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction, Consumer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, Product Quality has an effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction, Word of Mouth has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty through Consumer Satisfaction.
