Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneur
Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work morale and work ability on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Situbondo. The sample in this study were 46 employees of PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by the saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that work enthusiasm has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work ability has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work spirit has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ability has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a negative but significant effect on employee performance, work morale has a negative but significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, work ability has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction

Kerajinan Tasbih Dan Gelang merupakan salah satu bisnis dalam bidang kerajinan manik manik tepatnya di pusat kerajinan tasbih dan gelang yang lokasinya terletak di Desa Tutul, Kecamatan Balung, Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kerajian tasbih dan gelang. Digunakannya metode kuantitatif merupakan metodologi riset yang bertujuan untuk mengkualifikasi data, yang diterapkan dalam analisis statistik tertentu.Hasil analisis regresi berganda pada Uji t terhadap hipotesis pertama (H1) menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan melihat taraf signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0,029. Pengaruh yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi adalah positif artinya semakin baik kualitas produk maka keputusan pembelian akan semakin meningkat (H1 diterima). Hasil analisis regresi berganda pada Uji t terhadap hipotesis kedua (H2) menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan melihat taraf signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0,000 yang kurang dari 0,05. Pengaruh yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi adalah positif artinya semakin efektifnya promosi maka keputusan pembelian kerajinan tasbih dan gelang desa Tutul akan semakin meningkat (H2 diterima). Hasil analisis regresi berganda pada Uji t terhadap hipotesis ketiga (H3) menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan melihat taraf signifikansinya yaitu sebesar 0,009 kurang dari 0,05. Pengaruh yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien regresi adalah positif artinya semakin terjangkaunya harga makan akan semakin meningkat keputusan pembelian (H3 diterima).Penelitian dan analisis yang dilakukan dengan menguji tiga hipotesis menghasilkan hasil yang baik. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima yang berarti bahwa semua variabel independen (yaitu produk, harga, dan promosi) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel dependen (yaitu keputusan pembelian).

Multi-Industrial Sector Company is one type of business that is growing rapidly in Indonesia. A multi-industrial sector company is one of the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and is considered more productive and can provide wide-ranging effects so as to increase the added value of raw materials, increase workforce, produce various consumer needs, generate foreign exchange sources, and contribute to taxes and largest customs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Ownership Structure on Firm Value with Debt Policy as an intervening variable in Multi-Industrial Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The population of this study is all companies in the various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period as many as 51 companies. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that ownership structure has a negative but not significant effect on debt policy, ownership structure has a negative but not significant effect on firm value, debt policy has a significant positive effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the ownership structure has a positive but not significant effect on firm value through debt policy.

Marketing is a business activity designed to meet the needs of thecommunity with mutual benefit, just as producers and consumers providereciprocity of their needs. Marketing strategy is the effort of business actors inmarketing activities and target markets to achieve company goals through amarketing mix that includes Product Strategy, Price, Distribution and Promotion.The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of marketing strategyon increasing product sales at UD. Yuli Prosperous. The population in this studywere all UD consumers. Yuli Makmur who is in Situbondo Regency. The moneysampling technique used is a probability sampling technique with a simplerandom sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study usedthe Smart PLS 3.0 (Partial Least Square) application with the Structural EquationModel.The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0application, show that product quality has a significant positive effect onconsumer satisfaction, product diversity has a significant positive effect onconsumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive but not significant effect onconsumer loyalty, product diversity has a significant positive effect on consumerloyalty and consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on consumerloyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0application, show that product quality has a significant positive effect onconsumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction and product diversity has asignificant positive effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction.

Performance is a process carried out by a group of people in a company to create a product or service. Employees must receive special attention from the company. The fact that humans are the main assets in an organization or company, must get serious attention and be managed as well as possible. This is intended so that the human resources owned by the company are able to provide optimal contributions in the effort to achieve organizational goals. In the management of human resources, management is needed that is able to manage resources in a systematic, planned, and efficient manner. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of occupational health and safety on the performance of employees at the Pontianak Supadio International Airport. The research method used in this research is associative and quantitative research. population, the population of this research is all employees of Gapura Angkasa International Airport Supadio Pontianak Kalimantan, totaling 36 people. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Regression data analysis. There is an effect of work safety (X1) on the performance of Karaywan Gapura Angkasa at Supadio Pontianak International Airport Results There is an effect of occupational health (X2) on the performance of Gapura Angkasa employees at the Pontianak Supadio International Airport. Based on the results of the analysis with simultaneous significance testing (f test) and partial significance test (t test) it can be concluded that Occupational Safety and Health has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where employee performance can be explained by Occupational Safety and Health of 46, 3%. While the remaining 53.7% is explained by other factors not examined by the researchers in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital on firm value through profitability as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used a sample of 6 pharmaceutical companies with a five-year period during 2016-2020 which were selected by purposive sampling technique. The collection technique was obtained through the IDX's official website: www.idx.co.id. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) method. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Intellectual capital has a significant negative effect on Profitability, Intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on Firm Value, Profitability is negative but not significant to Firm Value, and Intellectual Capital has a positive but not significant effect on Firm Value through Profitability.

ABSTRACT Mitra Sehat Situbondo Hospital is a private public hospital and is one of the type D hospitals located in the Situbondo Regency area. As a community service, hospital employees certainly need training, as well as a comfortable work environment and there must be organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of training and work environment on organizational commitment that has an impact on the performance of non-medical employees at Mitra Sehat Hospital, Situbondo. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) model. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicating that the Effect of Training has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Work Environment has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, the influence of training has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable Effect of Training on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment has a positive but not significant effect, Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment has a significant positive effect.

Marketing is the most important part in selling and distributing goods from producers to consumers. The success of product marketing depends on what strategies are used to market their products to consumers. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Yosin Farma Pharmacy in Situbondo. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were the consumers of the Yosin Farma Pharmacy. The sampling technique was carried out using random sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used a structural equation model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality has not been proven to have a significant effect on consumer loyalty, consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the service quality variable on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect.

Human resource management is the science and art of regulating the relationship and role of the workforce to be effective and efficient in helping the realization of the goals of the company, employees, and society. Human resource management focuses on the problem of human labor which is arranged according to its functions, to be more effective and efficient in realizing the goals of the company, employees, and society. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the influence of organizational culture in determining employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The population in this study are employees of PTPS Gombengsari in Banyuwangi. The sampling method was determined with a saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on motivation, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the indirect influence hypothesis show that the organizational culture variable on employee performance through motivation has a significant positive effect.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Promosi Produk Melalui Media Sosial Tiktok dan Review Produk Pada Marketplace Shopee. Jenis penelitian adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiwa aktif Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember tahun 2018-2022 yang berjumlah 1.611 mahasiswa. Data tersebut diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi secara online. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 320 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji istrumen data, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel promosi melalui media sosial Tiktok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 11,967 dan nilai signifikan di tunjukan dengan 0.000<0.05. Rview produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 11,991 dan nilai signifikan di tunjukan dengan 0.000<0.05.
