Jurnal Mahasiswa Entrepreneurship (JME) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo adalah jurnal yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa FEB UNARS sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dan praktek manajemen. JME mempublikasikan artikel baik berupa telaah pustaka maupun hasil penelitian empiris. JME menerima naskah dari berbagai bidang atau disiplin ilmu, seperti Keuangan, Manajemen Strategi, Pemasaran , Operasional dan Kewirausahaan . Kriteria utama untuk dapat diterima di JME adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan sumbangsih bagi perkembangan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen. JME menerima kiriman naskah/artikel dalam bahasa Indonesia atau Inggris dan harus dinyatakan bahwa naskah yang dikirim tersebut, tidak dikirim atau belum pernah dipublikasikan dalam jurnal lainnya. Keputusan tentang pemuatan artikel dalam JME diambil melalui proses blind review oleh Dewan Redaksi dengan mempertimbangkan antara lain : orisinilitas, aktualitas serta signifikansi kontribusi artikel terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan maupun praktik dalam dunia nyata. Dewan redaksi akan memberikan telaah konstrutif dan jika dipandang perlu, menyampaikan hasil evaluasi kepada penulis artikel untuk ditanggapi dan didiskusikan. Untuk revisi kecil (minor revision), naskah yang telah diperbaiki bisa langsung mendapat persetujuan untuk dimuat. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan akan dikembalikan.

Abstract

The background of this research is because of the unstable economic situation due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Some of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic are the weakening of people's purchasing power, the decline in investment figures in various business sectors and prices that are gradually decreasing. In contrast to other sectors, health products from healthcare sector companies are in fact much needed by the community. Are companies in the health care sector experiencing the same thing as companies in other sectors that experienced a decline in stock prices and a decrease in investment levels while the consumption level of health products increased. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Leverage on Stock Return with Profitability as an intervening variable. The population in this study were healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that Leverage has a significant negative effect on Profitability, Leverage has a significant positive effect on stock returns, Profitability has a significant positive effect on stock returns. The results of the hypothesis test of the indirect effect show that Leverage on stock returns through profitability has a significant negative effect.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility is one of the key attributes that determine reputation and is believed to increase a good reputation for the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure on firm value through profitability. This research is causality research. The population in this study are conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosures have a significant positive effect on profitability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosures have a positive but not significant effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the variable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure on firm value through profitability has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan sesuai dengan apa yang terjadi di lapangan pada Eiger Karimata Jember, dimana evaluasi masalah yang terjadi berfokus pada persaingan penjualan di era digital saat ini karena sangat menentukan keputusan pembelian di Eiger Karimata Jember. Fokus penelitian ini pada variabel brand image, promosi, dan kualitas produk yang merupakan faktor keputusan pembelian. Selain itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, promosi, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian di Eiger Karimata Jember. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Eiger di Karimata Jember. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Responden atau konsumen yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 102. Jumlah kuisioner yang disebar dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 102 kuisioner dengan data kuisioner yang dapat diolah sebanyak 102 kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa brand image dengan thitung 2,588, promosi dengan thitung 1,883, dan kualitas produk degan thitung 1,910 berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian di Eiger Karimata Jember. Hasil uji determinasi dengan nilai r-kuadrat sebesar 0,727 atau 72,2% menunjukkan secara parsial variabel brand image, promosi, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Eiger Karimata Jember.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service quality and trust on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable (study at BSI Bank Area Basuki Rahmat Situbondo). The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) The results showed that Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Trust had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Trust had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. Abstract

Invesment is a commitment to a number of funds or other resources made at this time, with the aim of obtaining a number of benefits in the future. Investors as actors in every trading activity in the capital market need relevant information in making decisions to carry out trading activities in the capitals market, be it buying, holding or selling the securities the own. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the influence of Stock trading frequency and Trading volume activity on Bid ask spread through Stock returns. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study are companies listed in the LQ45 Index with a sample of 9 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS–SEM). The results of the analysis using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 software, show that of Stock trading frequency has a significant positive effect on Stock returns, Trading volume activity has a negative but not significant effect on Stock returns, Stock trading frequency has a significant positive effect on the Bid ask spread, Trading volume activity has a significant positive effect on the Bid ask spread, Stock return has a significant positive effect on the Bid ask spread. the results of the influential hypothesis that are not immediately pointed to the of Stock trading frequency on the Bid ask spread through Stock returns has a positive but not significant effect, Trading volume activity on the Bid ask spread through Stock returns has a negative but not significant effect.

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology has resulted in changes in people's lifestyles in online shopping activities which are an option for some people due to the density of activities. The increasing growth of the e-commerce market in Indonesia has caused business actors to compete to switch to selling products in the electronic commerce market. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of product diversity, service quality on Shopee consumer purchasing decisions with interest in buying Muslim fashion products. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Abdurachman Saleh University, Situbondo. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling by choosing the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, product diversity has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on buying interest, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, interest buying has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that product diversity on purchasing decisions through buying interest has a significant positive effect, service quality on purchasing decisions through buying interest has a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari kemudahan, kemanfaatan, dan risiko terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan mobile banking Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Jember. Mobile banking adalah tindakan melakukan transaksi keuangan online dengan bantuan perangkat telekomunikasi mobile seperti ponsel atau tablet. Melalui ponsel, pengguna perbankan dapat mengakses layanan keuangan dan nonkeuangan seperti manajemen rekening, informasi saldo, pemindahan, pembayaran tagihan, perubahan PIN dan permintaan buku. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kausalitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 130 responden. Alat analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kemudahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan kemanfaatan dan risiko berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan mobile banking Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cabang Jember.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out growth opportunity has a significant effect on capital structure, profitability has a significant effect on capital structure, growth opportunity has a significant effect on firm value, profitability has a significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a significant effect on firm value, growth opportunity has a significant effect on firm value through capital structure, profitability has a significant effect on firm value through capital structure. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) Based on the results of the study, it is known that growth opportunity has a positive but not significant effect on capital structure. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Growth opportunity has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Abstract

Bank is one of the institutions of stability of the financial system and banking system of a country that has prospects in the future in all economic conditions. State-owned conventional banks registered with the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) have been supervised with integrity so that they are able to provide trust for users of financial services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the Loan to Deposit Ratio on Profitability at Persero conventional banks at OJK through Net Interest Margin. This research uses descriptive and quantitative methods. The population of this study are conventional banks registered with the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling method. Data analysis and testing using Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, indicate that the Loan to Deposit Ratio has a significant negative effect on Net Interest Margin, Loan to Deposit Ratio has no significant effect on Profitability, and Net Interest Margin has a significant effect on Profitability. The results of the indirect effect hypothesis test show that the Loan to Deposit Ratio variable on Profitability through Net Interest Margin has a significant negative effect.

Abstract

In carrying out their wares, business people have advantages compared to other traders, for example in terms of the price of the menu offered, the quality of affordable prices can affect purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction with the menu offered by the Angkringan Restaurant 813 Bebek Baluran in Situbondo Regency to attract consumer interest. . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price on consumer satisfaction with purchase decisions as an interening variable at Angkringan 813 Bebek Baluran Restaurant in Siubondo. This study used qualitative research methods. The population in this study were consumers of the 813 Duck Baluran Restaurant in Situbondo. The sampling technique was determined by quota sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, price has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, purchase decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions
